Originally it was filmed under the title "Casi Familia" (Almost Family). In the last minute before the premiere it was changed to fit as a third part of Spanish Affair (2014).

The movie title addresses about Spanish Affair (2014) and Spanish Affair 2 (2015), as if it would be a third part. However, the characters are different and they aren't related with the Emilio Martínez Lázaro movies.

Despite his prominence in the billings, Antonio Resines has only a brief scene in the movie.
