Platinum is one of the Metal Men, robots made of living metal by Dr. Will Magnus.
History
Platinum was considered for full membership of the Justice League of America, but she suddenly started attacking the other members. In the end, her body was melted by Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond), but her Responsometer was saved.[1]

- Platinum was created by Robert Kanigher and Ross Andru, first appearing in Showcase #37. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Platinum first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Justice League (Volume 2) #18 by Geoff Johns and Jesús SaÃz.
