Chinatown Film Project Screening Tribeca All Access and the Museum of Chinese in America have collaborated on a fascinating new project, and they would like to invite to you an exciting Free special screening! (You just have to RSVP; see below.) This Monday, September 28, at 7 pm at Tribeca Cinemas, prominent New York City filmmakers will screen original short films, in which they have constructed new images of Chinatown. Ten of the best filmmakers in New York brought their cameras down to Chinatown to show us their vision of the neighborhood. And it's a pretty killer line-up: Tribeca Film Festival alums Jem Cohen, Bradley Rust Gray (who collaborated on his short with his talented wife So Yong Kim), and Amir Naderi; the up-and-coming Cary Fukunaga (Sin Nombre), Miguel Arteta (someday we'll see his Youth in Revolt), Rose Troche, and Wayne Wang.
