Financial Regulation against SkyWay

This list includes the countries whose national banks or financial regulating agencies have issued some type of warning or prohibition about investment in the SkyWay Group.

Request for help to keep this list up-to-date with a link to the actual warnings.

Please note that financial regulatory agency press releases are considered primary sources like legislation. Verifiable links which help make a company notable need to include secondary references which verify these primary sources before they can be added to the article.

A good example below is the Greek regulatory warning. First link is to a verifiable source (EconomyNews247) of a primary Greek regulatory warning from the HCMC. We need to find secondary sources for each of these warnings. –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 16:26, 5 March 2019 (UTC) - Publication of the German news feed geldthemen.de which includes links for many countries which have released warnings about companies in the SkyWay Group. Some of these countries, including Sweden and Malta, have not reached this list yet: [1].[reply]

Because people have started posting lengthy additions to this list of financial regulators who have warned the public against investment in SkyWay Group companies, I've put each warning into an individual subheading so it is easier to differentiate information about them.

The International Organization of Securities Commissions (OICV-IOSCO) in its list of companies in 'investor alerts' has released two warnings about companies in the SkyWay Group:

[1] Sky Way Invest Group, Skyway Capital, AskiiHolding
[2] Sky Way Invest Group, https://superblu.wordpress.com

You can view the site here and chose 'companies' from the search column of the left and then access these two different listings individually: [2]

BELGIUM (FSMA)

the wording of the most recent FSMA warning released 17 May 2019

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of First SkyWay Invest Group Limited ('SkyWay Capital'), a company that offers investment instruments to the public in Belgium.

Despite its previous warning, the FSMA continues to receive questions from consumers about Skyway Capital, indicating that this company is still active in Belgium.

SkyWay Capital, is offering its shares to Belgian investors. However, it is doing so without having published a prospectus approved by the FSMA. The company in question is therefore not allowed to offer its shares in Belgium.

Moreover, the scheme proposed by SkyWay Capital exhibits the characteristics of a pyramid scheme. More information about this form of fraud is available on the website of the FSMA.

Various foreign supervisory authorities have likewise published warnings about Skyway Capital: ●The Lithuanian supervisory authority (Bank of Lithuania(link is external)); ●The German supervisory authority (BaFin(link is external)); ●The New Zealand supervisory authority (FMA(link is external)); ●The Greek supervisory authority (HCMC(link is external)); ●The Slovakian supervisory authority (NBS(link is external)); ●The Italian supervisory authority (Consob(link is external)).

The FSMA therefore advises against responding to any public offers of investment instruments issued by Skyway Capital or persons connected with that company and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.

Article in Dutch entitled "Financial guard dog warns about the pyramid fraud of SkyWay Capital"
“The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against investment offers promising exceptional returns and based, either visibly or otherwise, on setting up a system of recruitment, membership and enrolling other members. These offers promise unrealistically high returns, although they may appear most attractive.”
Questions from George Marshall about the validity of the FSMA warning (Belgium) - 31 June 2019
Can you point out any of these characteristics that can be applied to SkyWay project? Most critical sources are claiming SkyWay to promise “unrealistic income”. Please show any official announcement of any official company of the group containing any exact digit of future return or any guarantee of revenue at all.
The FSMA is warning about the offers made by SkyWay Capital on their website where the offer "astronomical" returns.
“The company in question is therefore not allowed to offer its shares in Belgium.” - is there any SWCapital foundaion office in Belgium? I found no info about anyone. Does the absence of prospectus approval by FSMA mean a fact of being a pyramid or a ponzi?
“SkyWay Capital, a company apparently registered in Belarus” - is wrong because the company Sky Way Capital Inc., is registered in the Saint Lucia (IBC No: 2018-00309) 14
And again the famous Lithuania conflict is mentioned as it is on every step despite being exhausted.
Beyond controversy, the FSMA is reliable source, however it’s clearly that its warning has been made on the basis of a superficial analysis without watching closer on all the SkyWay Group but taking into consideration only SkyWay Capital foundation. The links to other regulators bring to the warnings referring to prospectus absence. But for some reason they don’t take into consideration that the Prospectus is needed for stocks and bonds i.e. securities initially publicly offered 15 As for SkyWay, being not yet ready for IPO it actually makes available Investment Memorandum Investment Memorandum and Convertible loan agreement Convertible loan Agreement --George Marshal (talk) 20:13, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Article in French on the FSMA warning: "SkyWay Capital, ou un nouveau système pyramidal" published 22 September 2017 in the newspaper L'Echo[3]. Here's a short translation from the article:

The“Verified link” can be so in no case because this source is a blog. The first wrong blaming here is attribution of long-term passive income promises. No such guarantee can be found on the official sources of the companies meanwhile there is list of recommendations for partners who promote the project: “When creating promotional materials it is recommended:
Strictly keep the facts reported through the official information channels of the SkyWay group;..."
..."Avoid “screaming” headlines, distortion of facts, attribution to real persons of words or actions that do not apply to them, promises of guaranteed super profits or permanent passive income and other techniques, described in more detail below.” … Rules
Then there is again unverified list of non-existing companies and mentions of Stock purchase. However there is no information about SkyWay IPO or stock market presence even now. And again “promises” that cannot be found on any SkyWay official page, refers to “financial services” and again the same non confirmed trolling rewritten from other similar blogs that are absolutely irrelevant for WP. --George Marshal (talk) 14:14, 1 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • REQUEST FOR INFORMATION on the warnings from the regulatory agency in Estonia

- At the moment we only have the FSMA Belgium reference stating that Estonia is one of the countries who has released a warning about investing in SkyWay Group company shares. I've been to the 'Estonian Financial Supervision Authority' (EFSA - Finantsinspektsioon) and I can't find anything there. This could be a mistake and therefore should be removed, but I'm requesting here that someone finds an actual reference we can use. –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 14:20, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I managed to find it there using Google's search by site 'site:www.fi.ee skyway'. There are other warnings (Belgiam, Italian) including Estonian one: [5] — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dron007 (talkcontribs) 19:28, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

2 February 2019 the BaFin released a second warning, this time with regards to "Skyway Capital" registered in Saint-Lucia. The title of the warning translates to "Skyway Capital Inc: Evidence of missing sales prospectus". Although typically sparse on information or detail, this warning does, however, have multiple secondary sources:

On 11 June 2019 BaFin released its first prohibition against "Sky Way Capital Inc." registered in Saint Lucia. You can read the warning here: [6]. A prohibition is a step further than a warning and can result in a financial regulatory agency actually doing something. An example of a regulatory agency prohibition is the CONSOB prohibition which actually resulted in websites being taken down, as well as the sale of shares to Italian citizens being banned. The prohibition title translates as follows :

  • Sky Way Capital Inc.: BaFin prohibits public offering of investments

LITHUANIA (LB)

BANK OF LITHUANIA warning released 23 August 2014

The Bank of Lithuania has recently noticed intensified activities of the SkyWay group, encouraging investing in this group’s projects. Our advice is not to be drawn in by the proposals of SkyWay, as this may lead to investors losing their funds.

As early as in 2014, the Bank of Lithuania established that the company Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Ltd, registered in Great Britain, was publicly offering its securities without necessary permits in Lithuania. To protect the interests of investors, the Bank of Lithuania has issued a public warning, transferring information on the Company’s illegal actions to the Prosecutor General’s Office. In addition, it has advised the Financial Market Supervisory Authority of the United Kingdom thereof.

Nevertheless, companies within the SkyWay group or their representatives keep issuing invitations, in various ways, to finance unclear projects, promising "quick and easy benefits". It is now being proposed to invest in the projects of the private limited company First SkyWay Invest Group Limited through acquisition of its shares. Information for potential investors is being distributed through social networks, via invitations to project presentations, providing information on the Company’s website in Lithuanian, etc. The Company is presented as a prospective start-up company, which collects funds from potential investors (as stated, not publicly and only from professional ones) to finance its projects.

The Bank of Lithuania warns that it has issued no permits for First SkyWay Invest Group Limited to publicly offer its securities in Lithuania or provide related services. No decisions or permits of the supervisory authorities of other European Union countries, granting the right for the companies of First SkyWay Invest Group Limited or their representatives to raise funds in Lithuania, have been received either.

Be careful or you may lose your money.

@Dron007 Good work! I translated the warning: it is very similar to the warning from the national bank of the Czech Republic. The list of countries which have issued warnings is actually getting very long - I changed the text to read 'many countries including...' so that this would be still be true for the unlisted countries. Do you think we should add 'Slovenia' and 'the Czech Republic' to the list? I'd be happy to do it, but I'd like to hear your opinion first (I put the Czech Republic warning there a few weeks ago and no one has either commented on it or responded too it). −Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 20:42, 27 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

SkyWay in Foreign Countries

Australia

Australia started negotiating with SkyWay thanks to promotion from Rod Hook who used to work for the Australian Government.

The following references were suggested in the March deletion discussion based on questioning the notability of the SkyWay Group:

Let's take Australian project, cancelled now. It was covered by popular news sites of Adelaide: [15] [16] [17] [18] (some problems opening last one now. Text is available here: [19]). So it has "significant coverage in multiple reliable independent secondary sources". Sources for Lithuania, India, Indonesia, UAE present in the article. Whole articles are about SkyWay, it is not just one-line mention. Of course most information exists in Belarus and Russian sites. Many of them independent like Onliner, Tut.By mentioned in the articles. There are many not mentioned yet like [20] or Popular Mechanics: [21] (it is placed on Skyway partner site but it is PDF of the printed version of the magazine. Warnings mount as it all looks like pie in the Sky-Way (The Advertiser) 23 February 2019 - Adelaide, Australia

THERE was an event held in Dubai last week called the World Government Summit which was attended by Belarussian inventor and engineer Anatoly Yunitskiy. He is the brains behind the SkyWay concept, which was proposed as a transport solution for Adelaide’s streets. Think autonomous trams in the air, travelling at 150km/h. The SkyWay concept was given credence in Adelaide because it was backed by the well-regarded former Transport Department chief Rod Hook. But after a couple of years of spruiking, the idea died in August when Hook conceded Yunitskiy had taken the concept to the United Arab Emirates. But it’s possible it was a lucky escape for Hook. So far Belgium, New Zealand, Lithuania and Estonia have issued warnings to potential investors not to get involved with SkyWay. “The scheme proposed by SkyWay Capital exhibits the characteristics of a pyramid scheme,’’ Belgium’s Financial Services Markets Authority said in a statement. SkyWay’s website is an interesting read. Like many toogood-to-be-true investments it offers remarkable returns. “Increase your investments up to 1000 per cent or more in 3-5 years,’’ it says. SkyWay also claims to have $400 billion in pre-order contracts. An email to SkyWay asking it to detail the contracts went unanswered. Initially, punters are asked to stump up money in a crowd-funding exercise. The promise is the initial investment will become shares when SkyWay lists on the London Stock Exchange. Hook told Off the Record he had lost no money and didn’t believe it was a pyramid scheme. He also believed the engineering was sound, although he thought Yunitsky lacked “commercial sense’’.

Another article in the Adelaide newspaper, The Advertiser, was published on 17 May 2016 and was called "SKY-HIGH DREAM TO GET CITY MOVING: Ex-transport chief Rod Hook unveils $13m elevated, driverless SkyWay train plan for Flinders University". The original is here [23], but you can't read the text unless you have a subscription to the newspaper. Someone was kind enough to publish the text of this article here: [24]. It contains detailed information about the SkyWay Australia negotiations which took place in 2016 in Adelaide at the Flinders University. -Zachar (talk) 15:09, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for these links. It should be noted here that all projects in Australia were indefinitely postponed in August 2018. All these letters confirm is that SkyWay self-published these letters which may or not have actually been written by Rod Hook and associates.Zachar (talk) 19:46, 2 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

From BehindMLM, participant in discussion thread Roslyn: Rod still has a Skyway website that promotes it (even if it is old).

Besides the obvious content, the address and contact is the same of that of his company Rod Hook and associates and is of the same distinct style as that website, so clearly belongs to him. Extract from this website –

skywayaustralia.com.au/bio
Sky Way’s leading Co-founders, Rod Hook and Maree Wauchope, were so impressed by Sky Way’s revolutionary approach to rail, they immediately wanted to see Sky Way systems built in Australia... They co-own the Australian company with Dr Anatoly Yunitskiy the inventor of Sky Way technology, and Global Transport Inc, Sky Way’s leading Financiers.

Sky Way Transport Australia was founded in October 19 2015, as a private company, according to the ASIC website.

Maree Wauchope is his partner at Rod hook and associates, and also has worked in Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure as an Executive Director and is has been listed as a managing partner and marketing specialist for Skyway on some sites.

Also on the site is their version of why the sudden departure of Skyway from Australia:

"The Australian partners of Sky Way Transport Australia have now been advised that Dr Anatoly Yunitsky has entered into arrangements to further develop his Sky Way technology within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As a result of this arrangement Dr Anatoly has decided to postpone any work within Australia to build and operate a system until such time as he has concluded his UAE commitments.

So just postponed according to Rod and Maree. He’ll be back to build his Australian flying Choo choo, he’s just busy pretending to build Dubai’s one at the moment.

Skyway also use his new recent government appointment, as validation of an Australian project and to recruit as seen here on Skyway Facebook page April 2019: –

‘#SkyWayTransportAustralia Congratulations on new Government appointment. Rod Hooke is in a key position with his new appointment for the next 3 years to facilitate a SkyWay System in Australia.
We need to finalise the 15 stages of SkyWay ASAP so we can get started who wants more information about becoming a co-owner of this technology? #hitmeupformoreinfo

Belgium

The financial regulatory agency FSMA released a warning in September 2017 about the activities of the SkyWay group - in particular SkyWay Capital and the First Skyway Invest Group Limited - in Belgium who were not permitted to sell its investment products as they had not applied for the necessary prospectus to do so. The public was further warned that this company showed the characteristics of a pyramid scheme and that they would be ill-advised to invest money in SkyWay projects. You can read the warning in English here: [26].

SkyWay Capital are still planning motivated sales and recruitment meetings in Belgium. Recent meetings were held in Antwerp [27] and Brussels [28]. Herman Vertez is listed as the top SkyWay Capital consultant at the Brussels event; Kristiaan Van Den Vyver in Antwerp. Publish any verified commentary on these events which took place in April and May 2019 below. –Zachar (talk) 14:41, 21 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A SWIG recruitment and sales meeting is planned in Bruges, Belgium on 30 June 2019.[29]. The international guest speaker is Alena Pepina. This is what they have to say about the event:
"We support SkyWay Technologies, an innovative new eco friendly transport system, set to take the WORLD by storm in the very near future. Let us show you how to obtain co-ownership of this new technology as a bonus! You'll want to be a part of this!" [30]
You can also pre-purchase tickets to the EcoFest which is taking place at the SkyWay demonstration facility in Marjina Horka August 2019. It should be mentioned here that through transferring money to this company, you emphatically DO NOT obtain co-ownership of this technology. This company is not permitted to sell you anything. Belgium has recently rereleased their warning about SkyWay activities in this country. They lack the prospectus to sell shares and have not registered their securities. Any money you invest in this company you will most likely lose and until they can show they have registered officially you are advised to not spend your money on unregistered and illegal investment products. Czech Republic

Here's an official notice from the Czech government that Eurasian Rail Skyway systems - a member of the SkyWay group - is selling shares there without a license. The notice says that "Public offer of securities of Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding [is] without prospectus." Here's a translation of the wording of the warning:

The Czech National Bank informs the public that the investment in the securities of Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding, ISIN VGG322291094, is publicly offered in the Czech Republic without the Czech National Bank, or the Supervisory Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Section 36c of the Capital Market Undertakings Act another Member State of the European Union, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 36f of the Capital Market Undertakings Act, a prospectus for that security has been approved and published.

Can anyone confirm this warning? A link is included below. It is dated 2016 which is years before other warnings issued later and which are already included in the article. If someone can confirm this I'll include information about this warning in the 'other countries' section on financial irregularities. http://www.cnb.cz/cs/spotrebitel/ochrana_spotrebitele/upozorneni/upozorneni_euroasian_rail_skyway.htmlZachar Laskewicz (talk) 23:03, 19 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

That is absolutely realistic. Memorandum of investor was issued in 2015 or earlier and companies like Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd (ERSS), GTI are mentioned there. Now they have updated version but you can find there documents dated 2013-2015 (pp.55 and later). [31] Dron007 (talk) 03:00, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your reply. But I included a warning from the state government about the unregulated sale of shares of this SkyWay company. Do you think this 'warning' is realistic? What on earth do you actually mean? You included reference to an entirely unverifiable SkyWay self-published document, so I don't see how this can help prove a governmental warning from a Czech source. It sounds like you either misunderstood the English translation or you want to make an entirely different point.
Not sure what you mean. I though that by "it seems hard to believe that this could be true in 2016" you doubt that there were Skyway companies in 2016. That's why I provided a document that shows that these companies have been existing since 2013 or so. Some of them may be checked in official sites. Need to check. Dron007 (talk) 16:10, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
So sorry if that wasn't clear. I'm going to change the wording so it's clearer what I'm looking for. The talk page is to check facts before including them in the article; new issues should be checked first for accuracy by other users. I found the reference to a specific regulation from the Czech Republic warning people not to invest in one of the SkyWay group companies because they had no permission to sell shares there in 2016. Other countries like Japan and Lithuania issued warnings years later. But I translated this regulation directly from Czech with Google translate. What if I was wrong? What if I implicated the Czech government in a scandal they were not involved with? It would absolutely ruin my reputation which is already not great because I've included so much passion in my warnings that SkyWay is a scam (which I regret deeply in retrospect). So to be specific, if you know a Czech person who can find out if what I found on the internet is actually true, that would be great. But any additional references you find would be appreciated - and in fact it's great that you take the time to post here at all and keep an eye on what people are doing and I thank you for it. –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 18:30, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Although the document you include is unusable for anything in itself and doesn't have anything to do with the Czech warning it does provide a lot of information about the different companies and where they are registered. Thanks also for your support to the name change support with interesting arguments. Post any valid references you think I should see on your talk page or here and I'll take a look at them - it doesn't matter which language they're in. –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 13:50, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This article entitled "Who wants to be a millionaire? The Heavenly Railway lures Estonian people" concerns SkyWay Capital operations in Estonia. The original can be viewed here: [32].

Who wants to become a millionaire? The Heavenly Railway lures Estonians (Eesti Ekspress - 7 November 2017)

Kes tahab saada miljonäriks? Taevaraudtee peibutab Eesti inimesi Who wants to become a millionaire? The Heavenly Railway lures Estonian people By Toivo Tänavsuu (7 November 2017)

RIDING RICH! Skyway Capital, a "new-generation" transport company of Russian origin, is looking for courageous (gullible) financiers from Estonia, allowing them to have a serving of milk and honey.

People and goods are moving smoothly, logically, and with a gentle twitch on the cobweb of rails and ropes built into the sky as a source of water. No natural pollution, traffic jams, accidents or stress. You are also lazing at the side of a pool without worry, enjoying holidays and delicious cocktails and thinking: the planet is cleaner and here is my hand in the game! How does it sound? About this future is announced by Skyway Capital, a company that develops cableway technology. A witty company has made a commitment to save the planet Earth and harbors simple investors as co-owners of the world's largest transport company.

THE PERMITS ARE FANTASTIC

For example, it is written that Skyway shares can now be purchased at a discount of up to 500 times. The company's website has a black-and-white promise: the investment has grown at least 1000 times over three to five years. "Lifetime Dividends" will come to the forefront of any project based on this technology that is being implemented anywhere in the world. Moreover, "independent experts" have already estimated the value of Skyway technology (still on paper and futuristic sketches) worth $ 400 billion! As it is serious, the need to make an investment decision immediately is emphasized. Because the future is bold, and the sooner the project comes, the bigger the bonuses will be. Here are also some examples of the investment world to continue to inspire. For example, the Skyway website writes how the value of a virtual eyewear manufacturer Oculus Company, like a rocket, has risen from zero to $ 2 billion in a year and a half. Also in 1976, Steve Wozniak and Ron Wayne founded Apple. Wayne had no faith in the venture, and he sold his stake with $ 800. Today it would be worth 50 billion. Or, in 1998, David Cheriton invested $ 100,000 in Google and is billionaire today. If you believe in the Skyway website, you can be a millionaire in the future with your Estonian average salary or pension. The company compares itself with Google and Apple. With no money to invest, Skyway shares can also be bought in installments!

However, no mats can be accessed by the company on the investor's online environment. To do this, you must register and also have an "opener" inside. Entering the environment, a picture of all kinds of investment packages opens, one more appealing than the other. Diesel is simple: the more shares you buy, the better the price. The fatter the package, the cheaper the shares will be, and the more securities will be added as a bonus. You can start with a few hundred euros. For example, in a senior package, you get 32,000 shares for $ 400 a month, pay $ 50 a month, and if you believe in Skyway's promises, it's worth thousands in a few years. Separate packages are for the elderly, students, and for example parents to secure the future of their children. None of the risks involved in investing are even spoken in half a word. Skyway confirms that there are already thousands of projects planned, and the Skyways are supposedly planned in Brazil, India, Australia and Europe. Skyway was founded by an engineer, inventor and genius from Belarus ¬ Anatoly Yunitskiy. He came up with the idea 40 years ago when he was in the space industry. He thought it would be nice to ride along the heavenly railways (rails or ropes), up to a few dozen meters above the ground. The whole headaches of building on the ground (all that provokes resentment for Rail Baltica, for example), the poles that hold the skies in the sky can be quite far apart. Yunitskiy started quietly running the case. But at one point the people came together, opened the wallets and supported. In a few years now, EcoTehnoPark has been set up in the former land fill near Minsk, where the first railways are stationed and tested. The plan is to finish next year's tests and get the technology certified. Then there is a big explosion, and like a dam, a global mega-business is triggered. There are already thousands of projects in the SKYWAY APPROVAL, eagerly awaiting the end of the tests. The heavenly railways are said to be planned in Brazil, India, Australia and Europe. One of the biggest treasures of the day - to believe in the Skyway ¬ home page - will start on the London-Berlin-Moscow-Tokyo route - a 60 billion euro deal. In addition, it is about to travel around Australia, or Melbbourne-Sydney-Brisbane (€ 80 billion). Rails are also planned to be transported from Moscow via Minsk and Vilnius to the Kaliningrad and even the United Arab Emirates. There is no flaw in this technology. At least Skyway does not name them. Such transport is fast, inexpensive, green, safe, the route lasts for a hundred years and is usable everywhere (passing "through" mountains and rivers). At a speed of 500 kilometers per hour, you get half an hour from Tallinn to Tartu. And you enjoy what scenic views from there ...

OCTOBER LAHATI SKYWAY's World Saving Mission at Tallinn TV Show "Matrix". Mihkel Liivakant and former deputy mayor of Tallinn, Vladimir Maslov, as a visionary, were nominated as guests. The Skyway website calls Maslov a team member. Both visitors welcomed the company to heaven and found that estisEstonia could be the first heavenly railroad, for example, in Tallinn, on Laagna road or on the harbor - city center - Tartu maantee. Stay tuned, Elon Musk, with your vacuum tube Hyperloop! Liivakant points out that even the Dalai Lama has given his positive energy to Skyway, and the first pilot project is set in his residence. As Skyway drives flies to people in many countries, it has allegedly had hundreds of thousands of investors who have contributed hundreds of millions of euros to the project. Vello, one of Skyway's financiers, was already exhorting Spring to not miss the best investment opportunity in life. "The world is bold and the risk is giving life a spice!" He wrote. According to Vello, he invests as much personal money as possible in Skyways and aims to get a total of one million shares. The man himself, along with the bus coach Estonians, went to Belarus to see the experiments in the summer, and after that, recommends that all family members and acquaintances "take away the packages". "The daughter was enough for three minutes - she did the package. At the moment, the shares are still in cents, but soon this thing will be spread around the world. Cashier investors will come in and you will probably be able to buy your shares in installments.”

HOW TO CREATE A FIRMA INTO THE CONTACT NUMBER ON THE SOURCEE.EU FOR THE ESTONIA, Heli replies that he is working as a good advisor to Skyway. He has previously acted as a healer, provided training to "connect with higher frequencies with oscillating energy" to "transform his world as a co-creator." Heli says he has already invested "quite a lot" in SkyWay, taking "millions of shares". He says that every investment entails a risk, but he considers it "small" for this project. According to Heli, from 3000 to 4000 people have made investments in Estonia from Skyways. "There are businessmen, ordinary people, retirees, families have secured the future of their children." The woman talks thoroughly about developments in Belarus, where the speed of up to 102 km / h is already certified and there is currently a 22-kilometer track to test even the fastest sky trains. Actually, INSENER JUNITSKIL is even bigger with Skyway. If the entire planet Earth is covered with heavenly rails, it is planned to build a "funicular" to Earth's near-field or space! "But before Mother's land is done," the visionary Maslov holds back the euphoria. Investor Vello also admits that "real money comes from space". So Skyway's big plan is to build a few million kilometers of railways first on Earth and distribute the dividends from these investments into the construction of space routes.

ESTONIAN FINANCIAL REGULATORY AGENCY HAS WARNED ABOUT SKYWAY

Skyway came to the fore at the beginning of this year. The Inspectorate received a complaint from a senior woman who was aggressively offered the opportunity to invest in Skyways at a café. It was suggested that the investment can also be made for loan money. Kristjan-Erik Suurväli, Head of the Market Supervision Division of the Financial Supervision Authority, says that the company has no right to publicly raise money because it has not registered an investment prospectus. Skyway has also been warned by financial supervision in Lithuania and Belgium. There have been clear signs of a pyramid scheme - the benefits for the old are at the expense of new entrants. Maybe every investor builds his own happiness on his yard, adding new people to the system. In Lithuania, Anatoly Yunitskiy had a bigger annoyance a few years ago when he first wanted to set up a test area there, but was forced to leave the country on charges of money laundering and fraud. The trials continued in Belarus and Yunitskiy’s disciples see the conspiracy that happened.

This article was published in Latvian on the attempts of Yunitskiy to gain funding from Estonians: [33]. The article was published on 5 November 2015 and a translation will follow if it provides new information not included in other references. Note that the title of this article translates as follows:

Ethiopia

According to this article, SWIG (Sky Way Invest Group) held a sales meeting to officials in Addis Ababa (Ethiopia): [34].

"Sky Way Investment Group (SWIG) has pitched its ideas of a commercial cable train in Ethiopia – a globally new technology which is said to be less space consuming than the traditional railway construction. SWIG proposed the idea of installing the transportation facility in Ethiopia and the way of financing to Dagmawit Moges, Minister of Transport (MoT) as well as to officials at the Addis Ababa Transport Bureau."

A verbal agreement was apparently made. The company intends to get the general public to finance this project:

"The company intends to finance the development through public private partnerships where the general public will be able to invest in it."

Sound familiar? This has entered the article as a new 'negotation' but it is nothing of the sort. A motivated sales meeting followed by a verbal agreement is not the same as a negotiation. It is just a verbal arrangement after the Sky Way Invest Group make another sales pitch where they get officials to agree because the funding will come from small investors. If they enter the negotiation phase and sign formal documents, it can be included in negotiations and we need more than a single reference. I propose moving this to another instance of a 'motivated sales meeting or lecture' presented by the SkyWay Group. Zachar (talk) 09:25, 20 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • The following text was removed from the article until there is confirmation that they have actually entered formal negotiations.
In May 2019, SkyWay was reported to have proposed the construction of an aerial tramway in Addis Ababa. Still unsourced article on the SkyWay scandal in India that is still to be verified. It's in English and was published in 'The Times of India' July 21 - 2017

BJP leader attacks minister over skyway skyway project

Advice requested: because of changes to title heading, the Dharamsala project is now in a heading entitled 'abandoned projects'. We now have 2 articles on India/SkyWay negotiations. Neither of them say that the project has been 'abandoned'. They question its validity. The Norwegian article suggests that this project is still planned in 2020. I suggest until we have confirmation otherwise, we move India to 'Future projects'. I also suggest we follow the Indonesian model and call it 'planned projects' not 'future projects'; they are after all planned projects. Planned projects happen in the future but 'future projects' could mean a lot of things. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zaxander (talkcontribs) 11:20, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Indonesia

There is no information about it at all, meanwhile there was period when Skyway was producing a lot of news and their managers signed MoU there and told about $42 billion projects[38]. It was terminated and Skyway alleged that Indonesian partners did nothing to promote Skyway in the region and stole money. Let's collect verifiable sources here. At the same time Indonesian partners said that company was frozen because of public complaints. Unfortunately it is in Indonesian. There are the main facts suggested in the article:
  • Negotiations between Indonesia and the SkyWay Group were finally stopped in 2018.
  • News of the resignation of the director of 'PT Skyway Technologies Indonesia' was repressed by the mother company in Belarus.
  • According to the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), complaints had been made by the public about investment products being offered and because of the misinformation about the company this had to be made clear.
  • This misinformation propagated by Skyway involved failure to inform the public about the cancellation of Skyway projects in Turkey, Australia and Indonesia.
  • The OJK also confirmed that no SkyWay companies has ever registered officially in Indonesia.
  • 'PT Skyway Technologies Indonesia' were apparently planning a project of 'sky trains' at the Jorong Port in Kalimantan.

Here is a new verifiable reference on the operations of the SkyWay in Indonesia. I found it in the Norwegian Wikipedia article. It concerns collaboration between UI (University of Indonesia) and Skyway:

Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 10:56, 11 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This article discusses collaboration between 'Universitas Indonesia' and PT SkyWay Technologies Indonesia. 'PT' is an acronym for 'perseroan terbatas' which means 'limited company'. In 2017 an MoU was signed between the UI in West Java and this company. There is no indication that this specific project has been realized. According to the more recent reference all collaborations between SkyWay and Indonesia were cancelled. Unfortunately it didn't actually mention the MoU in West Java. It seemed important, however, to bring up the arrangements between UI and SkyWay in the article because it's mentioned in the Norwegian Wikipedia SkyWay article. They introduce it as a 'planned project'. These recent changes to the cancelled projects needs to be assessed however because I'm not actually sure that when the second article says that 'all projects are cancelled' it means the UI negotiations because a university isn't really a company and it doesn't mention specifically either the MoU or West-Java; it mentions a city in Kalimantan which is part of the island of Borneo. It could be that Indonesia belongs in either the 'postponed' or 'planned' projects; I just don't know. In any case, this article confirms that the Indonesian SkyWay limited company is part of the SkyWay Group: it mentions Yunitskiy personally and discusses the benefits of his SkyWay technology in detail. It also discusses the EcoTechnoPark in Belarus. Anyone interested in this translation can request it on my talk page. Interestingly, the SkyWay website mentions the Jorong port (which has been cancelled in the meantime) but doesn't specifically mention collaboration with the UI. Request for clarification on this subject. –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 23:03, 17 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

In this reference the Indonesian finance regulatory agency OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) warns about 57 different companies that have been banned and which investors could lose their money on. SkyWay is the second company on this list: [41]. IMHO it's safe to extend the list of countries that have released warnings about SkyWay can include Indonesia. -Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 17:43, 30 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SLEMAN - Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and SkyWay Technologies Indonesia collaborated in the fields of education, research and community service. Cooperation, especially carried out in the development of innovation in the field of transportation.

The cooperation agreement marked the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding between the UGM Chancellor, Panut Mulyono, and the Country Director of SkyWay Technologies Indonesia, Madinatul Fadilah. Madinatul hopes that this cooperation can provide transportation solutions for the nation.

On that occasion, SkyWay launched a CSR program in the form of scholarships and internship programs for UGM final year students. Madinatul stressed that the program was an attempt to send knowledge quickly to the young generation of the nation.

"Hopefully in the future this cooperation will work well," Madinatul said at the UGM Head Office Leadership Room on Monday [another photo of staff at the signing of MoU} TEXT: This MoU marks the collaboration of education, research and community service, especially the development of transportation innovations. (Wahyu Suryana / Republika)

UGM Chancellor, Panut Mulyono, welcomed the cooperation carried out in the development of the field of transportation innovation. He sees, transportation is a very urgent issue to be resolved in Indonesia.

Moreover, Panut continued, the condition of community mobility is increasing along with technological developments and increasing welfare. So, engineering and efforts to develop transportation modes are needed to reduce congestion.

"Vehicle innovation is one way to expedite goods and human transportation, therefore innovation must grow well in Indonesia and create new modes of transportation and other fields," Panut said. He also expressed his gratitude for the CSR scholarship assistance given to UGM students. Panut revealed, around 30 percent of UGM students came from underprivileged families, who needed assistance from various parties.

Panut hopes that this collaboration will be developed in a wider scope, not only in the development of transportation innovations. But, in other fields that can provide more benefits.

"Hopefully this cooperation will benefit UGM and SkyWay and the benefits of the nation," Panut said.

Italy

Here follows a summary and complete translation of the verifiable Italian article concerning a project in the Sicilian city of Messina and the shady history of the Skyway group, dated 20 July 2018:

SKYWAY the flying tram company which has never realized a project

http://www.letteraemme.it/2018/07/20/sky-way-lazienda-del-tram-volante-che-non-ha-mai-realizzato-un-progetto/

The primary purpose of the article is to suggest why any collaboration between the SkyWay group and the large Sicilian city of Messina would be inadvisable.

In an effort to do this the article details the history of the SkyWay group companies, the involvement of Kunitsky as director, the controversies in Lithuania and India, their questionable use of crowdfunding, and information about the banning of these practices by CONFOB – an official Italian government organisation.

'Concise summary of the facts Here is a concise summary of the most important facts in the article:

  • Anatoly Yunitsky is the director of the SkyWay group which has companies registered under a wide variety of business names in London, Minsk and the Virgin Islands (a well-known tax haven).
  • SkyWay has never realised an actual project anywhere. Existing proof consists of computer-generated images and a demonstration model in Belarus.
  • It’s currently illegal for any of the SkyWay group to sell shares in Australia, Canada, Japan, Russia and the United States.
  • There were many other SkyWay companies around the world promoting this technology which have since been dissolved. Current directors of the company deny having been involved with any of them.
  • India and Lithuania have been involved in shady financial dealings with the SkyWay group. In 2017 a proposed project in Lithuania was suspected of financial fraud through the illegal sale of shares, and was cancelled. In May 2017, however, the investigations were stopped after they decided they couldn’t prosecute the company.
  • In 2007 and 2018 specialists of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering gave a negative assessment of this technology. In 2010 a project was cancelled in Australia before the planning started.
  • The companies have applied controversial ‘crowdfunding’ techniques since 2014. They make lofty claims to individual citizens and promise extremely lucrative returns at some unspecified time in the future if you invest your money today.
  • In January 2018 The Italian Companies and Exchange Commission CONFOB – a governmental organisation – banned the advertisement and sale of SkyWay shares in Italy.
  • There are precedents in the past for questionable investments of foreigners in Italian infrastructure, including Indian and Arab investors whose projects were suspended.
  • The mayor of Messina has been discussing possible collaborations with the SkyWay group as part of his electoral campaign.

Attack on the tram ... From the Pirellone to Messina, the Italians who took the SkyWay's elusive 500 kmh monorail

"Cities bursting with traffic? No problem, the SkyWay company has the solution: to buy one of its monorails that make speeding cars at 15 meters high at 500 kilometers an hour, with a frequency of one every 15 seconds. Moreover, the plants cost 20% less than a normal subway and are totally green ... It seems like a dream, but it is the "real" proposal that the Belarusian company has been promoting for years now to heads of state, transport ministers and local administrations of half the world. Too bad that such facilities do not actually exist on the planet Earth." -Zachar (talk) 17:38, 4 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

But you do manage to ignore the success of the company. You wrote that yunitskiy words about the speed of 500 km/h were not confirmed by anything. But I read that this speed is potentially achievable. And such data are available on the results of tests in the wind tunnel. I will try to request information from the test center or certificate from the company. And I do not understand why the proposal user @Derehosrescalo to use documents and open sources you consider unacceptable. At the same time regarding the declared speed you require supporting documents? This is wrong.Vinsent Bryant (talk) 08:32, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

ITALIAN SKYWAY NEGOTIATIONS

There were actually three negotiations in Italy none of which seem to have left the negotiation stages. Seeing that all emphasis is now put on development in the UAE, you can probably safely say these negotiations have been postponed or cancelled.

[1] Brianza – region in the North-West of Lombardy (between Milan and Lake Como)

Negotiations were held at the Pirelli Tower in Milan with SkyWay and they were invited to present a feasibility project for a cable car between Cologno Monzese and Vimercate. These negotiations took place in March 2019. [47][48][49][50]

[2] Republic of San Marino – small enclaved microstate situated in Northern Italy

The Secretary of State for this region met Yunitskiy in Belarus in March 2018 and signed a Protocol of Intent (Memorandum of Understanding) for the construction of the San Marino-Rimini connection. Controversy during other negotations in Italy and the Consob warnings led to this project being questioned by the authorities. [51][52][53]

[3] Messina – third largest city on the Italian island of Sicily.

The mayor of Messina used the “the flying tram” as an election campaign issue to solve the regions mobility problems. His plans were proposed in June 2018. [54] [55]

In early 2018 negotiations took place in Italy. The Secretary of State for the Republic of San Marino signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the EcoTechnoPark in Belarus in March 2018 for the construction of the San Marino-Rimini line.[56] The mayor of the Sicilian city Messina also used SkyWay's "flying trams" to promote his electoral campaign.[57] Both negotiatians were postponed or cancelled because of concerns brought up the Italian regulatory agency Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) [58]
In March 2019, Brianza - a region in North-West Lombardy - invited SkyWay to present a feasibility project for a cable car between Cologno Monzese and Vimercate. Due to controversy surrounding the company these negotiations have been postponed.[59]

Piedi a Villa San Giovanni (8 July 2018) article on the SkyWay Messina negotiations

https://www.tempostretto.it/news/utopie-realt-skyway-tram-volante-messinesi-piedi-villa-san-giovanni.html Piedi a Villa San Giovanni Walk to Villa San Giovanni By Marco Ipsale (8 July 2018)

[photo of computer-generated image of SkyWay towering above a highway] TEXT: A technology that has never been applied, a project that raises a thousand legitimate perplexities. Meanwhile, the people of Messina lack the basic transport services

"Our idea of suspended mobility, which in the electoral campaign received not a few criticisms and in some cases also easy ironies, remains a staple for the De Luca Administration." Words of Deputy Mayor Salvatore Mondello, who participated in a meeting in Reggio Calabria, on the presentation of the "Metro Aspromonte" idea-project, which was also attended by "Skyway" technology experts.

What is it? "A system - again in the words of Mondello - that moves at high speed, in elevated, for urban and extra-urban transport, with the possibility of reaching even places with particular access criticalities and a contained cost of construction compared to traditional railway".

And let's go see it, then, this "Skyway" technology. The only references on the net, in addition to those of various presentations in different parts of the world without one having materialized, are those of the skywayinvestgroup internet site and the relative Facebook page, where a crowdfunding is also launched, that is to say the possibility to participate in a collective loan. Then only so much publicity. From these unique sources, it is clear that in 2014, in Marjina Horka, in Belarus, a museum park was built right on the Skyway, where its operation is shown, and that its creator, the engineer Anatoly Yunitskiy, studies the system since the early 1980s.

The only agreement we are talking about, obviously without any confirmation, is on the Italian sponsored pages and on skyway.capital, a subsidiary company that proposes investments in the project and promises an economic return. It is discussed in multi-level marketing forums and blogs: "The greatest technological innovation of the 21st century" and "a great opportunity", according to some, "Schema Ponzi" according to others, namely, as defined by Wikipedia, an "economic model of fraudulent sales that promises strong profits to the victims provided they recruit new investors, themselves victims of fraud".

The agreement would concern the Indian government, for a sum of 890 million dollars, thanks also to the support of the Dalai Lama, who does not understand what he has to do with it, "witnessed" by a photo on Facebook of the Tibetan spiritual authority next to Yunitskiy , which clearly does not prove anything, with a link that leads to a page ... with pictures of dogs (sic).

"The speed of the rolling stock - we find out again - can reach up to 500 kilometers per hour", perhaps useful for going from Torre Faro to Giampilieri in three minutes. But the Messina project would be more moderate: speed of "only" 70/80 km / h, 15 minutes for the 15 km route from Ganzirri to Pistunina, with 12 intermediate stops. Cost between 120 and 130 million.

An even more "curious" project if you compare it to the current Messina tramline, 8 km (therefore half) and 18 stops (the triple, in proportion). A line that will surely be improved, but which is however appreciated by the people of Messina, as shown by the constant increase in passengers in recent years, and that has nothing to do with the "innovative" project.

Leaving aside the Skyway, the suspended monorail exists in very few cities in the world. And, for the most part, it is in use for very short journeys. In Memphis, for example, in Tennessee, it is just 500 meters, then it is present only in Germany and Japan, here too with short routes. In Tokyo only 300 meters, in Dortmund only on the university campus, in Dusseldorf only between the station and the airport.

A real public transport service with this system, in practice, exists in only three cities in the world: Chiba (in Japan, 15 km and 18 stops), between Kamakura and Fujisawa (also in Japan, 6 and a half kilometers, 8 stops), in Wuppertal (in Germany, 13 km and 20 stations).

That of Messina would therefore be the longest in the world, like that of Chiba.

But for the De Luca administration, as reaffirmed by Mondello, the project remains "a fixed point", which has so far received too many criticisms and easy ironies. Like that of someone who created a Facebook page entitled "Daily updates on the Messina monorail", which still has more likes, to date 471, than the Skyway Italia Facebook page, which like it has so far 332.

Even wanting to take the project as a good thing, and the many perplexities are a must, it is good to underline and reiterate that it has never materialized, except in a few similar cases, and that, if ever it will see the light, it will do so in many years.

Criticisms and ironies, therefore, are legitimate, all the more so if one thinks that he is speaking again at the same time as an important news recently disclosed by the UIL: the Ministry would have given the green light to a new public shipping company together with RFI , with the sale of the Bluferries branch of the company, envisaged by the last budget of the Gentiloni government, which contemplates territorial continuity not only for trains but, finally, also for pedestrians.

To date, between Messina and Villa, there are only nine daily return trips, which become just six on weekends and holidays. And many passengers are forced to take advantage of the alternative provided by private individuals that, among other things, as soon as the new port of Tremestieri is ready, there will be no more. The cost of today's service is around 3 million, against collections of 700 thousand euros, while with the new company there would be an investment of 4 million and 600 thousand euros and increased travel with an extra hydrofoil. Unless it is the same money already provided by the service contract with RFI, because otherwise everything would be at the expense of the train service. According to the Uil, an investment of at least 8 million is needed to have a good frequency of races, above all in coincidence with the trains that move to and from central-northern Italy. And that's what politics must spend on this.

Today, in 2018, while there are those who think of a suspended monorail ever built in the world, the people of Messina are forced to walk, under water and wind or in the strong sun, the distance between the private moorings and the Villa station Saint John. And every day it is a continuous coming and going of Messina, often with suitcase in tow, on a journey on uneven asphalt, small pavements, holes and lava stone paving. For the elderly or people with reduced mobility it is a possibility not to be taken into consideration. A shame unworthy of a civilized country.

This articles describes the Italian negotations with SkyWay really well and includes some new insights into how the company works. If you want to understand how SkyWay operated in Italy, this is a good place to start. -Zachar (talk) 07:51, 16 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Quest monorotaia non esiste (12 June 2019) This monorail does not exist

https://www.ilpost.it/2019/06/12/skyway-monorotaia-investimenti/ Questa monorotaia non esiste 12 June 2019 This monorail does not exist

It's called SkyWay and has attracted the interest of local administrations and small investors, but according to many it is a financial scam that has already involved several people

The idea presented by SkyWay advertisements is to build a cable car suspended fifteen meters from the ground, with wagons traveling at 500 kilometers per hour: a cable car that does not pollute, costs less than an equivalent subway line and could solve the traffic problems of our cities. Its inventor, the mysterious Belarusian engineer Anatoly Yunitskiy, says the project has already involved governments across the world.

In Italy the municipality of Messina, the province of Monza and Brianza, the Lombardy region led by the League and the government of San Marino were interested in the project. Thousands of other Italians have seen the insertions of another service offered by Yunitskiy and one of its companies, SkyWay Invest Group, which offers financial training courses and stock packages of SkyWay which, the promotional material says, will multiply in value as soon as the company "will enter the global market".

In reality, there are only a few hundred meters of metropolitan flying cable cars in the world: a short experimental section built just outside Minsk, in Belarus. Almost all the states and local governments that came into contact with SkyWay, on the other hand, quickly abandoned the project. Regarding the financial offer, the financial control authorities of half the world, including the Italian ones, have warned against buying it or even banned it: it would indeed be a deceptive product, a scam based on the well-known Ponzi scheme.

The first time that SkyWay appeared in Italy is probably in the spring of 2018, when the candidate for mayor of Messina, Cateno De Luca, a representative of a center coalition, presented himself at an event of his election campaign accompanied by three managers and consultants of the company Belarusian, all Italians, announcing that they have reached an agreement to "revolutionize" the city's tram system. De Luca won the elections, but nothing was heard of the project. The relationship between the company and the municipality must have tightened up a lot, because a month ago the deputy mayor of Messina told the Fatto Quotidiano: "With us they have no contract, no pre-contract or agreement and we distrust anyone from supporting this".

Those of Messina are not the only local administrators to have met SkyWay on their way. The company's Wikipedia page mentions meetings with representatives of the governments of Australia, Lithuania, Slovakia, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia and India. In Lombardy SkyWay emissaries met Fabio Meroni, provincial councilor of Monza and Brianza of the League (who said he heard about the company for the first time during the presentation of a book on UFOs in Lissone), and through him they arrived up to the Lombardy Transport commission. But apart from the experimental line outside Minsk, not a single kilometer of underground cable car was built.

Reconstructing who is behind these companies is not easy. The most important character seems to be Anatoly Yunitskiy, a Belarusian engineer who is very active on social networks and always ready to defend his companies. He recently launched a petition on Change.org to shut down some sites that called his operation a scam. One of these sites is run by one of his former collaborators, Pavel Vladyka. According to Vladyka, Yunitskiy has set up a real international fraud with the help of professional scammers involved in "MMM", one of the most famous international scams of the last 30 years.

Yunitskiy denies any accusation and claims to be only a visionary and inspired businessman. In a recent tweet, for example, he advises Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, and Elon Musk, founder of Tesla and Space X, to abandon rocket-based space exploration.

Yunitskiy seems to manage a corporate entanglement made up of Chinese boxes with offices in tax havens. These societies open and close with a certain frequency and in an attempt to make sense of the picture it is easy to get confused. Business Insider Italy has tried to map these companies and discovered some interesting things.

At the head of the empire is the founder of "Skyway Technologies" (eye to the names of companies), Anatoly Yunitskiy, who defines himself: "an engineer, author and general designer of a radically new type of transport systems called Unitskiy String Transport », destined to revolutionize the world.

Yunitskiy, according to Business Insider, presented his project for the first time in Russia, where a short experimental section just outside Moscow was built and then dismantled. However, a report by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Moscow in 2008 described it as impractical and dangerous for passengers. Since then, relations between Yunitskiy and Russia have never been heard. Meanwhile, the founder of SkyWay had begun to propose his idea to governments across the world, but without ever achieving great success.

At one point it seems that Yunitskiy has decided to change strategy, aiming to raise the money needed for his works through a global crowdfunding campaign. For this purpose he, or some of his collaborators, began to create a series of companies with offices in tax havens such as the British Virgin Islands and Saint Lucia. The idea is to push ordinary people to buy shares in the SkyWay group, waiting for those same actions to multiply their value because of the sure successes of the transport system. "You buy company shares at a discount that is up to 500 times less than their face value, and when the company enters the global market, you will get a capitalization of 1,000% or more," said one of the promotional sites.

But the fundraising campaign must not have had the expected success, because shortly afterwards Yunitskiy launched another project: through the SkyWay Invest Group, also based in Santa Lucia, it started offering financial training courses for a fee. "While creating the SkyWay Invest Group brand", writes Yunitskiy in one of his numerous sites, "we aimed to combine two projects: the educational investment project of Academy Private Investment and the high-tech project Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Ltd". In other words, Yunitskiy not only has the dream of creating a new sustainable and economic transport system, but says he also wants to help people improve their knowledge of the financial world.

Here, however, his dreams intersect with the financial legislation and anti-fraud regulations of many countries. The returns promoted in the sites that advertise the initiative are simply impossible to achieve: we are talking about 1,000 per cent in three years, 22 per cent per day. Absurd figures that usually conceal scams or other attempts to deceive people who are weaker and less informed.

As soon as the financial authorities started investigating SkyWay's promotional material, they discovered numerous irregularities. In Italy, for example, CONSOB, the guarantor of the stock exchange, has discovered that what was passed off as a financial training course was actually an excuse to buy shares of the company surreptitiously and build ranks of shareholders on a pyramid basis. Half a dozen sites were blocked by CONSOB for misleading advertising and for providing false information. In all, the supervisory authorities of at least ten different countries have warned against investing money in society.

Kuwait

In 4-5 May 2018 a SWIG sales and recruitment conference was held in Kuwait to promote investment. The main guest-speaker wss Mila Serdjukova who is a skyway investor and also an employee of 'Global Transnet UK Ltd.', a SkyWay Group shell company registered in London. This event was held under the name of another SkyWay shell company, the First Skyway Invest Group Limited, which is generally associated with Skyway Capital (see FSMA warning). According to SkyWay promotion, this was the first event held in Kuwait, and it was held at Crown Plaza, Farwaniya.[61] -Zachar (talk) 18:06, 22 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Latvia

From October 19 to 22 2017, Latvian citizens had the opportunity to look at the SkyWay-scale model of the future city air transport at the exhibition "Environment and Energy 2017" in Kipsala. Read about it here: [62]

In April 2018 the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC/FKTK) of Latvia repeatedly warned about the illegal sales of shares. Read about it here: [63]. Latvians were encouraged to contact the police if they had been approached. An article was published on 5 May 2018 about a 'shareholder' who apparently owned shares in the company. The title of this article translates to: "SRS employee Gargazeviča has declared 2.04 million euros in investment fund shares". Here is some more of this article:

  • Gargazevič has declared its holdings of investment funds in the amount of USD 2 371 870 (EUR 2 038 138)... In its 2016 declaration, Gargazeviča stated that she owns the "Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd." registered in the British Virgin Islands. shares worth $ 888,155 (€ 763,188) and UK registered "First SkyWay Invest Group Ltd." $ 893,180 (€ 767,506). The total value of the shares owned by Gargazevič in 2016 was EUR 1,530,694.[64]

This article which also concerns this shareholder suggests that Gargazevič has actually invested 4000 euros in various SkyWay companies and that she would only be able to get money from her shares if the company was successful. Read this article for more information: [65] -Zachar (talk) 17:55, 14 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

This article explains in more detail the ‘stake’ Gargazeviča has in SkyWay Group companies based in offshore locations: the point here is that although these shares are supposedly worth more than two million euros, the actual shareholder only has a wage of 14,046 (EUR) a year and she spent in total around $4000 on the shares. These inflated values of the shares she has are based on unrealistic assumptions about how successful the company could become. In actual fact seeing that the technology is untested and uncertified and it will not be built anywhere, even if these shares are valid they aren't worth anything. The article also includes useful information about the Siauliai scandal and the Lithuanian financial regulatory agency warning. A translation of this article is uncollapsable below.
VID muitas eksperte deklarē ieguldījumu fondu daļas divu miljonu vērtībā (30 May 2018) SRS customs expert declares investment fund shares worth two million

http://www.la.lv/vid-muitas-eksperte-deklare-ieguldijumu-fondu-dalas-divu-miljonu-vertiba VID muitas eksperte deklarē ieguldījumu fondu daļas divu miljonu vērtībā SRS customs expert declares investment fund shares worth two million 30 May 2018

SRS comment added

Ināra Gargazeviča, the senior customs expert of the State Revenue Service (SRS), has declared 2.0 million euro of investment fund shares in its possession, according to a declaration of the Gargazevič state official for 2017.

Gargazevič has declared its holdings of investment funds in the amount of USD 2 371 870 (EUR 2 038 138).

In its 2016 statement, Gargazeviča stated that she owned British Virgin Island registered shares in the Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd. for US $ 888,155 (€ 763,188) and Britain's First SkyWay Invest Group Ltd. shares for US $ 893,180. dollars (767,506 euros). The total value of the shares owned by Gargazevič in 2016 was EUR 1,530,694.

Also in the 2015 declaration, Gargazeviča, as its owner, has quoted the shares of Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd. for $ 741,600 (€ 637,254), “First SkyWay Invest Group Ltd.” shares for $ 178,350 (€ 153,255). and shares in RSW Investment Group Ltd., registered in the British Virgin Islands, valued at USD 136,555 (EUR 117,341). The total value of the shares owned by Gargazevič in 2015 was 907 850 euros.

In the salary, SRS Gargazeviča received 14,046 euros last year.

Gargazeviča also owns real estate in land and buildings in Daugavpils, as well as an apartment in Daugavpils for use.

The State Revenue Service (SRS) explains to the portal LA.lv that Gargazevič has regular inspections of this fact every year. The total amount she has invested in funds such as Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holdings, First Skyway Invest Group LTD, RSW Investment Group LTD is around 4,000 euros.

These funds call for a high risk investment project, promising to develop innovative transport technologies. If the project were to be successful, the investors would receive the accumulated funds.

The stated millions are the value of Gargazevič's investment shares at the discretion of the fund itself. She could only get this money physically if the project promised by the funds really did happen, the SRS said. The SRS emphasizes that for certain companies, the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) of several European countries has made a warning, pointing out the possible risks of a financial pyramid. The Latvian FCMC has also issued a warning last year and in April this year.

The SRS has no right to influence and distances itself from employees' private choices to invest their private money. It is important for the service that it does not create a conflict of interest or risks of corruption.

Agency LETA has already reported that in April this year the Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) repeatedly warned about services offered by SkyWay Capital or First Skyway Invest Group Ltd on its website "skyway.capital/lv/".

The FCMC stated that the company did not have the right to invite residents to invest in its capital without appropriate authorization. In the event of loss or suspicion of fraud, the FCMC invited citizens to address the police. A year ago, at the end of March 2017, the Commission warned about the services provided by SkyWay Capital.

In November 2015, it was reported that the UK-based Russian entrepreneur Anatoly Yunitskiy's Rail Skyway Systems company in Lithuania, alongside the Airbase for Socks, which is based on the NATO Baltic air policing mission, was planning to build an experimental transport testing laboratory, actively hunting small investors and promising them a fabulous investment return.

Siauliai City Council had already signed an investment and land lease agreement with the unclear capital company “Rail Skyway Systems”, but the Seimas opposition raised these Russian citizen plans and Prime Minister Alģirds Butkevičs received special service information about the planned investments, as well as a recommendation to cancel the agreement . This was ultimately done even though the Mayor of Siauliai saw in the treaty a great advantage for the city - new jobs and unprecedented investments that would exceed the municipal budget several times.

The Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service (FNTT) launched a pre-trial investigation into possible fraud, illegal economic, commercial and financial activities and money laundering. True, Yunitskiy did not succeed because he had already left Lithuania.

According to the Lithuanian portal “Vz.lt” in 2014, there is news on the Internet that the concept of Yunitskiy String Transport aims to create a new model of transport system, on which the rails of tension rails at a certain height above the ground can be driven on the supports, at which the vehicles can travel at 500 kilometers per hour. The UK-based Yunitskiy company Rail Skyway Systems Ltd., on its website, has had the ambition to make a breakthrough in aviation, rail transport and road transport. The most modest project in the value of four billion euros was to build a high-speed string track for Moscow-Minsk-Vilnius-Kaliningrad, a billion more expensive project to be implemented in the United Arab Emirates, and the biggest hopes for linking Europe and Australia for Yunitskiy are the London-Berlin-Moscow route adds up to € 60 billion in brackets “and beyond to Tokyo”, while the most expensive project in Melbourne-Sydney-Brisbane is estimated at € 80 billion.

Lithuania

The scandal in Lithuania is complex and deserves a responsible description in the text. Unverifiable references and misleading text has just been removed. In an effort to do the issue justice I read the four verifiable articles, including the one in Lithuanian which I translated with Google. All the articles say pretty much the same thing. Here's a summary of what I understood (most of it was never mentioned or was deliberately distorted in the article): [1] Officials in the municipality of Siauliai started negotiating with SkyWay in 2014 and as such land was designated for use near a NATO based somewhere in the municipality; [2] The whole affair became embroiled in a corruption scandal when about 360 thousand euros was transferred by SkyWay into somebody's bank account; [3] Because of this the Bank of Lithuania started an investigation and the deal was prematurely concluded; [4] Eventually the prosecutor's office decided that although they could not prosecute the SkyWay group for being a pyramid scheme, that their methods of financing were highly suspect and for this reason Lithuania should have nothing to do with the company. Before recent adjustment, the second paragraph seemed to include a lot of unnecessary information justifying the actions of SkyWay by emphasizing the fact that they were exonerated from being a pyramid scheme. But that is hardly relevant here: even if that's true the Bank of Lithuania still started an investigation, found that the company was involved in shady practices and stopped the deal because of the illegal sale of shares. Although the investigation eventually ended and one of their conclusions was that they couldn't actually prosecute the company for the specifics of a pyramid scheme, this hardly exonerates the company from wrong-doing. They go out of their way to emphasise the fact that the investigation was stopped on May 26th 2017 and that this was because of their decision that there was no pyramid scheme. This is simply not true. I can't actually find this specific date anywhere in the four verifiable references and it hardly seems important. But I've concluded the paragraph with a sentence stating that the prosecutor's office decided to stop its investigations in May 2017. In the light of this information the whole story should be rewritten and told in a consequent fashion. Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 11:00, 18 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Bank of Lithuania: signs of fraud in the activities of A. Yunitskiy promising “air trains”

By Šarūnas Černiauskas, www.DELFI.lt [DELFI is the primary news portal in Lithuania] September 18 2014

https://www.delfi.lt/verslas/verslas/lietuvos-bankas-oro-traukinius-zadancio-a-junickio-veikloje-sukciavimo-pozymiai.d?id=65880462

You can view this translation at the user:Zaxander talk page. It specifically implicates that Yunitskiy founded the various companies in the SkyWay Groups in London and Lithuania. It is also very specific about him being the primary shareholder. Furthermore it mentions him in every single paragraph. It hardly mentions the technology itself. Its source of information is Vaidas Cibas, the 'Head of the Regulated Market Supervision Division of the Bank of Lithuania Supervision Authority'. The research seems to be very thorough. They conclude that they will share this information widely among international supervisory authorities "so that it is known in all countries that this company is engaged in illegal activities".

  • Lithuanian article on the SkyWay scandal "String Transport Contract at the Centre of a Scandal"
http://www.snaujienos.lt/miesto-gyvenimas/30184-sutartis-dl-styginio-transporto-skandalo-centre.html

Looks like it's a governmental publication of Siauliu region. Anyone want to verify and translate it? –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 22:51, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Here follows a summary of a translation of this article. It describes in detail the actual negotiations that were undertaken between the municipality of Siauliai and the SkyWay Group BEFORE the Bank of Lithuania suggested that the Prosecutor's Office start an investigation into this company. Information about the negotiations could be extended by making use of facts like these:
  • The Siauliai province was involved in a scandal when they started negotiations with the SkyWay company in 2014.
  • The Siauliai City Municipality signed an investment agreement with SkyWay and allocated a 30-hectare plot of land; they were planning to building a “string transport laboratory and a test track” there.
  • Controversy started when opposing politicians suggested that collaboration with SkyWay would pose a threat to “the security of our state and NATO”; Andrius Kubilius leader of the opposition turned to the Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence with fears of “a Russian-led shield organization based on the methods of operation of Russian special services directed against NATO and Lithuania”. He claimed that by approving this project Siauliai was “ignoring Russia’s aggressive policy towards not only the Ukraine but also against the Baltic states”.
  • The Mayor of the city Justinas Sartauskas was accused of signing this agreement without receiving permission from the national land service, checking the company’s capital or without consulting the Ministry of Defence.
  • The String Transport project also showed signs of corruption. A million litas (about 360 thousand euros) was added to the municipal bank account of Siauliai. According to Sartauskas these claims were unfounded. This money was transferred to guarantee the costs that would be incurred by pre-allocating this land to the SkyWay company test-site, ensuring no harm would be done to the city: “If they did not fulfill the terms of the contract, we would simply deduct the costs from that million”.

NEGOTATIONS TEXT: proposed extension to the text based on facts listed above in the Siauliai scandal.
"During negotiations with the SkyWay Group the municipality of Siauliai in Lithuania became involved in a scandal. An investment agreement was signed, a piece of land was pre-allocated to a SkyWay test-site and a large sum of money was transferred to the municipality's bank accounts to guarantee against loss to the city. The mayor was later crticised for signing this contract without receiving permission from the national land service, checking the company’s capital or consulting the Ministry of Defence and the project was finally cancelled at the end of 2014." –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 07:46, 9 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Here is another article on the investigation of the Yunitskiy by the Lithuanian authorities. It is a DELFI article entitied "History of Siauliai Sky Trains: Yunitskiy became a suspect" from 25 March 2015 and comments on the fact that "the pre-trial invstigation into SkyWay is gaining momentum" and concludes that Yunitskiy himself had departed from Lithuania and was not coming back. See the article here: [70]Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 14:20, 8 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Another article concerning the Lithuania controversy. Here it is made clear: in 2014 an issue was warned by the Bank of Lithuania for the operations of the company "Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Ltd.". In Siauliai, however, negotiations were held with the company "Rail SkyWay Systems Ltd." and this SkyWay test facility was cancelled for different reasons. Read the original article here published 23 August 2017: [71].
Why do you seek for creating the appearance of negative “conclusion” made on the ground of old outdated suspicions in Lithuanian language placed from beginning to the end? An enhanced investigation conducted during 3 years was off. The Prosecution concluded that no fraud SkyWay activity evidences was found. It’s obviously that conflict was related to domination of Siemens in that country. 061 However now the project is successfully developed in Belarus, where the EcoFest visitors could take a ride on Unibus 32 33 and in OAE 34 Please note: all this was designed, engineered, developed and built from zero within 5 years for finances of small investors.--George Marshal (talk) 12:21, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The conclusion drawn about the domination of Siemans is just Yunitskiy's opinion as confirmed in this reference republished on SkyWay promotion sites as fact: "Yunitsky has repeatedly stated that the conflict with the Lithuanian authorities may be associated with the dominance of the industry branch competitor of string transport - Siemens." 061. Although Yunitskiy sued the Lithuanian government, his case was dismissed and the Bank of Lithuania rereleased its warning about the fraudulent activity of the SkyWay Group. Being able to ride a unicar at the EcoTechnoPark doesn't change the facts documented in the Delfi and Baltic Course articles, both from news senders verified in Lithuania. Using the money of small-investors to fund a 'test-site' on a Belarusian farm is nothing to be proud of. This park has received no officially accredited scientific evaluation or testing, but nonetheless a lot of money has been spent to create promotion opportunites which are shared across the internet to attract people at home who don't know enough about investment to understand this company is illegally selling them investment products which have no actual value (as confirmed and reconfirmed by multiple references, including the Onliner.by articles from Belarus, the Geldthemen.de articles from Germany, the Primechaniya articles from Russia and the Volga News articles from the Crimea). Let the EcoTechnoPark be officially tested by nationally recognized bodies so we can base our judgement on something external to self-published sources. Any claims Yunitskiy makes about his technology 'self-funded by small investors' have to be read as self-published promotion until he allows independent testing of his technology. –Zachar (talk) 13:22, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Malaysia

Motivated sales and recruitment meetings for SkyWay Group events have been documented in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. According to SWIG, meetings were held on 26-27 August 2018 and their speakers were Armand Murnieks and Mila Serdyukova: [72]. The SWIG Asia Pacific meeting also took place on February 9-10 2019: [73]. BehindMLM also mention the Cryptocurrency promoted in one of these events with photos of the investment portfolio for 'Cryptounits' which would pay monthly dividends:[74]. Post any verified published documentation of these events so we can include it as one of the locations used for recruitment and sales meetings for questionable investment products. Netherlands

A SkyWay Capital meeting was apparently held on the 18th of May 2019, Hotel de Elderschans,67 Herendreef, 4527 AZ Aardenburg. Patricia Uytterhoeven is the director of SkyWay Capital Nederland (the Netherlands). Participants were invited to hear information about the Sharjah test site and new investment opportunities. SkyWay Capital raises funds for SkyWay projects and has been accused of canvassing small investors to part with their money through motivated sales and recruitment meetings like this. This meeting is presented as an 'industry presentation for prospective investors in SkyWay Capital'. Request for secondary sources that comment on motivated sales meetings so we can add the Netherlands to the list of countries where it has been documented that such MLM meetings takes place. Here is the primary source:

https://www.eventbrite.nl/e/tickets-skyway-capital-meeting-60942500660#

A SkyWay Capital meeting is planned on 22 June 2019 at Hotel van de Valk in Vianen, in the province of Utrecht. They are promising updates on the developments in Sharjah and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and New Investment opportunities.[75]

A SWIG recruitment and sales meeting is planned in Rotterdam, 29 June 2019.[76] Topics include how you can make money quickly from investing in the CRU('cryptounits'). Attend this meeting to see the figure-heads of the SkyWay shell companies Global Transnet UK ltd. Armands Murnieks and Alena Pepina who front these shell companies in the UK. You can also (really) pre-purchase tickets to the EcoFest in August 2019.

New Zealand

In July 2018 New Zealand released a warning about the activity of SkyWay companies. The warning viewable here [77] reads as follows:

  • "It has been brought to the attention of FMA that Skyway Capital and its associates are offering financial services to New Zealand residents via social media and via other New Zealand residents. Skyway Capital and The Skyway Group are not registered as a financial service provider in New Zealand and is therefore not permitted to provide financial services to New Zealand residents... FMA also notes recent warning by the regulators in Belgium, Lithuania and Estonia in relation to Skyway Capital and The Skyway group. It is noted on the warnings that Skyway Capital and The Skyway Group could be involved in a scam and are an unlicensed entity in those jurisdictions."

The question is: why did they release this warning? This article published in the New Zealand herald and in conversation with the FMA who released the warning about SkyWay, concerns telephone marketing campaigns: [78], but it doesn't specifically mention SkyWay. New Zealand residents have been offered potentially fraudulent content. But do they mean on the internet or via telephone marketing? Or more generally to all activity. There must be published article on the exact activities that drew the attention of a regulatory agency. This is a request for information on the details of SkyWay groups activities in New Zealand.

According to SkyWay themselves, 'Neil Morrison' is the representative of Sky Way Invest Group in New Zealand. You can find him on Facebook and LinkedIn. This event was held on May 12 in Palmerston, New Zealand and contains information about a motivated sales meeting that may have occurred there. But until we have a published description of the event we can consider this link a primary source: [79]. Post any information you find below.

Nigeria

It seems that the SkyWay Group are active in Nigeria as well, at least according to the SkyWay website. Include any actual verifiable references to SkyWay activity in Nigeria below:

It appears they had a congress there where Nigerian SkyWay staff encouraged people to invest in this project: [80]
The article concerns how they use are using MLM-techniques to promote investment in SkyWay Nigeria. Small-scale investors are encouraged become 'affiliate investors' in an exciting project that will improve life in Nigeria for everyone; [81]
The photo in the last article include figures like František Solar who has been involved in negotiations with Indonesia which were cancelled and harks back to representing SkyWay technologies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Kristiaan Van Den Vyver who has represented SkyWay Capital in Belgium (where FSMA has released a warning) and in other international negotiations such as Vietnam. –Zachar (talk) 08:49, 14 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The https://www.skywaynigeria.com/ looks like non-official local self created promotional web site. However why to not promote an investment opportunity? Your references to the article versus your comments explicitly demonstrate you’re a priory biased attitude to SkyWay technology. There is nothing about “MLM encouraging”. The [152][152] article represents general picture of today’s Nigeria development, issues, goals and needs, and the solutions that such technology as SkyWay can bring to this country. Article Is very positive and informative. Nothing about “everyone’s life improving” in the other one [153], that is in turns, an advertising of referral program officially used by SkyWay to stimulate crowdinvesting.
However you can turn to another article stating that SkyWay representatives expressed their readiness to implement the transport in Nigeria without any financial support from the government. It will significantly reduce pollution, upgrade infrastructure and attract tourists in this African country 1111--George Marshal (talk) 14:02, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for these references that confirm that SkyWay are seeking small-scale investors in Nigeria as part of an 'affiliate investment programme' (otherwise known as pyramid or multi-level marketing). Claims you make about reducing pollution or upgrading transport are entirely unsupported by your references.–Zachar (talk) 14:58, 11 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Norway

A translation is included below of an article published in the Norwegian magazine FINANSAVISEN on 17 November 2017 questioning the activity of this company which was attempting to get Norwegians to invest in SkyWay projects: "Hvitrussisk luftslott selges mot nordmenn" (Belarusian castles in the air sold to Norwegians).

FINANCE: Imagine a train going up in the air and a company that is in Step 11 of 15 prior to listing in London and New York and rising 40 percent in value for each step. Shares in a Belarussian company in Minsk are now being sold to Norwegians. The project is extremely airy, and the promises of wealth are even more airy. Here, there is already talk of pricing of NOK 400 billion and plans for stock exchange listing. Small investor Olav Magne Tveitå has been tried and sold in the project called SkyWay Invest Group.

- The company had come to step 11 in a development of 15 steps before the IPO. For each step, the shares were priced 40 percent higher, says small investor Olav Magne Tveitå.

He refused to invest in the project, but fears that many Norwegians will be tempted. Threatening email

A search on the web shows that the company has a typical pyramidal form where the person who sells shares gets 15 percent of the invested amount to it beneath it in the pyramid, and somewhat less from each of the steps below. In total, it operates with 24 levels in the pyramid.

An acquaintance introduced Tveitå for the investment project, on which Per Magne Nilsen came up from Kristiansand to hold the presentation. - I have not given any presentation, but I may have sat next to someone who has talked about the project, says Nilsen to Finansavisen.

- Per Magne Nilsen was the man who gave the presentation to me. I soon realized owls in the bog, says Tveitå who shows an email he received from Nilsen shortly after the presentation.

In the email that has a threatening wording, which is sent from Nilsen, and has his signature, it states: "I have been informed that you are spreading rumors that what I have presented to you is fraud and that I am conducting fraud / scam - and that I have been conducting fraud before, cf your statements ??? Is this correct that you set out such rumors?

Threatening to the police

- I know there is something called SkyWay, but I'm not involved. I can put you in touch with those who are if you are interested. I'll think about it and turn on the thread. Then you can make a really big deal about this. It will be exciting, ”says Nilsen. - But then it must be serious. I must know. If it is negative, then you can go to hell to say it in good Norwegian. Then there is no one who contacts you beyond the police or anyone for libel, for it is very unacceptable.

- But if it is serious then I can put you in touch with those who are current.

Since then, we do not hear anything from Nilsen, after which we contact several days later and receive an answer from Nilsen that he will try to establish a meeting once in the future without concretizing it. According to Tveitå, Nilsen stated that he had visited the Sky Way in Minsk together with 5,000 other people who took the products into consideration. The business idea was gondolas and trains that went on cables in the air, and with production costs of only 10 percent of trains, as well as formidable speeds.

According to Nilsen, the company must have 320,000 unit holders, but that the shares cannot be traded until the final step in the development has been made, which is the stock exchange listing.

Warning against SkyWay Capital

At the same time, Finanstilsynet has issued a warning against a company with virtually identical concept and operating under the name SkyWay Capital. Nilsen rejects any knowledge of this company.

Two months ago, one of Nilsen's Facebook friends, John Arne Jakobsen, published a post on his Facebook page, protesting that SkyWay was neither an air castle nor a scam.

He urges those who want to buy ownership of the project to send him a message.

A search on Facebook may indicate that there are a lot of people in Norway who have invested in the Sky Way in anticipation that after steps 12, 13, 14 and 15, when the company goes on the stock market, they get answers to whether the values have increased 300 percent or if it is a pyramid scheme.

Philippines

On 13 July 2019 SWIG has planned a recruitment and sales meeting at Cebu City in the Philippines. Read about it here: [83]. Ruth Ashin, a New Zealand resident, is representing SkyWay. You can see her posting a constant barrage of lies about SkyWay technology to an unsuspecting public in her YouTube films with classics like "we will buy your shares back from you" and "when the company goes public the shares will be worth at least $1.00, but possibly $5, $10 or $20" and also every lie about the realistic outcomes of the SkyWay technology such as their hundreds of billions of dollars in pre-order contracts. Now they have extended their operation to the Philippines. At this event, SWIG is promoting financial literacy and education to help amass wealth to sell cryptounits. –Zachar (talk) 11:39, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It is possible that someone publishes an article about this event in a verified news portal after it takes place. If you find anything, please post the information here so we can add the Philippines to the countries where SkyWay Group sales and recruitment meetings take place. This reference, however, can be considered a primary reference until confirmation is published.

Poland

On 19 January 2019 'SkyWay Polska' held an event whose title translates to "Financial Education Congress: Accelerating your road to financial success". It was held at Hotel Novotel - Wroclaw Centrum, 7 Powstańców Śląskich , 53-333 Wrocław.[84] Here is a short summary translated from Polish describing this event:

On January 19, 2019, Skyway Polska invites you to an event that we organize in Wroclaw under the name MESSAGE TO BILLIONS.
Who we are?
We provide financial facilities for SkyWay Technologies, mainly to enable investing in crowds. In addition, our goal is to fully understand the science of investing. Our mission is to provide financial and investment knowledge, in which we also give people the best investment opportunities.

Slovakia

It appears that SkyWay has been active in Slovakia. At the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava they signed a 'Memorandum of Cooperation' in September 2016 on a "project of an innovative rail transport system in Bratislava": [85]. Please note that a 'Memorandum of Cooperation' may be similar to a 'Memorandum of Understanding' which is not actually a contract and does not legally oblige anyone to do anything. It can, however, form the basis for further cooperation and can result in the preparation of an actual contract. The fact that there is no third-party publicity about any actual collaboration between anyone in Slovakia suggests that this hasn't taken place yet. A Memorandum doesn't prove any actual scientific endorsement of this technology either. It just means they might in the future draw up documents to collaborate on something. There are no further endorsements anywhere on the company or its technology that I can find. Can anyone else find a verifiable article about either the negotiations with University of Technology in Bratislave or in fact any SkyWay activity there? Post it here.

SkyWay Capital or its associates may well have been seeking funding in Slovakia. The Bank of Slovakia released a warning about the activities of the SkyWay Group: [86]. So did the Czech National Bank: [87]. I haven't found any other references to collaboration between the SkyWay Group and Slovakia. SkyWay themselves claim that Yunitskiy has received an international peace prize in Bratislava. It seems that no one else has ever received this prize as far as I can tell: [88]Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 18:32, 23 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If we could find a secondary reference to collaboration between SkyWay and the Slovak University of Technology, then we could conceivably include it in the 'Projects' heading. But this is what worries me: the SkyWay Group has never actually realized any of these projects. You have to be careful about making claims like this but it is certainly true for the 'projects' discussed here. They may realize the proposed project in Dubai in the future and if they did this would be important news. But if they did, this would be striking and deserving of an individual discussion. The fact that they've been photographed on land which has supposedly been allocated to this project is not sufficient. Nothing has been built there yet. They have signed an MoU which is NOT a contract and no one is actually obliged to do anything. Although it can lead to a contract being drawn up, it doesn't actually mean much on its own. Maybe the section called 'projects' should actually be called 'negotiations' because 'projects' suggests that something has been built. It really hasn't. Negotiations are very different to actual projects. This is not a negative claim about the company. Negotiations are an important part of being a business, but projects result from legally-binding contracts which are drawn up after MoUs provide the foundation for them. I suggest we change the name of 'projects' to either 'negotiations' or 'proposals' or something like that. I say this because one of the users providing useful input to this talk page actually suggested we have a separate heading for the 'completed' projects. It's actually easy to assume if you see a heading like 'projects' that these companies have actually done something somewhere. I'm worried this could be misleading. –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 20:31, 23 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Slovenia

Here's a link to an article in Slovenian, published 31 May 2018. Note that from what I can tell it doesn't actually say so much about whether there is any specific activity in Slovenia. But it is very informative about the complexity of the group of companies, the connection between different company groups, what the money could actually be used for of investors and the chance of people actually making any money out of it, and interesting facts like how you are rewarded for bringing along three friends to meetings and convincing them to invest in shares. There are photos of Yunitskiy and Kudryashov (SkyWay Capital). Request for verification and possible translation of this interesting material. Here is the link:

WHO ARE THESE RUSSIANS HUNTING FOR SLOVENIAN MONEY?
31 May 2018 by Matic Tomšič
See the Zaxander (talk · contribs) talk page for the complete translation. Included below, however is a summary of the contents of this article. It makes pretty clear exactly what happened in Slovenia with pretty broad conclusions about the role of Yunitskiy, the SkyWay technology and SkyWay Capital which is closely involved in the funding operation. I tried to be really careful about how I worded this summary, and I encourage you to check the original or the translation before you use any of these facts in the article.

SUMMARY:

  • A ‘SkyWay’ meeting for potential investors was held in December 2017 at ‘Hotel Center’ in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. The first event had already been held in September of the same year.
  • SkyWay is a cable transport system designed by Anatoly Yunitskiy in the eighties. Yunitskiy, who is the primary representative today of the SkyWay Group, is making lofty claims about this technology.
  • Although Yunitskiy still produces prototypes of his technology, no pilot projects have been realised. A negative assessment was made of this technology in 2008 (MSUoRE) because it was considered too dangerous for passengers. In 2016 the Russian Ministry of Transport decided it was innovative but only in theory.
  • SkyWay Capital – the primary fund raiser of SkyWay projects – operates within the SkyWay Group; it has been seeking potential investors all over the world.
  • According to this company a polluted future and the end of all life on earth can be avoided by investing in SkyWay infrastructure. All they need is your money. They promise you high returns on any investments in shares or options.
  • Although it’s hard to tell because of the different companies in the SkyWay Group, it seems that the First Skyway Invest Group Ltd. (registered in London) is selling these shares.
  • The potential success of this company is dependent on the success of the technology; when it succeeds the price of its shares will increase. Seeing that there are still only prototypes in Belarusian fields, this seems unlikely.
  • SkyWay Capital ultimately absolves itself of any liability and offers no guarantee on returns to investors; furthermore it states that its shares are not valid in Russia or Australia.

Spain

A SWIG event group is planned to take place in Mallorca, Spain on 27 July 2019. You can find the promotion for this event in Spanish via the following link: "We invite you to our SWIG and STO CRYPTOUNIT event in MALLORCA" [89]. The representative of SWIG in Spain are Galina Zukova and Jose Manuel. Post any verifiable references about SkyWay Group activities in Spain. They seem to be promoting themselves as a global investment consortium that is only party connected to the SkyWay technology. These are the actual claims that SkyWay makes in advertising this particular event (google-translated from Spanish):

SKY WAY INVEST GROUP, is a registered trademark company, is an educational platform that provides highly qualified training and directed to a variety of areas that include the personal area, investment segments, money management, capital and expansion of investment portfolio, online business and personal development... The creation of the CryptoUnit will help realize the NEEM (New Global Economic Evolution) that is designed to help people become co-owners, stakeholders and shareholders of the most profitable companies on the planet.

Another SWIG event has been planned in Mallorca 9 November 2019. Read about it here: [90]. It has the same guests speakers, namely Jose Manuel and Galina Zukova. They claim to represent Khovratov's "Academy of Private Investors" which is a SkyWay construction that is not officially recognized anywhere as far as I can tell. The qualifications of these guests speakers? "Masters Profi Coaches" who have further no qualifications to sell investment products. So what is a "Master Profi Coach"? Read about it here: [91]

Master-Profi is a series of leadership training program which will lead you to the path of becoming a MASTER in sales, consulting, and PROFESSIONAL in building a large team of like minded motivated leaders just like you.

In other words, it is a training that SWIG gives to its salespeople. It is absolutely not any type of officially recognized training course that qualifies anyone to do anything. -Zachar (talk) 15:06, 11 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

South Africa

It seems that the Sky Way Invest Group is also active in South Africa. A motivated sales and recruitment meeting was held in Pretoria on 11th and 12th of May 2019: [92]. Please post verified sources commenting on meetings like these so we can add this information to the article. -Zachar (talk) 16:19, 29 May 2019 (UTC) Here is a link about the SkyWay sales conference held on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of May at Hotel 224, Corner leyds and Francis baard, Acardia, Pretoria between 10 and 5 - "Advance your future with SWIG in South Africa": [93] Although this reference is not self-published SkyWay promotion, it remains advertising for the event which was published before it actually took place. The article can be updated to include South Africa when there is a published verified source who comments on this event. -Zachar (talk) 16:54, 29 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Tonga

SWIG is extending its field of operation to small investors in the Polynesian kingdom of more than 170 islands. Neil Morrison and Evelyn Kumar - New Zealand residents and entirely unqualified financial representatives of the Sky Way Invest Group (who are most certainly not brokers) - are giving a sales and recruitment meeting on 22 July 2019 in Maama Mo'onia Hall (Neiafu) to sell Cryptounits to unsuspecting Tongan residents. Read about it here: [94].

They are selling investment in SkyWay technology and offering an investment portfolio. Half of the money they make, they will keep and half it will go to the mother company. What will Tongan citizens get for paying money to these unqualified financial advisors? They will be gifted cryptounits by the mother company which are unregistered (and therefore fraudulent) financial products which are worth absolutely nothing. -Zachar (talk) 11:57, 8 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Turkey

According to the Indonesian article mentioned above, the SkyWay group has been misinforming the world about its negotiations with Turkey. According to the article, plans of the SkyWay group have similarly been brought into question and stopped, although you wouldn't think this from the SkyWay website which discuss it as an ongoing project. This is a request for documentation on actual articles referring to what is happening/has happened to negotiations in Turkey if they are at all. Despite the fact that it is mentioned all over the 'SkyWay' website, this is the first time a verifiable source has mentioned Turkey at all. Include any links below.

They wrote that mayor of Ersurum had visited EcoTechnoPark and that "The official edition of the municipality of Erzurum “Erzurum Büyükşehir Belediyesi” published an article, which, in particular, focuses on the fact that the Mayor of the city of Erzurum Mehmet Sekmen told the public about SkyWay technology. Moreover, he informed that it is planned to allocate funds for the construction of SkyWay transport already in 2017!" [95] but it is very easy to check that there is nothing about Skyway on the mentioned page [96]. Dron007 (talk) 20:00, 27 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Dron007 More good research. This sort of proves how important it is for the SkyWay Group to 'appear' as if it is negotiating with powerful partners. The Indonesian reference you found actually states that collaboration between Indonesian companies and the SkyWay group were cancelled but that nonetheless the SkyWay group continued to lie about their collaborations, as they were doing with negotiations in Turkey and Australia. We do know that at one stage there really were collaborations with Australia and Indonesia. I wonder what the whole truth is about Turkey? Sometimes it's really hard to tell. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zaxander (talkcontribs) 20:58, 27 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Uganda

It seems that SkyWay has extended its reach into Uganda. It has been reported that marketing campaigns are targeting Ugandas via social media, and this recent broadcast on Ugandan television has a woman talking about investment opportunities for everyday investors: [97]

Post any information you find in the Ugandan press about SkyWay recruitment and sales meetings or the way they are canvassing investors below. Information about what you see on social media has to be considered as well as this the active point of marketing of this company. -Zachar (talk) 08:49, 9 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

United Arab Emirates

An unidentified user says that the following links are specifically about SkyWay's companies involvement with 'Sky Pod' projects in the United Arab Emirates. Thanks for posting this suspicion here and not changing the article with this information. Until now I haven't been able to find that there is a link between Sky Pods and SkyWay, but I haven't looked very hard. Can anyone else confirm this? -Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 22:09, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Here are the links:

  • "Dubai's transport authority has unveiled its Sky Pod project, a futuristic mobility system which will require less power and infrastructure to operate."

On RTA site is said that "Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Skyway Greentech Company" and there is Yunitsky on photo so, yes SkyWay's companies are involved. Here is the link:

There is also a video where Yunitsky says that UAE building company plans to finish the construction of the first road in April in Sharja. Another project is in Dubai but there is no information about terms. Just FYI. Dron007 (talk) 23:53, 20 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks so much; well spotted. If even one of the references checks out, 'the United Arab Emirates' can be included in paragraph 3 of the introduction with the other countries that have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the SkyWay group. I don't know where else though because at least according to these references, they haven't been caught out doing something irregular yet! –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 00:50, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The RTA reference really does look like a verifiable one. The link opens fine for me and seems like one that comes from the UAE and not from SkyWay. But these people are good at creating misleading links and this whole subject has got made worried about making a mistake. Can someone else confirm this and if deemed valid include it? –Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 00:50, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for these links - I used RTA reference to add the UAE to the third paragraph. Other references may useful in the development of the body of the article as it is later extended when we find more references on their marketing techniques. Kind regards -Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 00:42, 22 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
How about these links?

Thanks everyone for bringing up this issue and providing us with so many sources. Because of these references I've included the UAE as one of the countries in the 'Unrealized projects' of the article. The RTA article states that in February 2019 'Skyway Greentech Company' signed an MoU with Dubai's RTA. This company will build 'Sky Pods' there. Yunitskiy himself is pictured in the photo signing this deal. It seems fairly unambiguous that 'Skyway Greentech Company' is one of the SkyWay Group companies. Other articles confirm this same information. The conclusion is the 'Skyway Greentch Company' is without ambiguity one of the SkyWay Group. Unfortunately it doesn't actually say this anywhere (yet). Of course, the SkyWay company websites refers to the 'Skyway Greentech Company' as their own. But this website is an unverifiable source. -Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 15:01, 23 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • In the light of all these references, also, it seems like we should probably include the 'SkyPóds' as one of the test sites even if it has been deconstructed and even if it was used as marketing rather than actual demonstration. It seems, after all, that they did build something else somewhere. I'll check the references we already have above for discussion of the technological park but include any new references to any external sources below (that are not published by SkyWay themselves, of course). If there are other places something was actually built for display, it should probably be mentioned. The problem is finding verifiable resources. Press releases from technology fairs don't really mean anything along with publicity photos from events. Critical descriptions of what these projects looked like and how effective they were. In fact, for every technological test site where something was actually built we should probably have a different 'test site' entry with short descriptions from verifiable sources. Start a new discussion thread for each new site but please only start it if you have verifiable references first. Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 11:52, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • It seems that they presented two model 'sky pod' taxi unicars at a governmental summit, they signed a MoU and they opened a construction site for testing in Sharjah. This is, in any case, what SkyWay themselves had to say about it - how much of this is actually true remains arguable until we have verifiable sources. Also, seeing that not even SkyWay is claiming yet that that they've created a test site, we can't really put one there yet. Just examples of the technology at a Government Summit that don't move anywhere don't actually count as 'testing' I think. Keep posting your results here.
"The SkyWay Innovation Center should become part of a large research and development center located at the Sharjah campus. This will be a showroom for the Middle East region and a functioning transport line for local campuses. Preparations for its construction began in the spring of 2018. The specialists of SkyWay Technologies Co. designed and coordinated with the Arab side all the nuances of the future innovation center and convinced them to leave in the project all the know-how, not familiar to local consultants. At the end of September 2018, the opening of the site for building the Innovation Center took place. If priorities do not change, the first stage will be completed in 2019. In parallel, the designers were creating new models of transport for the local inhospitable climate."

  • Dubai Sky Pods is not a test site but a futuristic transportation system. It looks like localization/branding of Skyway. We can see this label and logo printed on Skyway vehicles exhibited in Dubai. Nothing new was built for that. At the same time they are building new test site in Sharja and showed a couple of videos from there. They planned to show something in April 2019 but in the video there was only a basement of some building. I couldn't found any secondary source supporting this information.Dron007 (talk) 19:32, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

United Kingdom

The SkyWay Group has various shell companies registered in London such as "First Skyway Invest Group Limited" and "SWIG International Ltd.".

The company "Global Transnet UK Ltd."[98] directed by Armands Murniecks but owned by Yunitskiy has been observed in insider trading with the SkyWay company on a fictional planned project between Thurso in Scotland and London.[99] -Zachar (talk) 12:36, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

One of the TUT.By articles (the original viewable here: [100], translation below) discusses Cliff, a SkyWay investor from Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom who attended the EcoFest in August 2018. This suggests that they are also canvassing small investors in this country.

Any references relating to the activities of SkyWay in the United Kingdom can be posted below.

Advertising has been released for a SWIG sales and recruitment meeting to be held in London on 6 July 2019 to promote the sale and investment in SkyWay Products.[101]. Armands Murnieks and Andrew Hawkes will be two of the noteworthy speaker, the latter notable for spruiking SkyWay investment products all around Australia. Potential investors are invited to "change their lives" and "become financially literate" and "obtain co-ownership in this new technology as a bonus". It should be made clear that by paying money to SkyWay you become the co-owner of nothing of the sort. They have not published the necessary prospectus required by national regulation to sell their shares or to offer any type of securities.

Vietnam

It has been claimed that SkyWay is extending its operations to Vietnam. I suppose it's not all that surprising. I read this information in an anecdotal (wholly negative) description of their operations. Verifiable references are, however, still lacking. According to one of the SkyWay websites they had a meeting there in June and July 2018. Lo and behold there are SkyWay facebook pages and websites in Vietnamese as well.[102]. If they only had meetings there and there are no verifiable references about these meetings, we can't really include anything about this in the article. But if you find any verifiable resources please include them below. -Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 20:53, 6 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Here is a SkyWay marketing film in Vietnamese published on a Vietnamese news site. The title of the article is Vietnamese entrepreneur presents a Belarusian transport dream. It was published on July 7 2018. The accompanying text is "Long on claims and short on details, the 'Skyway' projects a three-hour ride from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City." [103] I still can't find any links to suggest that they have actually entered negotiations with anyone there yet. -Zachar Laskewicz (talk) 23:17, 2 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This article 528607 confirms again that such technologies cannot be implemented immediately. Time, tests and improvements are required. The latest ones require financing. This is simple formula of technology venture start up. So why to blame it for being “scam”, ”pyramid” while it shows its real work? It’s strange you’re focused just on SkyWay hoaxing. However none another invention like for example Hyperloop mentioned in this article too, looking more fantastic and hardly realizable, are touched by you. This fact indirectly confirms as the SkyWay critics publishing as their supports engagement --George Marshal (talk) 20:13, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Below follows a translation of this recent post which includes photos of Yunitskiy giving a presentation in Hanoi.[104]

It should be noted here that this article is about Yunitskiy’s presentation which provides no independent assessment or evaluation of SkyWay technology.

New solution for Vietnam traffic: Yunitskiy in Hanoi (6 May 2019

Tàu điện chạy trên ray dây: Giải pháp mới cho giao thông Việt Nam? Electric train running on rope line: New solution for Vietnam traffic?

6 May 2019 by Trong Dat

Many people know about Elon Musk - Tesla's CEO with a project called Hyperloop. This is a futuristic transport solution when it will help transport people and goods with a vacuum tube at the same speed as an airplane.

However, Elon Musk is not the only person with the ambition to change the way people engage in traffic. Direct competitors with Hyperloop are Skyway - a company based in Belarus. Skyway's head is Anatoli Yunitski - an inventor, author of more than 200 scientific works and 150 inventions. IMAGE: photo of Yunitskiy in Vietnam TEXT: Mr. Anatoli Yunitski - who invented the technology of ships running on wire rails. Photo: Trong Dat

Recently, Anatoli Yunitski appeared in Vietnam to introduce the Unitski Rail (Unitski Rail) Unitski Rail. The expert, who was a member of the Soviet non-service association, believes that railroad transport technology will change the way people move and transport goods in the coming years. The difference of wire rail transport lies in the fact that instead of being placed on the ground, the tracks will be specially designed to be aerial. Attached to this rail system are iron-wheeled cabins.

The cabin can be used to carry people or goods. Passenger capacity of cabins ranges from 2 to 28 people, depending on installation needs. They can also be joined together to form a suspension train with a capacity of 84-168 people.

IMAGE: Yunitskiy speaking in front of a projected image of computer-generated SkyWay tracks TEXT: Models of cabins or "wagons" run on rails. Photo: Trong Dat

The engines of these cabins use a variety of fuels and energy. If electricity is used, they can be energized by two ways, by rail or through batteries mounted on each cabin.

Depending on the needs, the manufacturer can provide charging cabins right at the station every time they pick up and drop off guests. SkyWay also developed a model that helps generate electricity directly on cabins using generators that run hydrogen.

According to Anatoli Yunitski, even if the road is smooth, the wheels still ensure the grip with the rails through the auxiliary wheel system. Therefore, wire rope transport technology Unitski can bring the cabin moving at a slope of 45 degrees, even going perpendicular to the vertical.

The speed at which the cabins can reach can reach 120-150km / h if running in the city. With a super fast cabin of 4 - 24 people, its speed can be up to 500km / h. SkyWay 2-way transport capacity reaches 720,000 passengers / day.

Is the electric train available in Vietnam feasible?

Exchange with Pv. VietNamNet, Anatoli Yunitski said that traffic congestion is a big problem that populated cities need to solve. The use of overhead transport systems is a solution to this.

"The above vehicles do not save land area, reduce the cost of site clearance, environmentally friendly, fast construction time and especially very low investment costs", the general engineer Belarus said.

IMAGE: Yunitskiy pointing at a complex projected image of SkyWay string technology TEXT: SkyWay's general architect, Anatoli Yunitski, shared about the similarity between the technology of trains running on ropes and cable-stayed bridges. Photo: Trong Dat

Anatoli Yunitski said that the investment cost for each of these rails is only about US $ 2-5 million. This amount is only 1/25 if compared to high speed trains running on magnetic mattresses (USD 50 million / km). It is also 10 to 15 times cheaper than Tesla's Hyperloop, and 3-5 times cheaper than Israel's SkyTran.

According to Mr. Anatoli Yunitski, wire rails technology is the same as road, rail or air transport. However, this technology allows deploying in all terrain conditions, from many rivers, mountains or even connecting structures on the sea.

"This technology is currently deployed in Belarus. Recently, an agreement to build 15km of wire tracks was signed by SkyWay with the United Arab Emirates (UAE). SkyWay recently had an authorized representative in Vietnam. Vietnam may consider economic benefits if it wants to test this type of transport, ”said Anatoli Yunitski.

FILM: EcoTechnoPark promotion film with Vietnamese subtitles TEXT: How to operate "train cars" when running on a rope track.

Commenting on this technology, Mr. Hoang Kim Anh - Deputy Head of Hanoi Urban Railway Management said that the rail line technology is a new transport idea with many preeminent features such as low cost, time. Short construction time.

With the current traffic situation of Hanoi, the Urban Railway Management Board is looking for solutions to minimize traffic congestion. The implementation of Metro lines in the capital area is being implemented but currently has some construction progress issues.

According to Hoang Kim Anh: “The electric train technology on the wire can open a new direction for us in the future. However, it will take a long time to verify and evaluate the effectiveness before using this technology in Vietnam. ”

See the original Onliner.by article “Elon Musk is bullshit bring me the money…” to hear Musk’s work utterly eviscerated by Yunitskiy saying he is a liar, a cheat and a poseur who was undeservingly made a billionaire.[105]

Change introduction

I propose to amend the first sentence of the article, based on the rules of WP:NPOV, WP:NOT, WP:5P:
SkyWay Group is a collective term used to refer to a group of companies owned by Belarusian design engineer Anatoly Yunitsky.

Thanks for attention. Derehosrescalo (talk) 07:07, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for this suggestion. Unfortunately there is a mistake here. Yunitskiy is not the 'owner' of these companies. He is one of the shareholders of a number of the companies in the SkyWay Group, but not all of them. He invented the technology and is purported to be the figurehead behind business decisions which resulted in the problematic funding apparatus behind companies like the SWIG and SWC after partnering with Khovratov and Kudryashov, but his actual role remains speculation until we have a verified resource which comments definitively on Yunitskiy's exact role in the Skyway Group. -Zachar (talk) 15:21, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, can put that Yunitskiy is shareholder of SkyWay Group and author of String Transport idea. Derehosrescalo (talk) 14:09, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Yunitskiy is already listed as a shareholder, a director and inventor of the technology in the overview. I wanted to include his name in the lede text as well, and I tried to on a number of occasions, but it was not successful. I completely approve of the idea of including Yunitskiy's name in the 'lede' as well, I'm just not sure how without repetition of text which is important to the overview. -Zachar (talk) 15:04, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

UPD: I offer a more complete and accurate introduction:

SkyWay Group companies are registered in London, Minsk, St. Lucia and the Virgin Islands, "Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd.", "First SkyWay Invest Group Limited" and "Global Transport Investment Inc." These companies attract potential investors all over the world to develop their technology called SkyWay (or String Transport). Financial regulators in some countries have warned the public about the risks of investing in SkyWay Group's infrastructure projects. Thanks, Derehosrescalo (talk) 12:28, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

" SkyWay Group companies are registered in London, Minsk, St. Lucia and the Virgin Islands, "Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd.", "First SkyWay Invest Group Limited" and "Global Transport Investment Inc." "
This suggestion doesn't actually make any sense. It suggests that that these are the only companies in the SkyWay Group. They are not. You also don't mention that the company is run from a central location in Belarus. Do you disagree with the conclusion drawn from verified references that the company is run from a central location? If you do please provide verified references that support this claim. The companies listed are the names of the shell companies and at present they are only registered as such. With this suggestion you could easily get the idea that these companies actually 'are' the SkyWay Group when they are most certainly only the registered business names used to funnel funds to shell companies in offshore locations. –Zachar (talk) 15:35, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
These are the main companies, there are more reliable links than those that led. The investment memorandum says nothing about small companies. Derehosrescalo (talk) 14:09, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
GTI is a shell company registered in the BVI which owns the intellectual property of Yunitskiy that they claim is worth 400 hundred billion dollars. ERSSH is also registered in the BVI and refers to a group a shell companies for which the company (illegally) purports to sell shares. The First Skyway Invest Group Limited is a company registered in London but associated with Skyway Capital which is directed by Kudriashov but which is run from wherever he lives and not London. These are just the registered business names of SkyWay Group shell companies operated in offshore locations. Just listing these names and not mentioning the mother company based in Belarus (ZAO Strunnye Technologii) is clearly misleading. I'll check the references to see if I can find better ones. Your suggestions here are welcome. But which investment memorandum are you referring to? If you are referring to a SkyWay contract, we can't consider it for an encyclopedia article because it is clearly biased, unpublished and a primary source. –Zachar (talk) 15:19, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
These are the main companies mentioned in the investment memorandum, and the investment memorandum is the official document on the basis of which the company operates, this is a reliable source. There is nothing about small fundraising companies. A lot of your sources, as you say, do not even have an English version, and you suggest that you believe in words. - I believe that the official registration authorities and investment memorandum is a more reliable source. Derehosrescalo (talk) 16:02, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
A document Skyway publishes about its own companies is not a reliable source. Neither are press releases from regulatory agencies. Secondary sources which mention the regulatory warnings, however, are used in the article. Please include a link to this 'investment memorandum' that you believe is reliable. If it is an officially recognized document like a copy of legislation or the transcript of a court-case, please include also secondary references which confirm the contents of the primary source. It doesn't matter if these documents are in English or Russian, as long as they are from a verified source. –Zachar (talk) 16:38, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to talk about the central company, which you call ZAO String Technologies, it would not have been wiser to name the article - String Technologies. But as I see it before your editing it was called. Speaking of sources, you are also wrong. You put forward sources on companies references to secondary sources of Belarusian media, with which the company had conflicts and courts, so they can not claim to be neutral. But references to the registration authorities confirm the existence of real companies. Which, as an investment memorandum, are the constituent documents stored in archives and which are the best confirmation of this proposal. The memorandum has a scheme of the company's work there and it is just said about the SkyWay group - but this is not a legal or any other term, it is a unifying word. So to speak about the center is not necessary. But eating real companies and structure, registration of which we can check. The following links [106] [107] [108] [109]. Derehosrescalo (talk) 18:53, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
These memorandums are primary sources and cannot be used as the basis for changes to the article: legal documents about companies registered in London and the BVI can only mean as much as the regulatory warnings and have to be verified by secondary sources. The company 'Skyway Group Limited' is not even a SkyWay Company and is further unconnected to the SkyWay Group of this article. I agree, SkyWay Group is not a company name and is not necessarily a good title for the article about companies in the SkyWay Group. −Zachar (talk) 21:28, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
" These companies attract potential investors all over the world to develop their technology called SkyWay (or String Transport). "
This is not really a viable alternative to the sentence already in use which currently suggests that these companies "are seeking". Attract is just an inappropriate alternative as it suggests that the companies are passively attracting the investmen. Perhaps we could word this better as this not the only thing SkyWay Group companies do. It has been documented that there are companies in the SkyWay Group which have been founded for non-profit functions, as fund-raisers, as holding companies, to fight legal battles and also specifically to seek investment. But to suggest that they just passively 'atract' investment but don't play an active role in this process is misleading. It has been documented in many verified sources that they are actively employing staff members to canvas investment from small investors with boiler rooms of telemarketers and a dedicated staff of network marketers who design and share misinformation about the company. –Zachar (talk) 16:14, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Attraction through the network system is legal. There is an official conclusion of the Moscow State University of Railway Engineering that SkyWay is trustworthy. The opinions of private individuals do not need to be included in the introduction. Derehosrescalo (talk) 14:09, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
What does the opinion of the MIIT have to with attracting investors? This purported conclusion of the MIIT has been discussed and rejected on multiple occasions. See the archives for this discussion, but if you really think it should be considered again, please start a new discussion below with your references for editors to check (again) for verifiability. Still, it has nothing to do with the company attracted investors. –Zachar (talk) 15:26, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Attraction by means of the MLM network system is not a violation, as Richard Branson joined the space tourism program at the final stage, and most of the work was done in attracting public investment, but Branson is not a fraud. The fact that the technology is not viable is the conclusion of the MIIT, which suggests a potential implementation. And the opinions of individuals are not a reliable source. As I found in the investment memorandum, funds are associated with the company, the activities of which are not regulated by the management of the company. Therefore, it is impossible to talk about attracting someone to attract small investors by the management company. This is the work of funds. Derehosrescalo (talk) 16:02, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Here's a suggestion of more accurate wording for this sentence:
  • It has been documented that companies in the SkyWay Group seek potential investors all over the world for development of its technology called SkyWay (or String Transport).
Zachar (talk) 18:01, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You are talking about shell companies. What does this term mean and how applicable is it to official investment funds? Or, in your opinion, all those who register in the offshore zone are fake and criminal. Maybe Trump is a criminal? Derehosrescalo (talk) 18:56, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Shell companies are companies that are registered purely for the purpose of an address and to be able to open a merchant bank account for the white-washing of funds raised somewhere else. SkyWay companies that are registered in the British Virgin Islands and Saint Lucia are examples of this because they have no dealings in these countries, i.e. they do not sell their investment products to citizens of these countries. No one is suggesting, however, that they are doing anything wrong by establishing these companies. They are, however, committing fraud because they are selling investment products they have not registered legally anywhere in the world to sell, neither in their home country or the offshore locations. I'd like to repeat here that having an ISIN number does not mean a company has the legitimate right to sell their investment products to the general public. On its own, company registration doesn't mean anything. They need to publish the legally required prospectus and register their securities before selling them to the general public of ANY civilized country. Please provide proof that SkyWay has done this before changing the text of the article. –Zachar (talk) 21:50, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
" Financial regulators in some countries have warned the public about the risks of investing in SkyWay Group's infrastructure projects."
This doesn't seem to me to be a good faith suggestion at all. It is also no longer accurate. Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, New Zealand and Slovakia are some of the countries that have released warnings about the activities of companies in the SkyWay Group. But Italy and more recently Germany have done more than just release 'warnings'; they actually have prohibited against SkyWay companies which has resulted in websites being taken down and the advertisement of SkyWay Investment Products and the sale of shares to the public being banned.
You will need authoritative sources for what you said. The official warning means only the desire of central banks to relieve themselves of excess responsibility (“we warned you”...) and cannot be a confirmation that the company is in bad faith. Derehosrescalo (talk) 14:09, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I can only confirm here that secondary sources are used for each of the financial regulatory agency warnings. As it is the lede text does not suggest that SkyWay is acting in bad faith, just that the public have been warned about the activities of SkyWay companies by regulatory agencies which is a reflection of the many primary and secondary sources each which mention in detail these regulatory warnings and prohibitions. The text is at present "The public has been warned by financial regulators about risky investments in SkyWay Group infrastructure projects." This is not an opinion but is a valid reflection of secondary sources which comment upon the warnings released by financial regulatory agencies. That central banks only do this "to relieve themselves of excess responsibility" is clearly a personal opinion. Note also that 'warnings' is no longer sufficient since Italy and Germany have both prohibited against SkyWay which has resulted in websites being taken down and the banning of the sale and advertisement of SkyWay investment products. This is more than a warning. –Zachar (talk) 16:10, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
the document which is published by the company, which is signed by the management and registered - is not only reliable, but the only true primary source. Moreover, when preparing materials, a part of your "reliable sources" uses a memorandum for their publications. Especially have a PDF version of this document. Derehosrescalo (talk) 18:57, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
No a document which is signed by the management and registered is meaningless on its own. You are entirely mistaken to suggest that primary sources or PDF documents have any meaning on their own without confirmation in secondary sources just because they are signed by SkyWay management and registered at a companies house in London or the British Virgin Islands or anywhere else for that matter. Why? Because anyone can go and register a company in these locations by paying a nominal fee. That London and the BVI are particularly notorious because it is so easy for just anyone to set up shell companies speaks for itself. I could go and do it tomorrow if I wanted; I'd just fill in a form, pay the money and they would publish this information on a website. It doesn't mean anything. –Zachar (talk) 21:50, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The point here is that all the countries that have released warnings and prohibitions haven't just "warned the public about the risks of investing in Skyway". They've said, among other things, that it is illegal to sell their investment products as they haven't published the prospectus required by law, that some of these companies exhibit characteristics of a pyramid scheme and that they could be involved in a scam. –Zachar (talk) 16:14, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Need more authoritative sources + need neutral users who not affiliated with theme (over the past six months, you have already made more than half a thousand edits, and all your weighty edits are negative in nature, this indicates your interest. But I don't understand your interest). Derehosrescalo (talk) 14:09, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The more users who contribute to this page, the better. Please note the extended discussions of the regulatory warnings and the care that has been taken to ensure that the wording is neutral and that only warnings are mentioned that include secondary references and not only the regulatory agency press releases. Remember that you are attempting to rewrite the 'lead' text which is defined in the WP manual of style as "an introduction to the article and a summary of its most important contents" [110]. Please note that you haven't actually mentioned any of the 'authoritative' sources you think we should use, or which (if any) of the more than 80 verified articles already used as references are unreliable. If you want to change the 'lede' text please include a detailed list of the more authorized sources we should summarize. –Zachar (talk) 15:49, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Your words regarding fraud are not confirmed by anything, there is not a single court order or a decision of the controlling body. But what you wrote about disabling the site in the state domain is a logical decision, since there is no license in the state, but there is no ban on deposits. That says only about the regulatory warning. Oh there, that this is something more than just a warning - your personal speculation, no need to take it into account. Derehosrescalo (talk) 18:59, 30 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
When the financial regulatory agency of any given country prohibits against the activities of a company, they actively prohibit the company from selling its wares to the general public. In the example of Italy, they actually took down websites and banned the sale and advertisement of investment products to Italians. This is confirmed by multiple secondary sources already listed below and in the article. There is a big difference between a warning and a prohibition: the former is just a notice to the citizens of a country that a given company has behaved suspiciously. A prohibition means something entirely different and it can have actual consequences for the company. How has SkyWay consistently responded to such warnings and prohibitions? It goes to a company house in an offshore location and registers a new company of course. This is why registration at a companies house is so meaningless: it is so easy to do. But it helps to explain why there are so many offshore companies like 'Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding I, II & III Ltd.'
Since the first link in the introduction does not prove your statement, my wording, without the approval of the center, is more accurate. Therefore, I do not understand why, after our discussion, you canceled my edits. Such behavior as editor is unacceptable. The article is in the public domain, and any user can edit, you are not an administrator. Derehosrescalo (talk) 14:14, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't actually undo your 'edits' because there was only one. Unfortunately there is a big problem with the changes you made to the opening sentence and I was forced to return the article to how it was before you made this (single) change. After your change the sentence read SkyWay Group companies are registered in London, Minsk, St. Lucia and the Virgin Islands, "ERSSH Ltd.", "FSIG" and "GTI Inc." Further, this sentence no longer defines what the 'SkyWay Group' is, namely a term that is used to refer to a group of companies. It longer describes what the SkyWay Group is referring to and is entirely misleading. This sentence as you posted it no longer made any sense and is grammatically incorrect with a comma separating two sub-sentences that are further unrelated to one another. There may be problems with the lede text, but attempting to change them by making the sentence refer to something entirely different and not obey the grammatical or syntactical rules of English is not the way to solve these problems. Regulatory Warnings: title needs to be updated and contents changed

Financial regulatory agencies can warn the public about the activities of a company that is behaving suspiciously. They can also actively prohibit against a company. CONSOB in Italy actively prohibited against specific activities of SkyWay Group companies which resulted in, among other things, that the sale of EIPs to Italian citizens were banned and a website was taken down. This is more than just a warning.

On 11 June 2019 the German regulatory agency BaFin also prohibited against the company "Sky Way Capital Inc.". You can view the prohibition here: [111].

The title of this section therefore needs to be changed and information about the specific prohibitions of Italy and Germany needs to be included as it is significantly different to a simple warning to the general public and this needs to be reflected in the title and the wording.

This section could be renamed "Financial regulation against SkyWay". An alternative is "Regulatory warnings and prohibitions". Any advice appreciated.

Currently there are also two warnings released by the international regulatory agency OICV-IOSCO that are not mentioned in the article. –Zachar (talk) 17:41, 27 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

First I’d advise to completely reedit the article so that it will be about String technologies and will be based on author’s scientific publications.
Then somewhere at the end a chapter like “SkyWay Group” or “Trolling from interested user Zachar Laskewicz” can be optionally added with mention of some warnings of financial regulators publishing them just for the reason that the almost successful crowdfunded company haven’t paid them a part of raised money aimed to be used to develop technology, for their permission of public offer that has not taken place yet btw. Imagine what would say invetors if they knew their funds were spent to get just a permission for future public offering to regulators in every country the web exists in?? Meanwhile unfortunately smb seems to be paying these “kilometers” of trolling and cents hours digging on the web spent just to hoax the project on Wikipedia. Just look at these amounts of texts and divide to the time and it will become clear that one person Is in his full day work here. This is not just enthusiasm.--George Marshal (talk) 19:58, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The article is about the SkyWay group of companies and not the science. Please note that no SkyWay company has registered its securities anywhere which means the company is committing fraud by selling its investment products to the general public. If anyone can prove that this is wrong and that the company has registered its securities officially somewhere, please include the information below. -Zachar (talk) 21:45, 28 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Here's a possible updated text. Please include your suggestions below or make changes to the text yourself:

Financial regulation
National banks and regulatory agencies have warned the public about the activities performed by companies in the SkyWay Group. Italy and Germany have actively prohibited against these activities.
The first regulatory warning was released in 2014 in Lithuania. The Bank of Lithuania released an official statement warning investors that unidentified individuals invited Lithuanian residents to invest in "next-generation string transport" by acquiring on-line shares of the private limited company which was selling them without a prospectus approved by a competent authority.[1] The Bank of Lithuania shared this warning widely “so that it is known in all countries that this company is engaged in illegal activities”.[2]
Since then warnings adjusted to the specific activities of SkyWay companies in individual countries have been released in many countries including Belgium,[3] the Czech Republic,[4] Estonia,[5] Germany,[6] Greece,[7] Indonesia,[8] Italy,[9] Latvia,[10][11] New Zealand[12] and Slovakia.[13]
In 2018 The International Organization of Securities Commissions(OICV-IOSCO) released a number of warnings related to the activities of SkyWay Group companies such as "SkyWay Capital" and "Sky Way Invest Group".[14][15]
In February 2018 the Italian regulatory agency CONSOB prohibited the advertisement and sale of certain SkyWay investment products to Italian citizens.[16][17]
In May 2019 the German regulatory agency BaFin prohibited the public offering of SkyWay investment products to the general public.[18][19]

Suggested changes to the lede text in light of the changes to the 'financial regulation' heading and the suggestions by user Derehosrescalo. This is the text at present:

The public has been warned by financial regulators about risky investments in SkyWay Group infrastructure projects.

Since this sentence doesn't include the regulatory prohibitions instituted in Italy and Germany, this text needs to be updated. Here is a possible suggestion:

  • Financial regulatory agencies in a number of countries have released warnings and prohibitions against the activities of SkyWay Group companies.

It seems to me better to say 'a number of' rather than 'many' because the latter has a negative implication and it doesn't actually say which countries have regulated against SkyWay. This is specified in more detail in both the overview and in detail in the financial regulation section (with a complete account of financial regulation above on the talk page). Please include your criticism relating to this suggestion below. –Zachar (talk) 10:35, 9 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

"These companies are seeking potential investors..." needs to be changed

Please note that the user Derehosrescalo attempted to change each of the sentences of the lede text which esentially shifted the meaning to something entirely different. These changes, however, were discussed above under the heading 'Change introduction'. I reversed these changes until there is consensus among other users. You can still check Derehosrescalo's proposed changes and my objections to them above and you can argument to include these changes or suggest different ones.

These proposed changes to the lede text did however point out that there were glaring problems in one of the sentences. I found so many problems in it that I thought I'd better introduce it here for approval and consensus. This is the sentence at present:

These companies are seeking potential investors all over the world for development of its technology called SkyWay (or String Transport)...

IMHO the problem with this sentence are as follows:

[1] 'These companies' suggests that all of the SkyWay Group are seeking investment (they're not). This would be less probablematic if we say that 'it has been documented that companies in the SkyWay Group...'.
[2] It would arguably be better to suggest that the companies 'refer to' the technology as 'SkyWay' than it is generally known as 'SkyWay' per se. In other words, it is not 'called' SkyWay; they refer to their technology via this title.
[3] This could be a chance to actually suggest what SkyWay is (a suspended light rail transport technology) rather than simply an undefined technology the SkyWay Group is seeking investment for.
[4] String transport is another name that the SkyWay Group use to refer to this technology; it is not the only one, but the text at present suggests that these are the only two titles.

Here is a possible suggestion for better wording that includes the first three observations above. I can't at present think of a way to include observation 4. Any extra advice appreciated:

  • It has been documented that companies in the SkyWay Group seek potential investors all over the world for the development of the suspended rail transport technology they refer to as Skyway (or String Transport).

Personal attack from user Jeremy Adreano
You would have noticed yourself first. In less than six months, you've made more than 500 edits. All your edits are destructive. You have blackened the project and the company, based on the sources convenient to you. And any criticism you ignore. And after that, you still have the audacity to point to someone trying to make a neutral article.
Do you think you're an administrator? Jeremy Adreano (talk) 13:45, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
If you disagree with the contents of any of the verified references on SkyWay, please include your concerns below with verified new references that prove your claims. The alternative title 'String Transport' returns in the overview so it's not really necessary for the lede text. The text below therefore addresses all the concerns. If you disagree with the text, please include your suggestions relating to these suggestions below.

  • It has been documented that companies in the SkyWay Group seek potential investors all over the world for the development of a suspended rail transport technology they refer to as SkyWay.

Its about link (ref 1): Now "String Technologies" is funded by investments of the founder - a foreign company Global Transport Investments. The paid authorized capital of the Belarusian company, according to its data, is more than 5 billion Belarusian rubles. Read more: https://42.tut.by/464466 - this source says that the Belarusian company, which you call the center, is funded by the founder - a foreign company Global Transport Investments. Thus, Global Transport Investments is above “Than string technologies”. Therefore, this link is not acceptable for your approval. In addition, it is obsolete. The article was published in 2015, when there was no construction object. Polygon in Marina Gorka did not exist. Now this article does not reflect reality, the proving ground in Marina Gorka is functioning and an annual event-report on the work done by EcoFest is held on its territory. The second object of this type is built in the UAE. Therefore, the link can not be objective. Moreover, the information is filed in Russian, and may not be available in the original to the majority of users of the English-language Wikipedia. A translation of each of the TUT.BY articles is included above. The article you are referring to from 15 September 2015 is called На "дорогу будущего" под Марьиной Горкой (15 September 2015) On the “road of the future” near Marjina Horka. Any English-speaking reader can check the translation of the original article above by uncollapsing 'TUT.BY' under the heading 'Criticism'. This article discusses the company 'Strunnye Technologii ZAO' which is registered in Minsk, Belarus. Ermachenok visited the office complex in Minsk and this is what she had to say:
"TUT.BY spent one day in the office of the company 'Strunnye Technologii ZAO', trying to understand when we can ride on the transport of a new generation and why the project has such a controversial reputation... The office of 'Strunnye Technologii ZAO' occupies several floors in one of the Minsk business centers."
They haven't actually built anything in the United Arab Emirates yet and they have further postponed the date of completion of the Skyway Innovation Center which had they had initially planned as taking place in April-May 2019. It should also be repeated here that the EcoTechnoPark demonstration facility is not certified by an accredited organization to either test the technology or transport passengers safely. Yunitskiy applied twice to have SkyWay recognized by the NSA in Belarus as a scientific organization. Both of his applications were rejected. Scientists have further recommended that the SkyWay technology be tested by an officially accredited organization. SkyWay is most certainly not qualified to self-test its own technology.
"Annual reports" published by SkyWay cannot be considered more valid than a verified Belarusian news senders as reports published by SkyWay are not only unverified but would show clear bias towards the company. If, however, you are familiar with more recent published articles on the EcoTechnoPark, please include them below. Just stating that sources you don't actually mention render the published content of another verified article 'obsolete' if you don't mention the specific sources you are referring to.
You have actually provided no valid reasons to question the reliability of the Tut.by reference which is a valid Belarusian internet news portal which has its own page available for perusal on the English Wikipedia. -Zachar (talk) 19:31, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
It should also be mentioned here that "Global Transport Investment Inc." cannot be considered anything more than a shell company as it is registered in the British Virgin Islands. There are no investors or staff members or scientists at this offshore location so although on paper it may own the shares of the Belarusian company 'Strunnye Technologii ZAO', for all intents and purposes this company exists in a purely administrative and theoretical sense. No single person works at this location and it therefore cannot be considered the central hub of operations; there is nobody from the SkyWay company who work there. There are, however, Belarusian scientists, engineers, administrators, designers and network marketers who work for the company Strunnye technologii ZAO at a centralized location in Belarus, at least according to this verified reference. But perhaps you can prove that there is a dedicated staff somewhere else in the world who work for another company in the SkyWay Group? Please post these links below so we can check them. But please don't change the contents of the article before you can prove this. All references you post will be checked for verifiability and if necessary translated from Russian. –Zachar (talk) 21:38, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Derehosrescalo: It is hard to understand what you are actually trying to say. This is the text taken from your English Wikipedia page: "Hello. My name Ammos. I'm from the Russian Wikipedia. I do not know English, and to write the text using Google Translator." Try writing in short sentences if you are using Google translate as they will probably make more sense. Please don't change the article with google translations as any problematic English will be directly removed. You can also invite other users with a better command of English to help you. Explain the objections you have with short, concise sentences and you'll have a far better chance of being understood properly. –Zachar (talk) 08:17, 6 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Also, for Derehosrescalo and anyone else translating with Google, POLYGON (полигон) doesn't mean the same thing in English as Russian. You probably mean something like 'testing ground' or 'landfill'. –Zachar (talk) 23:29, 7 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

SkyWay Group was established in Belarus: suggested clarification in opening sentence

The Tut.by article states that there is an office complex in Minsk from where the SkyWay company is managed. This reference doesn't actually state that the company is centralized there.

The first sentence of the Onliner.by reference "I leech from pyramid schemes..." (viewable here [112]) states that Skyway was established in Belarus. This article details the network marketers who work for Yunitskiy at a central location. It should also be noted that the Onliner.by article includes the names of many of the SkyWay Group companies, including each of those mentioned in the lede text. Here is what it has to say about them:

Существует огромное количество компаний, заявляющих о реализации проекта SkyWay. Вот только некоторые из них: ЗАО «Струнные технологии», Global Transport Investment Inc., Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding LTD, UniSky Corporation, ЗАО «Юнибус», ООО «Евраз Транснет», ООО «Струнный Транспорт Юницкого», фонд Sky Way Capital, фонд Sky way invest group.
There are a huge number of companies claiming to implement the SkyWay project. Here are just a few of them: ZAO "Strunnye Technologii", Global Transport Investment Inc., Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding LTD, UniSky Corporation, Unibus CJSC, Evraz Transnet LLC, String Transport Unitsky LLC, "Sky Way Capital" fund, "Sky Way Invest Group" fund.

In light of the TUT.BY and ONLINER.BY references, it would be more accurate to change the opening sentence as follows:

SkyWay Group is a term used to refer to a group of companies established in Belarus,[1] operated from an office complex in Minsk[2] but registered under business names including...

Alternatively, you could remove the reference to the office complex in Minsk as suggested by the user Derehosrescalo. As the company is founded there and its staff members live and work in Belarus, it seems to me important to mention the fact that it is a Belarusian company. This is confirmed in many other verified references.

This is just a suggestion. If you have a better idea please propose it below.

Negotiations in Ulyanovsk

References suggest that negotiations took place between the limited liability company "STU-Dubna" [СТЮ-Дубна] and the city of Ulyanovsk in November 2009 which resulted in the creation of the CJSC "Strunnye Technologii" [String Technologies].

Please help verify these references by checking the originals and translations. Any additional resources you can find that confirm or contest these articles would be more than appreciated. If they are incorrect, we need to know so that any changes to the actual article can be informed by reliable sources.

An article published by the Ulyanovsk Russian regional press discusses a meeting attended by the Russian president Medvedev on 24 November 2009 where he praised a speech by the local governor who suggested that Yunitskiy's proposed string transport project was both innovative and realizable. It was suggested that this happened to help ensure that a centre of 'string technologies' would be built in Ulyanovsk and was based entirely on unrealistic and uninformed fantasy pretending to be innovation. Read a detailed analysis of this meeting here: [114]

A more recently published article contextualizes this speech. You can read the original here: [115]. After negotiations in Ulyanovsk, the LLC "STU-Dubna" was disbanded and a planned experimental route in the city of Dubna near Moscow was shelved. Early November 2009 the creation of the "String Technologies" company was planned and it was finally established at the beginning of 2010 based on 4.88 billion rubles of 'intellectual property' but only 10,000 rubles of actual capital. These dates of the company's reorganization and registration in Ulyanovsk suggest that talks had been held before this official meeting.

Two days after this meeting an investment agreement (Memorandum of Understanding) was signed between Ulyanovsk and the newly created company which set clear outlines for basic areas of collaboration such as a sales and training school for string technology specialists and a 40 kilometer long string transportation highway in Ulyanovsk to be constructed in 2012.

How did they propose funding this new string technologies project? According to a multi-page business plan, the investment of Russian citizens who would be convinced to purchase shares of this new start-up company. This document was prepared in February 2010 and was remarkable if only because of the outrageous claims it made about the potential of this technology and its creator. Half of the document praises the project; the rest boils down to declaring how much money private investors could make from the project thanks to the entirely invented value it had assigned itself to its intellectual property.

In early 2011 the company was liquidated and their ambitious plans were forgotten.

In light of this earlier development, the SkyWay Group learned a few lessons and as a result they founded a legal entity in an offshore location, tied it to a crowdinvesting platform and assigned to it the inflated value of 400 hundred billion dollars. Financial experts have suspected that the SkyWay we know today operates on the principle of a banal "financial pyramid".

Полёт фантазии продолжается: губернатор вновь вспомнил про струнный транспорт Flight of fantasy continues: the governor again remembered the string transport

17 January 2017

At the Gaidar Forum, the governor of the Ulyanovsk region again recalled the idea of string transport, which over the years has managed to acquire not the most unambiguous aura because of the “overly innovative financing model”. This model is often called the “new MMM”, the “financial pyramid”, and the Lithuanian authorities have called it a fraud. At the same time, the Ulyanovsk project, supported by the governor himself, was at the heart of this idea. What was it?

On November 24, 2009, a meeting of the State Council Presidium on the innovative development of the transport complex chaired by Dmitry Medvedev was held in Ulyanovsk. Then the region was actively preparing for the event, and the speech at the State Council of the Ulyanovsk Governor, as well as the response of Mr. Medvedev to it, was very quickly disassembled into quotes - the Governor Sergei Morozov managed to put all the innovative innovations that were previously mentioned in his not very long speech - and "flying saucers", that is, airships for the Arctic, and the modernized aircraft "Ruslan", and the string transport of the notorious Yunitskiy.

The governor's speech caused giggles in the hall, but Dmitry Medvedev unexpectedly took the side of the governor: “I looked, here our colleagues representing the largest Russian carriers, smiled wistfully, but in vain: sometimes you need to be able to dream. Subsequently, numerous websites searching for “venture investments” for the SkyWay string transport project of Yunitskiy repeatedly referred to this phrase by Medvedev as an example of technology support at the top. It should be noted that it is not unreasonable - the case was not limited to the “ability to dream”.

Just a week after the State Council, in an unknown direction, the experimental route disappeared from the string transport site in Dubna near Moscow, built by STU-Dubna LLC - the Yunitskiy company, which fell into the number of residents of the special economic zone of the Moscow region city.

That route shortly before the State Council managed to thunder all over the country in the form of photos from the presentation of innovative technology to a number of officials. These photographs showed a ZIL truck moving slowly under two rails suspended from racks. Judging by the description, the strings: in the form of a box in which a steel cable is stretched. At that time, this route was the only prototype of the “innovative transport system” that Yunitsky himself had been very actively promoting for many years. The route apparently disappeared along with STU-Dubna LLC: the decision of the general meeting of this LLC on November 2 of the same year decided to reorganize it into the Center for String Technologies, which turned out to be registered in Ulyanovsk on Ryleeva Street.

According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Companies, the joint-stock company finally established at the beginning of 2010 turned out to be the largest legal entity in the region created by individuals, and the founders contributed 4.88 billion rubles to the company's fund.

These billionaire participants were: the inventor of the technology, Anatoly Yunitsky, with a share of 3.42 billion, his son Denis with a share of 244 million, as well as the director of the OJSC Victor Uzlov and Mrs. Nadezhda Kosareva.

Saving on fuel due to the introduction of string transport may exceed the budget of the Russian Federation

It would seem that the region has finally acquired a serious investor, ready to invest in the forty-kilometer long string transport route already drawn in this format in the city of Ulyanovsk. But the situation was somewhat different.

According to the data on the reorganization of LLC STU-Dubna by transforming it into a joint stock company, the capital structure of the joint-stock company being established is as follows: 10 thousand rubles of the authorized capital of the company plus 4.88 billion rubles, which are not in any form - the participants rated this money own intellectual property.

Dates of reorganization suggest that the region even before the State Council not only held talks with Yunitskiy, but also reached quite definite agreements, which eventually led to the creation of a joint stock company for a specific project.

However, it is not necessary to guess about the details of this project. Two days after the State Council, an investment agreement appeared between the government of the Ulyanovsk region and String Transport Yunitsky LLC, which clearly outlines the basic areas of collaboration: building a string transportation site in Ulyanovsk, creating a sales center and a training school for specialists, developing string technologies, as well as the construction of the very highway in Ulyanovsk already in 2012.

Where did you plan to take real money for the implementation of the plan? This question is answered in a multi-page presentation of the company's business plan (available to the editorial board), addressed to venture funds and “citizens of Russia and other countries who are ready to change the future of the Russian Federation and invest free funds in the purchase of a share of Center of String Technologies and after 3 years, increase their investments several times due to dividends and capitalization of technologies, ensuring their financial independence and social stability. ”

All this experience can be compared, for example, with the experience of the great physicist A. Einstein.

This document, prepared in February 2010, is notable for its presentation in combination with the grandeur of the plans described. So, for example, “potential investors” receive information that fuel savings due to the introduction of string transport may exceed the RF budget, that the use of string rails for laying communications in them can reduce the need for satellites and build an alternative communication network, and the string transport itself completely rebuild the entire transport structure, not only Russia, but the whole world. Yunitsky himself is compared with Einstein. “It took the developer of UST to become an analyst, before filing the first application for an invention under UST, 17 years. This has saved, in the development of industry-specific areas in transport, prospecting, more than 5 billion euros, compared with similar costs of Siemens. Additional knowledge and experience were gained. During this time, A.E. Yunitskiy helped almost 2,000 innovators of the Gomel region become inventors. All this experience can be compared, for example, with the experience of the great physicist A. Einstein, who did not hide the fact that only after working for a few years in the patent office, he learned to “separate the wheat from the chaff,” which helped him to further create the theory of relativity. ” .

About half of the document is devoted to such descriptions of merit, the rest of the business plan is devoted to economic calculations, which boil down to declaring the possible profit of private investors who are willing to buy project shares, which are actually provided only with the intellectual property of the founders, which was allegedly estimated at 4.88 billion rubles by "independent appraisers".

This situation has repeatedly caused experts to suspect that SkyWay operates on the principle of a banal "financial pyramid."

Simply put, the model envisaged trading in the retail market (equity investment) in shares in intellectual property. As planned by the authors of the plan, already in 2012, the company should have gained enough money from such funding to launch the experimental route and end R & D. In addition, the document identifies the intentions of several potential customers of string tracks. The Ulyanovsk region was among them. “As for the construction of a city suspended highway of UST along the route“ New city - Center - Dalneye Zasviyazhie ”, it was initiated by the regional authorities. Currently, together with representatives of the regional administration of the Ulyanovsk region and STU, negotiations have been held with a potential investor of this project, who has expressed interest in its implementation. It was agreed that the regional Administration will order pre-project works on this route, which will answer the question of tracing, the number of stations and their destination, passenger traffic, the fare, the approximate cost of the entire route as a whole, etc. After that, the investor will be ready to start implementing the project as soon as possible, ”representatives of the Unitsky structures responded to the question about the fate of the highway in Ulyanovsk at that time, hinting that there are also larger sources of project financing in addition to crowdinvesting.

[Illustration of proposed STU track]

It was under the scheme of such investments that the region subscribed. According to the plan, an innovative joint stock company based in Ulyanovsk was to start collecting investments already in 2010, selling shares of 10 rubles each, for which a profit of 19 rubles was promised in 2012, when the first string tracks were to be made. It was a small matter - to begin retail sale of these shares to everyone.

As a result, it happened, but outside the Ulyanovsk region - in early 2011, the company with ambitious plans was liquidated, and the project in the region, as it seemed, was forgotten.

The main asset of the company - intellectual property - is estimated at $ 400,000,000,000.

But the concept described in the business plan for the region nevertheless began to be implemented by Yunitskiy structures in the form of a SkyWay project - a crowd-investment platform tied to a legal entity offshore, which through partners directly leads the sale of "string transport" to everyone. At the same time, according to statements on SkyWay sites, the company's main asset, intellectual property, is estimated at $ 400,000,000,000. Investors in the future are promised solid lifetime payments, and the development plans are simply mesmerizing.

In addition, participants in the innovation project were invited to become representatives of the company, engaging in attracting new investors for 15% of their contribution, which has so far led to the emergence of hundreds of partner sites and a whole network of distributors. According to several investigative journalistic reports, the networks formed around MMM were actively hit into “string investments”, continuing to operate according to a knurled pattern. This situation has repeatedly caused experts to suspect that SkyWay operates on the principle of a banal "financial pyramid."

[illustration of SkyWay promotion advertising]

However, judging by the delfi.lt publication, the matter was not limited to evaluative judgments. According to the Lithuanian edition, in 2015, Mr. Yunitskiy became the subject of interest of the Lithuanian prosecutor’s office “due to fraud, illegal economic, commercial, financial activities and the legalization of funds acquired by criminal means”. In this regard, we note that Lithuania has become the third country to implement Yunitskiy’s ideas after Russia and Australia, where for some reason the construction of the promised routes failed. In Lithuania, this was also not possible. Now, the project Yunitskiy is trying to implement near Minsk, where the next experimental route, built on investors' money, is laid.

Judging by the statement at the Gaidar Forum, it was there that Governor Sergey Morozov was going to go in February to look at the results and, perhaps, to resume the construction of a string route from Ulyanovsk from the other side of the Volga to another ... That is, the story may well be repeated - after all, in fact, we are talking about a return to the plans for 2010.

It is worth noting here that of all the regions that once expressed interest in relation to string transport, only the Ulyanovsk region is still true to this idea. The rest of the regions that were mentioned in the business plan of 2010 as places for the implementation of string routes have not been remembered more about Yunitskiy and his projects, at least publicly. Probably, they lacked a flight of fancy ...

The LLC "STU-Dubna" [ООО "СТЮ-ДУБНА"] indeed appeared to have existed. It was registered on 11 November 2018, and was disbanded on 4 February 2010. Read the company registration here: [116]
JSC Company "Centre of String Technologies" [ОАО "Центр струнных технологий"] was indeed founded on 2 February 2010 at the address suggested in the article in Ulyanovsk, and was dispanded on 31 march 2011. Read the company registration here: [117]

This article confirms the contents of the two articles above on the foundation and importance of these two companies to the history of SkyWay. You can read the original here: [118] or alternatively an English translation here: [119]. Any other sources you find to confirm these important event in SkyWay History appreciated. –Zachar (talk) 00:02, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The text below is a preliminary text concerning the negotiations in Ulyanovsk. Please include your suggestions below or edit the text yourself. Maybe all this information is not necessary but it is my first attempt to distil the contents of the articles. Any advice including additional sources that further confirm (or contradict) the contents of this text. If you are going to include descriptions of every unrealized negotiation that resulted in the signing of an MoU. Alternatively you could argue to remove all the unrealized negotiations, but you can't include some and ignore others.

Russia
In 2009, negotiations took place in Ulyanovsk between Yunitskiy and city officials.[120] In an attempt to secure collaboration with SkyWay the city Mayor Sergei Morozov praised SkyWay technology in a city council speech speech on November 24 and his proposals were supported by the Russian president Medvedev who attended the event. As a result an investment agreement was signed and the joint stock company "Centre of String Technologies" was registered in Ulyanovsk. In February 2010 a document was released praising the technology and including information about their plans to make use of private investment. [121]. Although Sergei Morozov showed interest in SkyWay again in 2017,[122] the planned projects like the 40km long string road and the SkyWay education and testing facility were never built. The company dissolved in March 2011.

One more time. Do you write about Finance or technology? The company was founded in Belarus in 2014. Why are you citing 2019? I believe this is another of your useless links. There's no value in it. You'd better think about the quality of the information, not the number of links. Vinsent Bryant (talk) 06:57, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

User with Conflict

The main user who has been editing this article has a conflict with SkyWay Group. If you search the name complaints about this company in forums online. They also say that a friend of theirs invested in the of the person they claim to be (Dr Zachar Alexander Laskewicz), you will see they have left many negative company and lost their money. This user needs to be banned from Wikipedia if they cannot talk about all relevant issues with the company, not just negative. Nomaninvi (talk) 02:24, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Zaxander, this is very troubling and problematic. You were previously asked about a conflict as your editing appears to be more of WP:ADVOCACY than WP:5P. Can you please disclose any conflict you may have with this topic?
Nomaninvi, this page has been editing by many WP:SPAs, many of whom appear to have an agenda. Can you also disclose any conflict of interest you have with the topic?--CNMall41 (talk) 04:12, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Just a quick look shows this page has gotten out of control. I just did a minor cleanup but will wait for a response from Zaxander and Nomaninvi above prior to proceeding further. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:28, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
This is part of the problem. By how it is written, it creates an impression that the technology of the company is unsafe. According to the reference, it was a prototype that was evaluated and found unsafe. We need to say what the source says and not create WP:SYNTH which is something I have mentioned many times before. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:29, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I have no conflict with this topic. My Belgian friends involved with SkyWay Capital stopped investing, but as a result I found out about the Belgian warning and I was intrigued to find out more about the company. I've been responsible for removing the Bad English, helping reduce the unverified pseudoscience and including the expansion of the article to includes all information about testing at the EcoTechnoPark by finding verifiable references. I've been editing other pages recently including Russian writers and Australian slang. If there are objections to the changes I make, please let me know what those objections are. Because I've been reading and translating so much about SkyWay, I'm beginning to find out a lot about the company but I welcome anyone participating in the discussion and helping me with the changes. It is the reason I like doing it so much. I get a lot of abuse, however, from SPAs who attack me personally and accuse me of corruption which is getting frustrating but I listen to every comment placed and try to argue for or against their argument in a fair way. Say what it is you object to and it will be attended to.–Zachar (talk) 09:28, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:There are some problems with your changes that have resulted in the fusion of the testing and negotiation section. I'll try to address them and you can let me know if you think its any better. Thanks for any changes you make that would result in a more efficient stream lining of the text. Buy you can't fuse two subjects that are entirely unrelated to one another (the Ozyery testing of the ZIL truck and the MIIT testing that occurred somewhere else of small models of the technology; the Ozyery testing was performed by Yunitskiy; the other tests were performed independently) -Zachar (talk) 09:53, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:Good change to the overview; this sentence was unnecessary as it is repeated anyway in the next section. Keep up the good work. -Zachar (talk) 10:20, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:I'd also like to add that it is thanks to my contribution that the info company box was added, that the company logo was added to the site, that section on marketing was created in line with the Norwegian Wikpedia SkyWay page, that scientific information was included from a verified source describing the string transport technology, that the negotiations in Italy received more than a cursory glance as well as the negotiations that took place in Indonesia and Slovakia. If it wasn't thanks to changes that I made this article would still be a stub consisting of links to YouTube films and unverified SkyWay promotion. I'm certainly open to criticism from users like you. But please listen to observations from users like @Kmarinas86:, @Andrew-Postelniak: and @Dron007: who make valid contributions to the page who are willing to legitimate themselves and not user like Nomaninvi who only attacks me personally or George Marshal who is clearly working for the company. If it is not clear, SkyWay has no competition. You could arguably accuse me of being a disgruntled investor, but I personally never lost a cent. -Zachar (talk) 12:04, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:I agree that any users who are willing to legitimate themselves and discuss their proposed edits here with other users have one agenda alone: balanced reporting of verified references. I've also translated and added articles about SkyWay proposed by users who have a vested interest in promoting SkyWay, such as the Vietnamese reference which reports on the presentation made by Yunitskiy in Hanoi [123], the article on possible invest in Ethiopia [124] and the French article on the Sharjah project.[125]. I'm open to listen to any contributions to this talk page, but they have to include actual references to check and not just hot air personal attacks. –Zachar (talk) 15:02, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
And in a desire for transparency, this is a selection from one of my contributions to the BehindMLM conversation thread which anyone can view in its entirety here: [126]. There are discussion threads about SkyWay in German (ALLMYSTERY.DE/PSIRAM.DE/GEDTHEMEN.DE) and Russian (VKONTAKE.RU/MMGP.RU) but I haven't participated in any of these discussions:
In Belgium the FSMA rereleased their regulatory warning on 17 May 2019 after receiving more complaints from the Belgian public about the activities of these companies. Still new motivated sales and recruitment meetings took place in Antwerp and Brussels in April and May this year.
It seems that people turn to Wikipedia to get a balanced view of what SkyWay actually is.
My Belgian friends who lost money to SkyWay Capital last year after attending such meetings were actually misled by misinformation published about the technology on Wikipedia and for this reason, I’ve been active following discussion threads and published articles around the world attempting to represent what regulatory agencies and verified sources are saying about this company and balance the views of third parties who have either invested in SkyWay or work at the central office in Belarus, actively and regularly publishing misinformed or biased articles on the English Wikipedia SkyWay Group article or talk page.
I also helped translate the English article into Dutch to help inform the Dutch-speaking public about what published, verified articles have to say about the activities of SkyWay companies around the world.–Zachar (talk) 15:31, 16 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It is difficult for me to reply to a WP:TEXTWALL so I will keep my response short and to the point. I apologize if I do not respond to all of your points but there are many and most are irrelevant (e.g., you translating articles, helping Dutch Wikipedia, other editor's conduct). First, you say that "Wikipedia" was the reason your friend was mislead. However, I see in a forum that you said "A friend of mine was convinced as part of a complex presentation to invest money tax-free." (not linking directly to the forum so as to avoid WP:OUTING). Wikipedia doesn't give complex presentations and this version from January 1st of this year and this version from January of 2018 both show information related to the testing and possible safety issues of the project. Not sure what information in Wikipedia was misleading at that time or why your comments here are different than the forums. Basically, what you are doing is WP:ADVOCACY which is the same as if the company itself tried to come here and make the page look promotional. Also, there is a lot of recent press about the company out of Dubai which shows it in a positive light. However, you didn't add much to the page about the Dubai project which shows me that you are WP:NOTHERE to build an encyclopedia and unable to edit this topic from a WP:NPOV. Feel free to do so in any forum you choose, but Wikipedia is WP:NOTFORUM. My question to you is simple: do you plan on stepping away from editing the article directly? Without that, I feel obligated to request a WP:TBAN. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:57, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@CNMall41:Thanks for the detailed advice and I appreciate the great work you've done improving the article. I'm more than happy not to edit the article if I know someone is working on it who is interested in keeping the article misinformation free. I'd prefer you not to request a ban but I've seen first hand how this institution works and I trust the decisions it makes. I'll try to keep this as short as possible.
The Belgian friend attended sales and recruitment meetings of 'SkyWay Capital' which encouraged him to invest in SkyWay technology. This obviously had nothing to do with Wikipedia. He attended these meetings in early 2018. Afterwards we looked SkyWay up on an internet search engine for verification of the science he was investing. We were redirected to the 'String transport' Wikipedia page. You can see how it looked in April 2018 here: [127]. At that time the article was still filled with unverified pseudoscience, YouTube films and self-published promotion.
I have tried to WP:AGF for a while but your response above doesn't really answer any questions, it just creates more. You say "he" attended and then you say "we" looked up information. You did a great job of tracking down sources to put on Wikipedia so why were you not able to do so back then (rhetorical question, no answer needed)? It just looks like you are justifying your editing despite have a conflict of interest and having a single purpose for being here on Wikipedia. Again, do as you will. Not sure if a topic ban request is appropriate at this time but even after you stated you would voluntarily step away, you still decided to edit the page directly. This makes me feel that you are too connected to the issue and unable to do so. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:59, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I read the article, and could tell it was filled with glaring mistakes suggesting it had not been written or checked by an English speaker. This was not evident, however, to a Dutch-speaker. It also had no information about the financial warnings issued in Belgium which was released in September 2017 [128] or any of the other countries that had issued warnings. Unfortunately he was misinformed. The scientific information that was promoted by Wikipedia at that time was entirely unsupported by verified sources.
The many articles that have been published in the Dubai press are based on a single tweet from Sheik Mohammed. I looked at every one of these articles and they all contain the same information that appears to be copied from SkyWay promotion. In early June 2019 the RTA in Dubai have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with another company (skyTran) and they haven't mention SkyWay again.[129]. Since an MoU is not a legally binding contract, maybe Dubai are still in negotiation with SkyWay? It's currently impossible to tell what they're actually up to. The most recent publications concerns a Hong Kong architect bureau "LWK+Parners" who appear to use illustrations of both SkyWay and SkyTran vehicles in their proposed plan which refer to 'Sky Pods' as one of six infrastructure projects. Neither SkyWay nor skyTran are mentioned in these articles.[130].
I wasn't able to find any other information about the negotiations in Sharjah. It appears to be a self-funded testing site which SkyWay have a vested interest in keeping journalists away from. The most recent SkyWay publication suggests that they have postponed the opening date. I couldn't publish this information as it was removed as unverified promotion: you can't publish information that SkyWay publishes about itself even if it is about developments on their own projects. No verified news sender appears to have published any information about this site. They are still using the Sharjah test site, however, to promote investment from small investors at SkyWay sales and recruitment meetings around the world. I'd like to note that the only confirmation I could find about the Sharjah negotiations was the single article in French.
I genuinely wish that more information could be published about the negotiations in Sharjah and Dubai. The article included information about the number of stations and the proposed length of the track but this was removed by another user.
It seems that there were negotiations in between SkyWay and the Russian city of Ulyanovsk in November 2009 which resulted in the disbanding of the LLC "STU-Dubna", the creation of the JSC "Centre of String Technologies" registered at an address in Ulyanovsk (which was also later disbanded when they moved their operations somewhere else) and the signing of an Investment Agreement. If the article is going to include information every time this company signed a Memorandum of Understanding which it later didn't fulfill, it seems important to include this information as well, especially considering that according to news senders Ulyanovsk showed interest again in SkyWay projects in 2017. I'm happy to distil a text about these negotiations and publish it here. Alternatively, you could remove all the information about unrealized negotiations. I'm not at all sure what the precedent is, but you can't justify including some of their unrealized negotiations and ignore others.–Zachar (talk) 13:29, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:Your claims about me not commenting on Dubai are entirely unfounded. I added almost all of the information about "Skyway Greentech Co" and their negotiations to build 'Sky Pods in the UAE. I can only request that you remove or contextualize the unsupported comments you have added to the overview which are just claims that Yunitskiy makes about his technology, and not accepted facts about this untested and uncertified technology. Please be careful before adding comments about the technology that are unsupported. –Zachar (talk) 19:45, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
There is quite a bit in these articles about the technology which was lacking in the Wikipedia page. Putting the bare minimum isn't exactly creating a balance or neutral point of view based on the sources. "Entirely" unfounded would not be accurate. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:59, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:Your claims are entirely unfounded. If you were familiar with the discussion that took place over the Dubai event you would know that there was a great deal of discussion about the technological facts promoted by Sheikh Mohammed and later spread by the local press in the UAE. Dron007 (talk · contribs) at my encouragement posted this information because he believed that the texts published by Sheikh Mohammed and the RTA contained valid information that the world deserved to hear. A considerable amount of care was taken to accurately present this issue. Someone else removed this text because they said is was unverified puffery. I didn't remove it. Please stop making entirely unfounded claims. –Zachar (talk) 14:48, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Zaxander:You've made over 1800 edits to Wikipedia. Most of them are in this article. And all of them are negative. You forget that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a court register. I read that you persuaded administrators not to delete an article that, in my opinion, has no encyclopedic value. And now having done a huge destructive work force, you try to protect your work. In English Wikipedia you used more than 30% of Russian sources of information. I have no reason to trust you, and your translation.Vinsent Bryant (talk) 07:16, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:I Look forward to seeing the changes you make that include verified and entirely new information about the negotiations in the United Arab Emirates. I suggest you create a new discussion topic and introduce this discussion as a new heading on the talk page because you may well be familiar with articles that haven't yet been brought into the discussion. You evidently are privy to articles no one else was able to find. Specifically references about the Sharjah site would be great.–Zachar (talk) 08:34, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Zaxander You are ready to listen to someone else's opinion. I've already written to you my criticism and you brought me to the list of attacks on you.

Please tell me, I last edited you rejected several references to sources citing the fact that they contain false information. In this article (https://siol.net/digisvet/novice/kdo-so-rusi-ki-lovke-stegujejo-po-slovenskem-denarju-468937) the author does not know what country it is about, but you considered it reliable. So what kind of neutrality are you talking about? Vinsent Bryant (talk) 06:43, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I invest so I have conflict. Will not edit but ask that I provide more information on user with conflict. How do I get a banned? I just want seeing facts and not someone mad at company. Their Facebook page says:

  • "Unfortunatley someone I know lost a lot money after being encouraged by 'friends' to invest." But they say above that they did the research with the friend. Which one is true?
  • "An article validating the science behind this extremely dubious concept is unbelievable still viewable on Wikipedia which until today only had a recommendation that the reader could help improve the references. Really?"
  • "They have an AI bot army which can take your article down for not being objective enough, but they can't protect the public from a dangerous scam? I kid you not."
  • "They'd have to read through the acres of misinformation posted to dismiss these valid warnings. They just bury their lies in bullshit."
  • "Needless to say, I denied Wikipedia's request for another donation.."
  • "I'm actually pretty disgusted that theyr bots are sensitive enough to criticise and warn the public about the reliable objectivity of an article I wrote while being unable to warn unsuspecting readers that editors have not only disputed an article's content but have warned them about the dangerous pyramid scame which continues to rip people off today."
  • "So you can't trust anything you read on Wikipedia and could potentially be ripped off thanks to things that you read there." - "But you didnt hear that from me."

He hates Skyway and hates Wikipedia as they had information not bad about company so he keeps adding from sources that are not good. Please tell me how to ban him so a fair article will be created.Nomaninvi (talk) 04:24, 31 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you are requesting that someone be banned from Wikipedia or blocked from editing, you will need to discuss at either WP:COIN or WP:ANI. You can make the request there and the community will discuss if sanctions are appropriate. I am not sure that it is at this time since the user in question is no longer editing the page. I would also request of you, as I have with others who have a conflict, that you do not edit the page directly. You are free to request edits on this page, but editing directly could put you on the same road as the user you are discussing above. --CNMall41 (talk) 19:13, 31 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Changes to Overview unsupported by the references

The claims about SkyWay technology are unsupported by the Italian and Slovenian references. This information is quoted about the technology in terms of what Yunitskiy claims about his technology and not what the technology has been documented as achieving. This is what the articles actually say:

Cities bursting with traffic? No problem, the SkyWay company has the solution: to buy one of its monorails that make speeding cars at 15 meters high at 500 kilometers an hour, with a frequency of one every 15 seconds. Moreover, the plants cost 20% less than a normal subway and are totally green ... It seems like a dream, but it is the "real" proposal that the Belarusian company has been promoting for years now to heads of state, transport ministers and local administrations of half the world. Too bad that such facilities do not actually exist on the planet Earth. [131]
SkyWay, a system of passenger and cargo capsules traveling on a cableway, was designed by the Belarusian engineer Anatoly Yunitskiy in the 80s of the last century. Emissions of gases and particles that pollute the atmosphere are practically nil with such a means of transport, and this would be particularly practical, as well as traveling in the urban landscape and in the countryside. Capsules could reach speeds of up to 500 kilometers per hour, says Yunitskiy, who is today the representative of the SkyWay Group. SkyWay Group has already developed several pilot projects of the cableway, but they have not yet come to the fore further.[132]

If you want to mention these unverified facts about SkyWay you have to contextualize them as they are introduced in these verified articles: as claims that Yunitskiy makes about his technology.

Better still, you could find these facts in a verified scientific publication that confirms Yunitskiy's claims.

Until then, here is a suggestion for an improvement to the wording that more actually represents the sources:

  • SkyWay is designed to transport cargo and passengers.[133] Yunitskiy claims that SkyWay vehicles can reach speeds up to 500 kilometers an hour and that they cost 20 percent less than normal subways.[134] He also claims that his vehicles have minimal gas and particle emissions.[135]

I'm obviously happy to include updated information from verified sources about the technology. But they have to be quoted accurately. These facts are not accepted information about this technology; they are just claims that Yunitskiy has been documented as making about what his technology can achieve. -Zachar (talk) 15:00, 17 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

With all due respect, your happiness is not my concern, Wikipedia policies and guidelines are. You do not seem to grasp the issue here. Do as you will. I am not sure what other advice I can give as you still don't seem to want to step away from the article voluntarily despite your advocacy and inability to edit this topic from a neutral point of view. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:54, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@CNMall41:I'm sorry that you misquoted the references. Your changes to the overview included information that would suggest that this technology is emission free. There is no scientific evidence suggesting this is true. The article says that Yunitskiy made this unverified claim. Unless you make another edit which shows clear bias attempting to misinform the public about what SkyWay technology has actually achieved, I will assume that this was just a simple mistake. Please don't misquote sources again or I will assume that the unfounded claims you are making about my bias are attempts to silence valid suggestions to improve the article. –Zachar (talk) 12:03, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Just a heads up that passive aggressive tone will not help reach a consensus with anything. You can assume what you like, but I am simply discussing your advocacy which you have attempted to downplay. Still not sure if this is worth bringing up at ANI or COIN at the moment. I will take the time to look through some of the sources this week and likely start a rewrite. I am tempted to revert the article back to where it was prior to your editing given the COI and Advocacy, but that would likely remove some good edits as well. In the meantime, remember there is WP:NORUSH with Wikipedia. Finally, please bring up any accusations against my "attempts to silence suggestions to improve the article" at ANI if you feel that is actually what is happening. I would love to participate in the discussion there. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:34, 21 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Company Structure

This position, renaming and rewording of this discussion is far better and more neutral than it was previously. Unfortunately there are some small mistakes I'm sure these minor mistakes were made in good faith.

Here is the new text as it was posted. It has tactical and better placed information from the overview and and includes a good faith attempt to better summarise material from the 'Business Insider Italia' reference.

Company structure
SkyWay Group consists of numerous subsidiaries. The SkyWay Group deals with construction of the technology through numerous subsidiaries. SkyWay Group of Companies controls SkyWay Capital which was launched in 2014 to self-finance the projects.[1] They also own and control other companies like "SWIG International Ltd." registered in London and "SkyWay Capital Inc." which is registered in Saint Lucia. These companies function to collect funds for SkyWay projects.[2]
Established in Belarus,[3] operated from an office complex in Minsk[4] but registered under business names including "Euroasian Rail Skyway Systems Holding Ltd.",[5] "First SkyWay Invest Group Limited"[6][7] and "Global Transport Investment Inc."[8] in places like the British Virgin Islands, London and Saint Lucia.[1] It has been documented that companies in the SkyWay Group seek potential investors all over the world for the development of an elevated rail transport technology they refer to as SkyWay.[2]

The problems are as follows:

[1] The sentence in the second paragraph doesn't appear to have a subject. You could solve this problem by starting the sentence with 'The SkyWay Group was...'.
[2] The opening sentence has a repetition of material in the first and second sentence. You could solve this by removing the first sentence entirely.
[3] There is a misquotation of the Business Insider Italia reference in the second sentence of the first paragraph. Here follows a citation from the article I think @CNMall41: is attempting to quote:
For this reason, in 2014 it joined the holding company "SkyWay Group of property" (which deals with the construction of the plants through numerous subsidiaries), the second holding company "SkyWay Group of Companies" with headquarters at 19 Waterfront Drive, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (a tax haven), which, in turn, controls the "SkyWay Capital" based in another tax haven, in Saint Lucia. It is through this latter company that it has launched a global self-financing crowdfunding.
A correct citation would include the following text:
  • In 2014 Yunitkiy created two holding companies the "SkyWay Group of Property" which deals with construction through numerous subsidiaries, and the "SkyWay Group of Companies" with headquarters in the British Virgin Islands, which controls companies like "SkyWay Capital" which is based in Saint Lucia. These companies raise capital by crowdfunding.
[4] The second paragraph which defines the SkyWay Group according to where it was established and where it has its office complex would be far better at the beginning.

Maybe you have some better ideas for how this is constructed, to improve the incomplete sentences, to remove the repeated information or correct other mistakes you find? I welcome anyone to suggest changes by posting them below or changing the text yourself, or providing additional references that can help to provide a more accurate reflection of the company structure. -Zachar (talk) 11:43, 18 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Say what it is you object to and it will be attended to.

@Zaxander You have the text violated logic. How can a Group of companies control itself? In addition, you build all your arguments again on the articles of the Belarusian conflict journalist. It's a dead end. And do understand why you keep duplicate information? It was in the articles of these journalists that it was said that the financing of the company in Minsk comes from the management company in the virgin Islands. This authors all the time contradicting yourself. There is a Memorandum in which the structure is presented. Maybe you don't need to reinvent the wheel. Vinsent Bryant, being yet another WP:SPA editing this topic, can you please declare your connection to the topic? The number of SPA accounts coming here to either promote or advocate is getting very difficult to keep track of. And, if you haven't already, please read WP:NPOV prior to making any recommendations on changes to the article. --CNMall41 (talk) 19:39, 22 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm an investor. I invested a little money. If my participation in the editing of the article is against the rules - sorry. But such participants haw Zaxander turn Wikipedia into a weed hole.Vinsent Bryant (talk) 05:40, 23 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Vinsent Bryant: see WP:NPA. Your comment is almost a personal attack. Nigos (t@lk Contribs) 05:44, 23 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Vinsent Bryant. Since you are an investor, I feel you would have just as much of a conflict with editing this page as someone who lost money with the company. I would ask that you also refrain from editing the page directly. You are more than welcome to suggest edits to the page and editors without a conflict can review and decide if appropriate. --CNMall41 (talk) 01:28, 24 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Behind MLM references

This is a blog with no editorial oversight. It is also an advocacy website that is against multi-level marketing. Nothing wrong with that, but it doesn't meet the standards for Wikipedia. --CNMall41 (talk) 05:08, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup

I started more cleanup on the page per this. My comments are " (Moving and updating information for overview and history and eliminate testing section (placing into history section). Also moving paragraph about negotiations into that section. Eliminated duplicate information about regulatory warnings.)" This basically started to organize things into more of an encyclopedic layout and tone. If there are inaccuracies with the content, I would welcome the comments so it can be reviewed and corrected if necessary. --CNMall41 (talk) 06:46, 2 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Regulatory warnings

Is there a single source available that talks about the regulatory warnings? The page is still using primary sources and original research. We need to put a summary of everything supported by secondary sources. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:33, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, while not the most reliable of source, this has quite a bit. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:35, 6 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Another secondary source here [136]. This one talks about a recent renaming of the company.--DreamLinker (talk) 20:46, 25 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move 31 August 2019

SkyWay GroupString transport – The company does not seem to be as notable as the technology. This needs to focus on the technology and not on the company as it seems like it only exists as an attack on the company. The times the company is mentioned, it is not referred to as the legal name, just associated or also known as names. The references also discuss more about the technology than the company. I am also disclosing that I am an investor in the technology. Nomaninvi (talk) 19:40, 31 August 2019 (UTC)--Relisting. A1Cafel (talk) 02:46, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment - Nomaninvi, I think I would like to see more references presented that talk about the technology rather than the company prior to opining. There was already a deletion discussion, although somewhat tainted by COI, that determined the page was notable. I am thinking if there are enough references that show notability for both we may create an additional page and leave the company page. Thoughts?--CNMall41 (talk) 02:37, 1 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Support - BD2412 makes a good point. Looking closer at the two previous AfDs, the first one was actually for the topic of "string transport" and the result of that discussion was "keep." The second AfD was for the company and despite being riddle with COI comments, there was a push by some to move the page back to string transport. Moving back to string transport would be a good option. --CNMall41 (talk) 19:37, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. We tried it and it didn't work. The fact that the technology exists is only postulated by the inventors of it (actually Unitskiy). There are no independent sources informing about the technology (they all use press releases), there is no reliable independent expertise etc.Dron007 (talk) 16:21, 2 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
"Expertise" is not a requirement for such technology. We need significant coverage in reliable sources independent of the subject. I see a lot that were cited in the first AfD. --CNMall41 (talk) 19:39, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Why do you call it "technology"? Do you have any proofs that it is really working technology based on some new principles? We cannot create Wikipedia articles about imaginary products which are not discussed by experts as a new technology. There is no such discussions about string transport, there is no such transport. Another reason why I think renaming is very bad idea is the fact that "string transport" term imagined by Yunitsky is not used in any sources. "SkyWay" is used instead. It is both the name of "technology" in Russian and the unofficial name of company, community etc. Most English sources also refer to it as SkyWay but in English "skyway" is just a usual word so SkyWay Group is more specific. So why should we rename the article to the imaginary name of imaginary technology not known by this name anywhere? Dron007 (talk) 20:19, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
To see what I mean check this: search request There are no relevant results from reliable source not connected with the author/company. Nobody discusses "string transport technology" on its own. Dron007 (talk) 20:33, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Your comment is full of fallacy. Where is the Wikipedia guideline that says it must be working technology? Or, where does it say taht technology must have proof that it really works in order to be included in Wikipedia? You say imaginary product but yet there are references, and photographic evidence, and the technology has been used at least in tests (if that wasn't the case, how could Russia conclude that the technology was "unsafe")? If you want to discuss the move with policy and guidelines that is fine, but making things up isn't helping your contention. In fact, it shows more advocacy than WP:NPOV. --CNMall41 (talk) 15:42, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Does the company as an entity really meet notability guidelines, since the references are mainly general announcements or alerts? The threshold for notability comes from WP:ORGCRIT which I am not seeing here. With that in mind, the last deletion discussion involved several !votes which leaned towards merging this back to "string transport". I would think merging to the supertopic, and keeping the subtopic company's information brief in that page would be more appropriate. bd2412 T 03:05, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support for now. The technology will always be the basic referent no matter what company is trying it out. We can always move it back if the company suddenly becomes a household name. - WPGA2345 - 06:44, 11 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment. I had originally closed this discussion, but reverted myself after noticing an issue with the scope of the current article. From the looks of the article in its present state, the article's subject is about a company, but the proposed name's subject is essentially a "product" or "concept", not a "company". The proposed name seems to conflict with the scope of the current article. Maybe the content relating to the concept needs to be split into its own article? (And then maybe the effect of that may affect the notability of the company subject?) Steel1943 (talk) 15:14, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Great point and one that I originally thought about and commented on above. Would it be proper for two pages as opposed to one? Some don't think there are enough references to support the technology, but the references for the company I don't feel fall within WP:ORGCRIT which is a requirement for WP:NCORP.--CNMall41 (talk) 15:42, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I somehow missed the move discussion, but I strongly support the "Skyway Group" title and Oppose the move. Steel1943 made the right call.
The article currently has very little content on the product, since practically all of the previous "Technology" section was based on company promo material and independent sourcing could not be found. Our article reflects the fact that independent sources focus almost exclusively on the company and its business dealings. Keep in mind that this is not a generic technology like monorail or railroad that is researched and produced by many entities. This is a very specific product developed by one company with little to no external analysis.
I'm also concerned that efforts to focus on the technology may be an attempt to avoid including criticism of the company. –dlthewave 16:24, 20 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I see many of these sources being unreliable or primary sources which is the main issue I have with the page. I am also as concerned (if you read the threads above in previous sections) with WP:ADVOCACY just as much as anyone trying to attempt to avoid criticism of the company. --CNMall41 (talk) 15:42, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose as there is hardly any independent sources for the "technology". We had previously tried it out and realised that all information about the technology came from Skyway linked press releases. It would be hard to justify an article for a specific technology from one company. The article as skyway makes more sense since it maintains continuity about the company. Recently it seems to have diversified and tried to to rebrand itself [137].--DreamLinker (talk) 05:42, 21 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Wondering if it would be beneficial to open the last deletion discussion. I am not sure there was an actual consensus or enough discussion to determine one. I am not questioning the closer, but I feel there is more information that has come to light (namely the advocacy of at least one party in the discussion who has a personal connection to the subject matter) that could have made a difference one way or another. --CNMall41 (talk) 15:42, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
My views have changed since the last deletion discussion. When I looked for the technology, I was unable to find any independent sources which reviewed it. What I understood is that a group of companies named Skyway are trying to raise funds, using this technology as the selling point. In recent months, it seems they have tried to change their name (see [138] and have been "promoting the sale of investments including education packages that include a component of cryptocurrency (tokens) associated with SkyWay". It is likely that the company is the central topic here.--DreamLinker (talk) 19:24, 23 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
A "group of companies named Skyway" did not change their name. The "group of companies named Skyway" does not have a legal name which can be "changed" as it is not a registered entity of any kind. Here is a statement from the article you linked to which probably confused you:
Skyway Capital (now registered as SWI Inc.) is one of the SkyWay Group of Companies and their website is https://www.skyway.capital/ and such affiliation is stated by the "head" of the group on his own website. SWIG stands for "Skyway Invest Group", not Skyway 'International' Group and their website is https://www.skywayinvestgroup.com/. The company referred to as "SWIG" had been registered as "RSW Investment Group Ltd", and I found no evidence available free of charge that the registered company name has changed. What "changed" was the emphasis by management on the name "SWIG" in preference over "Skyway Invest Group" due to a multitude of reasons, including a reasonable one such as the fact that "Skyway Invest Group" is a group not of companies, but of investors, theoretically clarifying the relationships, as this entity certainly is NOT "Skyway Group" as so many people have mixed up. It seems that "the company" or "Sky Way Group of Companies" (which one is it??) can be notable even if it is not properly identified by the independent source said to be making it notable! Also, it seems that even when a name change is meant to clarify something, there will be someone who finds a way to still get it wrong "because of it"! talk2siNkarma86—Expert Sectioneer of Wikipedia 08:16, 2 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. (May as well make my stance official.) Per my analysis above, the article in its present state seems to be about a company or set1 of companies, not a product. So, at the present time, renaming this article to a "product" name doesn't make sense. I recommend that the two subject be split into two separate articles in order to differentiate the two subjects for each other. As stated above, after such a split, if the notability of the company/set of companies is questionable, that content as a standalone article can/should be nominated for WP:AFD to determine its fate.
