1. It's a low resolution copy of a single cover.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the single in any way.
3. It does not interfere with the copyright owner's ability to promote the single in any way.
4. No free alternative is available.
5. Because of the low resolution, copies made from it will be of inferior quality and could not be used as artwork on illegal CD or single copies of the single.
