Setting up parental controls is easy, and is restricted by a 4-digit PIN which you can use to make changes to the settings at any time. If your PIN is ever forgotten, resetting it is easy with new self-service options via email (available on Nintendo 3DS family systems and the Wii U), or with our online tool.
