Synopsis for "The Castle of Doctor Monstro!"
Mutated into a werewolf, Grunge flees through the jungle until he comes across a junk shop. He convinces its owner, a man named Raggy, to let him use the phone, and he calls Gen 13. An hour later, the team arrives in their jet, and Grunge explains what happened to him. Along with a woman named Amber, he won a radio show contest to join an expedition to Puerto Rico in search of the mythical Chupacabra. Strange creatures captured them in the jungle and took them to a house where they were experimented on. Grunge woke up in a cell mutated into a wolf-like form, but he was able to escape. Raggy lends the team an old van, and they drive into the jungle where they find the expedition's bus abandoned. As night falls, they set off on foot and are soon attacked and subdued by various animal-like mutates. Amber, mutated into a fox-like humanoid, notifies Dr. Monstreau of the team's capture. Grunge once again awakens in a cell and sees Burnout, Freefall, and Rainmaker captive and mutated as well. Monstreau shows him Fairchild on a monitor, depowered and chained up outside as food for one of Monstreau's creatures.

Trivia
- The character Raggy is an analogue of Shaggy from the U.S. cartoon franchise Scooby-Doo. Also, the vehicle he loans to Gen 13 is hinted to be the Scooby-Doo gang's van, the Mystery Machine.
- Dr. Monstreau is based on the mad scientist Dr. Moreau from the 1896 novel The Island of Doctor Moreau by H. G. Wells.
