miansari66's real name is Muhammad Irshad Ansari.

Education

He done his M.Sc. in Applied Chemistry with specilization in Food Science and Technology in 1989 from Karachi University.

Professional experience

During his training period at National Food Ltd, the compnay offered him a job at its R&D Labs. because he was going to secure First Class First position in M.Sc. Exams. He joined the Co. and worked here for two years and then moves to a multi national co in spices business Brooke Bond Pakistan limited, where he worked in planing and development department.

After two years he joined the one of the largest Food Industry Ahmed Food Indutries, He initially worked in R&D labs, then Became the Factory Manger of one of its unit Naurus limited.

He left the Ahmed Food for a challenging job for a Dubai based Co. Mersi Food Industries, to Construct and to develope the factory and Sanfaz Brand spices, pickles,and dessert Mixes. He is with Mersi Food Industries since 1996. Now Sanfaz Brand spices and food products are available throughout Middle East.

He introduced south Indian spices like Sambar, Rasam, Pau Bhaji, Pani puri, Meat Masala, Madras Curry, Channa Masala, Tea Masala from Pakistan (Mersi Food Industirs in situated at Karachi Export Processing Zone) and Arabian Spices like Dolma, tashreeb, Kibbe, Klaicha, Shawarma, Marag etc Nowadays he is working on photographs of spices/foods for public domain of wikimedia commons.
