Tornatellides subperforata, is a species of terrestrial gastropod in the family Achatinellidae, endemic to New Zealand. It is found in the Northland Region of the North Island, living arboreally on the leaves of kohekohe and nikau palms.
The shell is small, elevated-conic, thin, shining and corneous. The spire is high, but less so than in Tornatellinops novoseelandica. The columella is reflexed above, partly concealing a narrow perforation. There is a parietal wall plait.
Height is up to 3.5 mm, and width 2.2 mm.
