Mitsuko Horie

Mitsuko Horie (堀江美都子) is a Japanese voice actress who voiced Obotchaman and Tsuntsunodanoteiyugo Tsun in Dr. Slump. She did not voice Tsuntsunodanoteiyugo in the Dragon Ball anime as she only appeared in the manga. She also voices Upa from Dragon Ball. Mitsuko is also known as a singer.
