Un-notable

edit

Hey, i apologise for my first draft of the 'gooseman' page. as it was, it was just a copy of my user page, but i re-did it after thinking "ooh, that's TOTALLY wrong and un-related to what i do." then, your message popped up. whoops. however, i am quite notable, i have over 30 thousand video views on Youtube.com, which i believe is enough for a wikipedia entry. --Goosemanrocks (talk) 01:52, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

No, not channel views, overall video views. also, subscribers is an issue and in relativity, i am more famous than most will ever be. also, honestly i have won an award, i'm looking at it right now, it's the "Pint-Cone Award for Unnappreciated Youtubers". ten were given out last year, and that's when i won it. it brought in about half of the subscribers i have today. --Goosemanrocks (talk) 02:20, 29 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

A special thank you

I don't know what you personally think of barn star awards on Wikipedia but I thought to award you two of them by way of thanks for your recent efforts. Obviously your reversion of vandalism of my own user page drew my attention to you. A quick look at your edit history shows me that you are a dedicated anti-vandal who puts effort, thought and consideration into their work.

I present you with these tokens to let you know that the work you and others like you do, while often overlooked or even invisible to most, is appreciated. Please feel free to display them on your user page in whatever format, with or without my text, that you see as appropriate. Thanks again. --Setanta 10:05, 7 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Greetings Recent Changes Patrollers!

This is a one-time-only message to inform you about technical proposals related to Recent Changes Patrol in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey that I think you may be interested in reviewing and perhaps even voting for:

  1. Adjust number of entries and days at Last unpatrolled
  2. Editor-focused central editing dashboard
  3. "Hide trusted users" checkbox option on watchlists and related/recent changes (RC) pages
  4. Real-Time Recent Changes App for Android
  5. Shortcut for patrollers to last changes list

Further, there are more than 20 proposals related to Watchlists in general that you may be interested in reviewing. (and over 260 proposals in all, across many aspects of wikis)

Thank you for your consideration. Please note that voting for proposals continues through December 12, 2016.

Note: You received this message because you have transcluded {{User wikipedia/RC Patrol}} (user box) on your user page. Since this message is "one-time-only" there is no opt out for future mailings.

Best regards, SteviethemanDelivered: 01:10, 8 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
