English: The Temple Mount and the Dome of the Rock, known as the Haram Ash-Sharif (Arabic: الحرم القدسي الشريف, al-haram al-qudsī ash-sharīf, Noble Sanctuary), is one of the most important religious sites in the Old City of Jerusalem. It has been used as a religious site for thousands of years. At least four religions are known to have used the Temple Mount: Judaism, Christianity, Roman religion, and Islam.

العربية: البائكة الشمالية الغربية
هي إحدى بوائك الأقصى، وتقع على الطرف الغربي لصحن الصخرة في جهته الشمالية، بالقرب من قبة الخضر. يعود تاريخ تشييدها إلى العهد المملوكي عام 778هـ - 1376م، ثم جددت في العهد العثماني، ويبلغ ارتفاعها 7 أمتار. والبائكة عبارة عن ركبتين عظيمتين في الأطراف، وثلاثة أعمدة أسطوانية في الوسط، سلمها الحجري تبلغ عدد درجاته ثلاثا وعشرين درجة.
