I submitted the job for the report myself, but forgot to submit the job for the first notification; that's totally my fault. Hi. Looks like MadmanBot missed notifying this month's inactive admins - Wikipedia:Inactive administrators#September 2016. Could you please take a look at the issue? At this stage, there's probably no point sending out late notifications, we might as well just include the current batch with the next one that is due to receive notifications at the start of September.
