Geo-Force is a member of the Outsiders.
History
Royal leader of Markovia, Prince Brion Markov was one of the first metahumans created outside of America's programs. Dr. Helga Jace, author of the Supermen Theory, transformed the young prince into a metahuman. With power over gravity and the Earth itself, Geo-Force became Markovia's protector and an international hero. He once worked alongside Batman, something Prince Markov has publicly denied.[2]
Shadow War
After Markovia was bought by Mark Shaw to allow the country to thrive and give Leviathan sanctuary, it became the target of Talia al Ghul and the League of Assassins. Despite Brion's best efforts, the country was destroyed. Vowing revenge towards her and desiring revenge towards Slade Wilson for what he did to his sister Tara, Brion initiated a plan to turn the Secret Society and the League of Assassins against each other. He did this by assassinating a repentant Ra's al Ghul and wounding Talia while disguised in one of Deathstroke's old armors. Believing Slade behind the attack, the League of Assassins targeted the Secret Society and anyone connected to them, drawing various heroes into the "Shadow War" between the two including Batman and Damian Wayne
Following a final duel between Slade and Talia that saw the former slain by the latter, Brion revealed himself to Talia, Batman, Damian and Ravager and explained the reasoning behind this. Despite his overwhelming power, Damian was able to confront and defeat Brion, furious over the fact that his actions caused so much death, something heroes should never do. Brion was later arrested, though Batman figured that the most they could charge him with was with Ra's death.
