Orlando Davis is the brother of Joey Davis and a Zoltarian resident of National City.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Orlando lost his parents at the age of 14 and moved to National City with his brother Joey. Eventually, Orlando was arrested at Van Kull Prison after committing a crime and Joey ended up at Hochschild's group home.[1]
Second Chances Program[]
Orlando was forcibly placed on the Second Chances Program while he served in Van Kull Prison, with the program secretly exploit convict alien abilities to steal materials to create dirty bombs while in collaboration with Warden Wyatt Kote and Intergang. After doing so, Intergang prepared to move the convicts back before the Superfriends arrived and defeated them, rescuing the convicts. Warden Kote and those involved were arrested. Later, Orlando was freed and took his brother out of the Hochschild's group home to live with him at Ormfell Building.[1]
Freedom[]
Eventually, a number of council members held a vote at the Ormfell Building in regards to its use, having been bid off to Orquoia, a cloud computing company. Orlando offered an impassioned plea that the councilpeople present reconsider bidding off the building, instead asking that they use it for its original purpose as low-income housing.[2]

- Electromagnetic pulse emission: Davis has the ability to emit electromagnetic pulses around himself.[1]

- Power-dampening cuffs: Just like with any other alien, Orlando's powers can be dampened by technology specifically designed to weaken his powers.[1]
