Nix is an assassin and master of disguise hired by Isabel Rochev to kill Green Arrow.
History
Nix fatally stabbed Police Commissioner Brian Nudocerdo in broad daylight. Afterwards, she shot a land developer as he was giving a speech to a crowd regardingthe safety of Star City.
Nix kidnapped Mary, a woman Green Arrow believed responsible for the two murders. She was about to kill her when Green Arrow interfered. In order to escape, Nix shot an innocent bystander so that Green Arrow would save the man instead of giving chase.
