The following line of text (for the second nomination) should have been placed at the end(?) of the current articles for deletion log.

Yes. I joined the Review^TM back in mid-2007, when that flood of users including Anthony, Tarantino, and CharlotteWebb joined, and I remember when Joseph was spouting rants that, quite frankly, were embarrassing to the Review, and thus he was banned.
