Mazikeen of the Lilim is the daughter of Lilith and the serpent demon Ophur. She was the loyal servant and lover of Lucifer Morningstar and the current queen of Hell in the Vertigo Universe. When Lucifer left Hell, she went with him to Earth, where they owned at the piano bar Lux in Los Angeles. She eventually became the commander of the Lilim in exile, and wears a half-mask hiding her demonic features. Even after Jill Presto restored her face to fully human she still wears it, not to hide the demon half but the human half that has replaced it.
Mazikeen was created by Neil Gaiman and Kelley Jones, first appearing in Sandman (Volume 2) #22 (1991).
