Rosenlund began his youth career playing for Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC. He later signed with [[Whitecaps FC] Academy] of the [[Super Y-League]]. He then moved onto [[Abbotsford Mariners]] also of the [[Super Y-League]]. He then returned to Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC for the remainder of his youth career. While with Coquitlam Metro-Ford SC Rosenlund helped his team get to the finals of Coastal Cup and he received MVP honors for the Finals
