Scolopendra cataracta (waterfall centipede) is a species of centipede in the family Scolopendridae that is endemic to Laos and Thailand.[1] It is the first known amphibious centipede, growing to up to 20 cm in length and with a bite described as "agonising" and "excruciating".[1][2]
