This is a shared IP address, and is thus used by many people. It is used by Cheetah Wireless Technologies, which is the provider of public computers for various Southern Nevada casinos, on the Las Vegas Strip and otherwise. Do not block this address for extensive periods of time. There are several people who use it, especially those who use Wi-Fi near casinos and public computers. To those who have this IP address: ignore any previous vandalism warnings to other users with this address who have edited Wikipedia. --J
