Contract presented to Parliament

IMHO this is noteworthy one way or another after Parliament either accepts or rejects the contract. Hcobb (talk) 15:34, 12 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

What's the diameter of the NSM?

edit

What's the diameter of the NSM? OK weaponsystems.net states a diameter of 50 cm, ~20.4 inches. Look at the picture - it is NOT circular.- forward half probably is. That launch booster - I think it might be 20-21 inch diameter. Forward half to me looks like it is in the 12-16 inch diamter range (reminder- US SM missiles, VLA and Harpoon are 13.5 inch. "(..) its width is 700 mm, expanding to 1.36 meters with wings deployed". Google is your friend. [1] Znuddel (talk) 16:46, 3 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Is Thor in the US making Naval Strike Missile?

Is Thor in the US making Naval Strike Missile?--联合果君 (talk) 18:06, 27 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thor? --Znuddel (talk) 19:52, 11 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
I expect he means Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace - in actuality there is probably a legally different company making these in the US, Since the US navy is using it, and US DoD generally only buys "Made In America" . Anybody know why? Any details to add. The US using - it has to have some significant greater capabilities compared to AGM-84 Harpoon. Wfoj3 (talk) 11:43, 3 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Can the F-35B carry the NSM internally?

edit

The article says the F-35 can carry the NSM internally, but does that also apply to the F-35B or just the A and C variants? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 95.147.5.172 (talk) 09:40, 11 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

2 operator sections

edit

Why are there 2 "Operator" sections? Someone should merge them — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:EE0:4F40:3DE0:E451:E657:8A97:84B9 (talk) 12:36, 22 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
