Synopsis for "The Return of Simple Simon"
Simple Simon gets out of jail and resumes his larcenous ways. Despite his appearance as a simpleton, he proves quite the formidable foe, ready to set Hawkman's wings on fire when the hero tries to confront him. He's caught when trying to rob a millionaire with a burglar alarm that goes off if anyone whose weight doesn't exactly match his tries to open his safe. In jail, Simon realizes he must've lost weight worrying about another showdown with Hawkman.
