Summary

Description
English: Duddo Stone Circle. This beautiful stone circle occupies a small hilltop form which you can see the Eildon Hills in southern Scotland and Yeavering Bell in the northern Cheviots. The circle is incomplete and partially rebuilt. There are now only five stones from the original seven. Radiocarbon dating of charcoal found at the site during an archaeological excavation in 2008 indicated it was erected around 2000 BC. A row of man-made cup marks are carved on the large east facing stone 1731416
