Pseudaneitea powelli is a leaf-veined slug, a terrestrial gastropod mollusc in the family Athoracophoridae.
Distribution
This species is endemic to the South Island of New Zealand, at Coronet Peak and Te Anau under stones in alpine tussock.
Habitat
Description
This species has 19 lateral grooves on either side, most unbranched, and no papillae. The two tentacles are in the form of short solid bumps. There is only a vestigial internal shell in the form of numerous small calcareous particles. Coloration is dark grey or brown.
