During a riot, a wounded man gets shot with a shotgun. His legs are bloody. In the same riot, a man is hit over the head with a baseball bat and two men fire at a man holding butcher knives.

The language in this game is particularly strong.

A man is required to retrieve a statue which contains a kilo of heroin.

During a raid on a drugs lab, cannabis plants can be seen.

There are references to crack cocaine distribution but there doesn't seem to be any sign of cocaine use.
