Synopsis for "Leave It to Binky"

Mr. Biggs has come home with a nice hat and is very happy about having it until they all go to watch some TV and it seemingly disappears. Little Allergy has some kind of attack and falls over, then when awoken, seems to have undergone some kind of shock that has rendered him non-verbal. A doctor (and an electrician) look him over and say he's fine and weakly offers if he talks again, he could be forgiven of anything otherwise. When his father says as much, Little Allergy reveals he was faking since he saw Dopey (their dog) eating his new hat and didn't want to get in trouble for not saying it faster!
