Notes

- In Flash-Grams, reader Loren Lieberthal criticizes the Flash marriage and offers a solution to finish it: "But it is never too late to remedy such an error. Iris can be killed in a dramatic two-parter or something. I not only think you should do that. I think you will! Perhaps you'll wait a year, but I actually anticipate the moment when a vengeful Flash strikes out at his wife's murderer. It should be a strong, dramatic-charged episode. So I leave you with a "fan command" - kill Iris!" Eleven months later, writer John Broome first script of Flash #176 included the death of Iris West, but editor Julius Schwartz decided to not kill the character, so the story was rewritten.[1]
