Formed as a creative collective in 1998, Savalas as a company is made
up of Composers, Sound Designers, Re-Recording Mixers and Sound
Editors.
As Composers, the original team of Kahl Henderson, Giles Lamb and Micheal MacKinnon cut their proverbial teeth on UK TV shows such as Taggart (ITV), with full score for seven episodes from 2000 to 2002. But the compositional work wasn't limited to Drama... TV and Cinema Commercials, Feature Films, Video Games, Theatre and TV shows... a diverse selection.
In 2001 and 2002, Savalas added 2 new members to the team. Film Sound Editor Douglas MacDougall and Re-Recording Mixer Chris Sinclair. These additions further expanded on the team's diversity and gave Savalas the opportunity to create the entire Film Soundtrack
Savalas is unique in Scotland. A collective of like-minded creative people working in Sound for picture....
