Translation of GET responses from database

Hello,  I need realise multilanguage app with Spring Boot React and MySQL. What is the best translation variant for Database? Search in Google didn't give me the answer.
At first I thought just to choose one of these way https://www.apphp.com/tutorials/index.php?page=multilanguage-database-design-in-mysql
And now i think is it possible to make it with Google REST API, will it translate responses from database where all info is in one language?
