English: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry takes a cellphone picture of the rain-swollen Seine River - running so high that boats cannot pass under Paris bridges, and art is being removed from the ground floors of the Louvre and other nearby museums - after he held a bilateral meeting with French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault at the French Foreign Ministry on June 4, 2016. [State Department Photo/Public Domain]. |
