Besides being credited for specific character creations, Hiltzik had no involvement with either Sleepaway Camp II: Unhappy Campers (1988) or Sleepaway Camp III: Teenage Wasteland (1989).

According to the newspaper clippings shown during the opening credits, Frank's last name is Kostik. In the original Sleepaway Camp (1983), Camp Arawak's owner was named Mel Kostik.
