Detective Seborn is a Central City Police Department detective who was turned into the villainous Mashup after Forever Evil.
History
Detective Seborn stole a variety of weapons from The Flash's newest enemies that were stored in the evidence lock up room in the Central City Police Department. He stole equipment from Black Mold, Merge, Gravitor, Squall, Lasher, Skipper and Mogul. He used this equipment to masquerade as these villains, stealing their identities. He was eventually stopped by his own partner Detective Parker and The Flash. Once he was sent to jail, he was placed alongside the villain he stole from and Daniel West.
Notes
- In addition to taking on the identities of six Central City villains, Mashup also stole and used the weapons of two unseen criminals named Pica and Gravitor.
