"Surrender and Proposal" (降参と提案 Kōsan to Teian) is the fourth chapter of the Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Meteor Mission! manga.
Summary[]
An Ozotto clone of Meta-Cooler
On New Namek, Goku, Vegeta and Xeno Trunks are confronted by the Ginyu Force, who are in actuality, more clones of Majin Ozotto. With little effort the trio take them out and the puddles of Ozotto's remains left behind form together to resemble that of Meta-Cooler. After narrowly avoiding an incoming Death Beam, Goku and Vegeta transform into Super Saiyan Blue but despite their power up, Vegeta is unable to deal any significant damage after landing a kick on his opponent's neck. They continue to fight until Meta-Cooler grabs Vegeta by the face and drives him back into the cliffside.

Xeno Trunks strikes Meta-Cooler from behind with his sword which again fails to have any effect. Just as Meta-Cooler begins to brag that five people would be required in order to move his hardened body, he is launched across the ground after being kicked by Goku who has since powered into his Ultra Instinct Sign state. Vegeta follows up by becoming Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Berserk Controlled) and the two launch themselves at Meta-Cooler, grabbing his arms and tearing them off, exposing the wires underneath and overheating them until they reach a point that Meta-Cooler explodes.
Predictably enough, Ozotto once again regenerates however this time he is joined by clones that return from other space-times. Xeno Trunks shows concern at the idea that just five clones merging together previously had caused both his father and Goku to go all out and now he has been joined by several more. After merging together completely, Ozotto unleashes an attack that destroys most of the surrounding area and Goku and Vegeta save Xeno Trunks in the nick of time.
Before the fight can start up again, Ozotto surrenders but offers a proposal to them. Meanwhile in a different history, on the Sacred World of the Kai, another clone of Ozotto speaks to Xeno Goku and Xeno Vegeta, offering them the same proposal, stating that if they want to save history then they must follow him to Ozotto's Palace.
