Simple tweak dll that re-enables the debug console
Download and drop the content of the zip file without any changes in `The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64`
(If your game doesn't start after that download https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784)
Enable debug console ingame with `~` or `F2`
Enable free camera ingame with `F1`
