Charlotte's blue eye shadow disappears and reappears as she goes to and returns from the hospital.
When Joe comes to see Charlotte while she is sitting on the rocks after she runs away, her hair is noticeably different. It looks like a wig, but in all the scenes before and after this one, it goes back to how it's been throughout the whole movie.
Although the latter portion of the film takes place in January, we never see any evidence of snow, even though it is set in Massachusetts. Also, the characters don't always seem to dress appropriately for winter there. They dress more as if it were autumn instead.
