| No evaluation yet but my initial thought here is that this one is harder than it ought to be. I'd love to support him again and I respect the fact that he stepped down because he thought he was being a hypocrite. <s>However, at the time I got the feeling that he was bowing under pressure which is not a good thing for an arb to do. I'll wait and see how he responds to the questions.</s> Casliber was kind enough to clarify this [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk%3AVyvyan_Ade_Basterd&action=historysubmit&diff=397833990&oldid=396641122 here] and I now see why he really didn't have a choice. Since that removes my only real concern I'm probably going to support him.

| Based on what I've seen and the answers to the general questions I'm leaning strongly towards support, like last time. Experienced, good diplomatic skills and a healthy view on what ArbCom is all about. The fact that he's seeking reelection after 3 years doesn't really concern me. NYB is a lawyer and I'm sure he's used to massive workloads. Also, it keeps him busy so he doesn't write more poems ;)

| My heart says support, my brain says oppose. I'm still considering this one.

| I supported SirFozzie last time and I haven't regretted it. Strong dispute resolution skills and experience, a proven track record of consistent respect for the subjects of our BLPs and a healthy view on what sort of cases ArbCom should focus on and how (motion/full case/reject with a slap on the wrist). There's no doubt that he fulfills every part of my criteria and I'm leaning towards support.

| Now here's a candidate I'm happy to support. It's about time we elect an arb who actually knows how a bot works. No concerns regarding BLPs or dispute resolution. Support.
