Keizo Shichijo (七條敬三; born on August 8, 1941) is a Japanese series planner and producer who works for Toei Animation. He was the series planner for Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball, as well as for the movie Dr. Slump and Arale-chan: Hoyoyo, Great Round-the-World Race and the first three Dragon Ball movies, those being Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies, Dragon Ball: Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle and Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure.
He is the one who found Toshiki Inoue, a screenwriter that he recruited to work on the Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball series.
