Prior to 2024, Queen Inc. was established by an unknown entity or person/s of the Queen family, presumably Oliver or Thea Queen.
On April 25, 2024, Queen Inc. completed a merger with the Wayne Enterprises subsidiary, Wayne Tech, an event that was covered by The Central City Citizen.[1]
Erased future[]
In an alternate future when Barry Allen/The Flash lost his Speed Force connection, it was mentioned that the merger between Queen Inc. and Wayne Tech had fallen through.[2]
