beach party films, but one of the most beautiful actresses to work at
AIP is Bobbie Shaw. She made just a few films during her all-too-brief
film career; Shaw starred in the final AIP beach party films, including
Pajama Party (1964),
Beach Blanket Bingo (1965),
How to Stuff a Wild Bikini (1965)
Pajama Party in a Haunted House
The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini (1966),
along with a handful of others, Shaw was often teamed with the iconic
comedian Buster Keaton,
Bobbie co-starred with David Carradine in "You and Me". She co-starred with Rob Reiner, Academy Award Winning Richard Drefuss and Larry Bishop. In the first improvisation comedy group and starred in the Steve Allen Comedy Show. She co-starred with Gladys Knight in "Pipe Dreams". And several other independent features. Bobbie has gone on to become the "acting guru" of whose, whose in Hollywood. Some of the celebrities she has coached, Drew Barrymore, Scarlett Johansson, Giovanni Ribisi, Steven Dorff, Kathryn Morris....
