4. The screenshot is of very low resolution and it is impossible to make use of it in any commercial way.
5. The film from which the screenshot is taken belongs to the 1970's and is no longer commercially available in any form including CD or DVD
6. The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the subject or his work in any way.
