Angel Fish is an atavast and member of Fraternity of Atavistic No-Goodnicks, or FAN for short.
History
Under the leadership of Dr. Dinosaur, FAN launched an attack against Dean Egghead's school. Angel Fish, unable to traverse on land, had to be carried by Frog Man and was to guard the academy's swimming pool.
Awkwardman rushed there during the battle to recharge his power, but tripped and broke the diving board in his rush, causing Angel Fish to laugh. Rather than fighting him, she became flirtatious. However, it ended when Bunny mistook their flirting for Awkwardman being held hostage and she carried Angel Fish away, despite his protests.
As they had committed no actual crime (Dr. Dinosaur had slyly coaxed an invitation from the Dean and his students to come to the academy), FAN was released,[1] and Angel Fish and Awkwardman kept in contact, with the latter reminiscing about Angel Fish often.[2]

Powers
- Atlantean Physiology: Angel Fish is a atavist, an evolutionary throwback with traits that were present in humanity's ancestors but are gone now. She can live and breathe underwater and has a fish tail instead of legs. This power was previously seen in the subspecies of humanity known as Merpeople.
Notes
- Unlike the other members of FAN, Angel Fish is not a parody of an X-Men villain. Instead, she seems to have been introduced as a possible love interest for Awkwardman.
- This version of Angel Fish, including all history and corresponding appearances, was erased from existence following the collapse of the original Multiverse in the 1985–86 Crisis on Infinite Earths event and later restored following the rebirth of the infinite Multiverse during the Dark Crisis of 2022-2023. Even though other versions of the character may have appeared, this information does not apply to those versions.
