Hell's Storm (ヘルズストーム Heruzu Sutōmu)[4][5][6] is a technique used by Super 17.
Overview[]
In a manner similar to Android 16's Hell's Flash, Super 17 must remove one of his hands to perform the attack. He then fires hundreds (if not thousands) of bullets like a machine gun at his opponent, inflicting a massive amount of damage.
Usage[]
This attack is used against the Dragon Team, who are greatly overpowered by Super 17, while Goku is trapped in Hell.[7]
