Takeshi Watabe (渡部 猛 is a veteran Japanese voice actor. He was born on March 21, 1936, in Kōchi Prefecture. He usually plays villains and performs the voices for many anime characters and tokusatsu villains. He is most famous for voicing Kaminari in Doraemon. He took over the ongoing roles of Shingo Kanemoto after his death. Watabe also played Rising Dragon in Dragon Ball, Shugesh in Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku and Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy in Dragon Ball GT.
He also wrote an instructional book about voice acting, Seiyū Naritai.
