January 2010

[edit]

Hello. A vast majority of your recent edits have had to be undone or significantly revised, because they did not meet the basic criteria for inclusion. Please familiarise yourself with the editing guidelines at WP:Airlines and WP:Airports - those will help. Also, a general rule:

  • All additions of flights/destinations must be supported with a valid source
  • Ensure that you leave an edit summary where required
  • Also ensure that your additions follow established convention and formatting
  • Edits to the English language Wikipedia must be in the English language

Dublin Airport

[edit]

Hi i understand where we both are both Jasepl + per aspera have commited vandilism to all airports listed served as Thomson on charter destinations and mainly Dublin Airport + i aggree the Gloustershire begins March 16 but ends March 19 i will not revert your edit but is it nesseary to post this?. --Kavs8 (talk  · contribs) 15:22, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

February 2010

[edit]

Repeat comment from "January 2010", above:

  • All additions of flights/destinations must be supported with a valid source
  • All additions also need to have an exact start date, eg: 21 September; only listing a month or a year, or a season is not sufficient

These guidelines are available at WP:Airlines and WP:Airports. Thanks, Jasepl (talk) 18:08, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cork Airport

[edit]

Regards your recent edit to the Cork Airport article: Please note that we list destinations (ie cities) in the airport destination table, and not airports. This is also explained in WP:Airports; please familiarise yourself with this and other editing guidelines, as already suggested several times in the past. Jasepl (talk) 10:55, 14 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

[edit]

I have reverted some of your recent edits, including this one you made to Edinburgh Airport on account of their being unsourced. As explained several times (refer above), a source is mandatory. Thanks, Jasepl (talk) 05:54, 16 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

More reverts

[edit]

Your recent edit to Dublin Airport. As already esplained to you a number of times (see above), we list destination cities in the airport tables, and not airports. To that end, it doesn't matter what Hahn airport is called, it is listed as, simply, Hahn. Also, "Gardermoeneze" does not exist.
As recommended several times, please familiarise yourself with editing guidelines (see above again) before continuing to edit. Thanks, Jasepl (talk) 06:12, 18 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

March 2010

[edit]

Please do not add routes when their start date is unknown. I have had to revert several of your recent edits, since "May" is not a valid date and a valid source was not provided anyway. This inclusion requirement, and other editing guideline, have been explained to you several times in the past (refer above); please familiarise yourself with them before continuing to edit further. Thanks, Jasepl (talk) 13:16, 4 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This edit of yours was undone because it was unsourced. Nor was a comment or explanation provided. Adding a smart reply after (eg: "View Wizz Air map before changing edits") is NOT the way to go about doing things. Please include your source and a brief comment at the time of making the initial edit itself. I have said this before: edits that do not have a source or a explanation where required will be reverted.
  • Also, as has already been explained to you several times, we list destination cities, and not airports, in the airport tables. Consequently, Hahn is the correct entry (with no prefix, suffix or Frankfurt attached). Thanks, Jasepl (talk) 06:27, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Cork Airport

[edit]

I was referring to your edit of the operator, not the Wizz dates... If your former edit, words where incorrectly joined in relation to operator and owner --NorthernCounties (talk) 22:25, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Star1 Airlines and its destinations

[edit]

Why would you want to separate out the destinations from the main article? Star1 Airlines was viewed 2549 times in March 2010, while destinations article only 446. Most people do not make the jump. Also, it's bad style to have an empty section in the main article. Renata (talk) 02:50, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Malaga Airport...Leave It To Me

[edit]

Hi

Did you get the problem sorted.

I check almost all the time on Aena.es to see if ther are any new airlines/routes. its a lot easier this way too.

I've been to Malaga Airport 12 times, so if there is anything you need to know, just ask!

--MKY661 (talk) 22:35, 10 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Who are you flying with? and where from? oh and would you like a guide to the airport?

I can't stand Ryanair. I Go with Monarch. They Rule! I usually go to Malaga with them from Manchester, but since our apartment is nearer to Gibraltar Airport, we are flying there instead this year.

Hi Again. You know when you put the monarch flights together with the scheduled and charter, there is also more at Alicante, palma etc. --MKY661 (talk) 12:01, 15 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

hello again. Just to let you know that my guide to Malaga Airport is now ready. i you would like a copy, just leave me your email.

The transport in the Costa del Sol is not great, but when the new subway station opens at the airport, things should increase. I suggest Renting a car.

Charter Edits

[edit]

Your recent edits are very constructive and your providing good sources (unlike some) to these routes e.g Cork Airport & Dublin Airport, im just wondering when for e.g. you included the new Sharm el-Sheikh route at Cork with Lotus Air can you also update the destination Airport i.e. Sharm el-Sheikh Airport this way we can update wikipedia in a better manner! Thanks again.Kavs8 (talk) 18:12, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Falcon Holidays, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Flags in destination articles

[edit]

Please familiarize yourself with the guidelines in WP:AIRLINES. Per longstanding editor consensus, flags are not to be used in destination articles. Please discuss it and gain consensus if you wish to change this. Thanks! Snoozlepet (talk) 17:11, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A lot more people have being adding them I only undone edits as they look better with them. Is it realy a big deal??

This "looks better" stuff needs to be discussed at the project talk page. There have been past discussions on this matter and consensus is no flags. So, yes it is a big deal Another editor bought this up at the talk page and flags should not have been added.Snoozlepet (talk) 18:10, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Airports

[edit]

I initially saw this format on airports such as YYZ, CDG, and others. My general perception is that this layout accentuates which routes are seasonal, and which arent, to a greater extent than the previous format.

They are just planning to start services...no schedules, flight times, etc have been announced so far. Wait until there is a date then you can add. April is just a month cause it can start early or be pushed back. Snoozlepet (talk) 23:56, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Need Some Help!

[edit]

Hello Again

I have just spotted some weird routes from Malaga on Aena.es:

Flybe AGP-GCI this afternoon (now off site)

Aero Nova AGP-VIT tonight at 21:30 (probably left now)

Dubrovnik Airline AGP-ZAG tommorrow at 12:00

Air Italy AGP-FCO tommorow at 15:10

Croatia Airlines AGP-ZAG tommorrow at 15:45

Should I add them to the Malaga Airport destinattions list?

Also, i want to upload a monarch celebair from flickr, and it says some rights reserved, but is wikipedia a comercial purpose cand do i need permisson to add the photo? --MKY661 (talk) 19:35, 9 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If there are some rights reserved I think you should be allowed to upload it but I'm not sure. In reguards to the AGP routes I would add them and see if they are showing again next weekend and if they are not you can remove them. Jamie2k9 (talk) 19:46, 9 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Paris BVA

[edit]

Hi,

I guess you don't live in Paris ? ;-) You're right on one point, Paris has 3 airports. But they are Orly, Roissy-CDG, and... Le Bourget. They are managed by Aéroports de Paris, and their official name include "Paris-", as you can see on this website. On the other hand, BVA's official name is "Beauvais-Tillé", so it's not the same than London airports since those airports do have "London-" in their official name. BVA is managed by the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de l'Oise, Oise being a department in the Picardie région, so nothing to do with Paris or Île-de-France. The name "Paris" in the logo is only a result from an arrangement between the CCI Oise and the city of Paris, it has nothing official besides that. In case you'd ask, same thing for "Paris-Vatry" which is actually "Châlons-Vatry".

Slasher-fun (talk) 23:05, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, and it seems that Felipealvarez is right by changing Bergamo, Moss, Treviso, etc. as well... Slasher-fun (talk) 23:08, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'm commenting on this because this debate has come up before. I think we all acknowledge the fact that Ryanair's airports are sometimes colourfully marketed, making some people/the unwise think they're closer to served Cities than they are. However, the airport pages show the airlines that serve the airport, and the destinations available. If we look here Ryanair states that Paris Beauvais is the airport they use (a slight fib). But having "Paris" on the pages of airports that Ryanair uses will ensure that those who use Wiki for reference are not further confused. And don't try searching the "B" area on the drop down selection on Ryanair. --NorthernCounties (talk) 23:28, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
.Felipealvarez (talk | contribs) (Undid revision 396401534 by Jamie2k9 (talk) Wrong Airport names. Please see the AIP
Felipealvarez , I'm not sure what AIP you keep referring to, but that may be immaterial. The project guidelines, arrived at by consensus, after much debate over a period of time, are that we list destination cities and not airports (the section of the article is also called airlines and destinations, not airlines and airports). We only suffix airports when there is more than one in said destination city. jasepl (talk) 06:34, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong Airport names - It states that you list cities. So if you are saying to list the airport names then Oslo-Gardermoen should just be listed as Gardermoen. Just as --NorthernCounties said above how would someone know where Gardermoen Airport is?

See Wikipedia:WikiProject Airports/page content Jamie2k9 (talk) 23:50, 12 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't try to change the meanning of the sentences you're quoting ;) It states that you list cities... and don't wikilink them. Just above, it also states "Differentiate between multiple airports in one city using "-"". As I've said just above, Beauvais-Tillé or Châlons-Vatry are not airports serving Paris, whatever Ryanair is telling you ; same for other "fantasy" names that Ryanair uses, we don't care nobody knows where some airports are, that's the point of using secondary airport! Oslo-Gardermoen can be listed as it since that's its actual name, but "Oslo-Rygge" airport is actually "Rygge-Moss" airport, the "-Moss" suffix being used to avoid confusion with Rygge Air Station, that has IATA and ICAO codes as well.

All information in Wikipedia has to be properly referenced, as Wikipedia is not a primary source. References are always required, in this case this is important in the case of charter flights (for their nature, individual flights operated only once). Citations are really needed,so if you remove the reference lines (short or long time from now), I will put the CN tag again. This are Wikipedia rules that you have to follow. See ya! Felipealvarez (talk) 01:21, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I am replying to the message you posted on User talk:Jasepl. It is not required to keep references in airport destination lists. References for future routes have to be kept till the day of commencement of the flight. On the day of commencement, the references can be removed. —Abhishek191288 (talk) 14:42, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I completely disagree. According to WP:V, if material is challenged, it must be referenced using an inline citation, or removed. WikiProject Airports cannot overrule official Wikipedia policy. Mlm42 (talk) 18:33, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
If you completely disagree then why havn't you required references on other airport pages?? Jamie2k9 (talk) 23:43, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know, laziness? If claims are being challenged on the other airport pages, then they need references too. WP:V applies across the entire encyclopedia - this includes all airport articles. Mlm42 (talk) 00:23, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I agree but if you remove them Felipealvarez (talk) will revert them. All you have to do is take a look at the page history. Jamie2k9 (talk) 14:50, 3 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
All I can say is that he is being very adamant. He is trying to make his own rules for an airport destination list. Tell him if he wants to add the citation tag, then to sit and include the same for all airport articles in wikipedia and not just for the ones he is doing them. I suggest you to raise this issue and have a discussion about this guy on Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Airports. —Abhishek191288 (talk) 15:03, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please reread WP:V

[edit]

You appear to be misunderstanding the Wikipedia policy on verifiability. I readded a citation needed tag, and you undid my edit, because you say the reader is expected to check the page history for evidence? That's not how it works. Let me quote the nutshell of WP:V - "All quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source using an inline citation." Well, in this case, the claim that Small Planet Airlines operates out of Lanzarote Airport is being challenged, and so, according to the official Wikipedia policy, it must be attributed to a reliable published source using an inline citation. I'm not sure there's any room for misinterpretation here. Either provide a source, or don't remove the citation needed tag, it's as simple as that. Do you disagree with something I've said? If not, I'll readd the citation needed tag. Remember that decisions made between a small group of editors at a WikiProject do not overrule WP:V. Thanks, Mlm42 (talk) 18:31, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

What would be in the fourth column?

[edit]

Hello Jamie

Well what would happen to the malaga airport page is that the third column would be a terminal check-in because certain airlines check-in at certain terminals (Only T2 and T3) and the fourth would be the pier the airline uses (Depending on their route). I have been trying to do this for a while and i just didn't know how to add the fourth column. --MKY661 (talk) 01:51, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ryanair Moving Terminal MAN

[edit]

This is pretty cool, but very bizare and weird. Does it say on the Manchester Airport website?

How I think the new ryanair routes will go:

  • Tenerife South: Will also go pretty quickly (same reason)
  • Faro: Will also go pretty quickly (same reason)
  • Madrid: Not sure. Ryanair is the only airline that will operate MAN-MAD

Cant wait to see em in T2 (can't imagine it)

--MKY661 (talk) 21:25, 4 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Thery are moving to T2 to help retail sales and T2 is very empty after 10:30 each day. I agree about ALC, TFS and FAO. As for MAD both Ryanair and Easyjet operated it from Liverpool and then Ryanair dropped it. Will starting it from MAN make much of a difference?? The flights times are very bad. Jamie2k9 (talk) 14:16, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Monarch would probably be better operating MAN-MAD to be honest. --MKY661 (talk) 12:32, 6 February 2011 (UTC) (Im going on a Monarch on Friday)[reply]

Oh god, they are starting Palma now but it will probably fail as Monarch flights are more popular. --MKY661 (talk) 21:55, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ya I know. I hope that they don't push other airlines off the routes. They also added 3 extra weekly flights to ALC. Will the new MAN routes have an affect on Liverpool flights? Jamie2k9 (talk) 23:29, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, You know Ryanair are moving to Terminal 2, does it include Dublin flights, or is it just the flights to mediterranian? Because some airlines do just put certain routes into certain terminals. I think it will be confusing for passengers.

My flights to GIB were good. 35 mins late coming back though, but not Monarch's fault. Due to poor organisation at Gibraltar Airport. Some plane pics are on Commons. I also will put my take-offs and landings on Youtube soon. (from July 2010, October 2010 and February 2011, but lost takeoff from MAN in October 2010) --MKY661 (talk) 21:29, 21 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As far as I'm aware all Ryanair flights will operate from T2. Jamie2k9 (talk) 17:23, 22 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Just found out why Ryanair have 'bad' flight times from MAN, it is because they need to reduce costs and fees (They have a lot of money). They aslo said they are going to start even more routes and maybe even open a base. MKY661 (talk) 20:01, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Monarch Edinburgh Pullout

[edit]

Hi. I am quite sad about the pullout of charter flights from EDI from Monarch. Is it because of low passengers. I think it will mean loss of jobs because they said in their magazines that if they wanted a job they can get it in Edinburgh.

I actually think that Monarch should operate scheduled routes from EDI because i know quite a lot of people who use EDI.

Aer Lingus Fleet

[edit]

34 A320 - 4 were dilerved in Jan, Feb, Apr & May 23.

3 A321 - the other 3 were returned to leaser late 2010.

7 A330 - had 8 until Feb when one was scrapped due to maintence issues. As they have 7 they can't sell one without cutting routes. Currently all are in service except one on Wednesdays. Flights from summer 2012 are on sale and they require all 7 A330.

http://www.planespotters.net/Airline/Aer-Lingus

The IAA website was last updated on 1 March 2011 but it needs to be updated to reflect changes. I have another link with further details but will have to add it lather.

The Fleet ifro on EI's website hasn't been updated in ages. If you look at there end of year results it will say the above details but they were done before one of the A330's was scrappeds so it will say they have 8 of them. Jamie2k9 (talk) 15:39, 26 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Dear Jamie2k9, Do not tell me I will be blocked because of your oversight. Delta's Manchester bound flight departing JFK on Spetember 10, arriving in Manchester on September 11 will be the LAST Delta operated New York JFK- Manchester service. This route is zeroed out of Delta's reservation from this day on. Get your facts straight and do not threaten me when your in the wrong.

Delta ATL-TLV

[edit]

Hi. Per their schedules, Delta has suspended Atlanta to Tel Aviv nonstop from September 1 to March 26. I have change it to seasonal on both airport pages (since it will resume next summer). However, an IP continues to refer to the flight as suspended and will operate year-round again after next summer. I was wondering if we leave it as seasonal or leave it with the start and end date until we know if it will operate again next winter? Snoozlepet (talk) 02:01, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would leave it as seasonal until you can see if it will operate next winter. Although it may be back year round they must provide a sourse that says it will operate for winter 2012/13 and if they can't then it should be left seasonal until the schedules for winter 2012/13 are up on the website. The editor on the Mancheser Airport page got board of changing DL to JFK as being year round so it will be only a matter of time until it happons on the route above. Jamie2k9 (talk) 10:25, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Can you please keep an eye on it? I am tired of reverting and the hard time explaining it to him. Snoozlepet (talk) 14:47, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the IP who continues to change DL to JFK to year-round was blocked because he ignored the 2 final warnings i have sent him and was blocked. Also, when you get a chance, can you explain to the IP who keeps on changing DL to ATL still year-round but with end dates. I am through talking to him, one more remark from him like that then i wil report him. Snoozlepet (talk) 20:25, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ya I will and if he changes it again then you should report him. Jamie2k9 (talk) 20:38, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Terminal Movements at MAN

[edit]

Hi Jamie. Not pleased abot Monarch moving to T2. Aparently they are only going to use remote stands? --MKY661 (talk) 21:57, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi MKY661, have only being in Man as a passenger a few times. Can't realy comment on T2 or T3 but T1 was alrit. When Ryanair moved to T2 it was to help retail sales so could the same be said for MON who would have flights departing all day. Did they use air bridges in T1 and is there none in T2 or could they be saving costs by using remote stands.Jamie2k9 (talk) 22:05, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ive used all three. In my opinion T1 is the best. In fact T3 is going to be pretty empty because of Bmibaby & EasyJet. Someone on the forums on PPRuNe said about Monarch using remote stands. --MKY661 (talk) 22:17, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made to Manchester Airport: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. -FASTILY (TALK) 18:31, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The carrier does not operate a freighter fleet, how can it have a seprate cargo destination list? such lists are only for those airlines that operate cargo aircraft too, even in their case the destinations are listed with passenger ones and marked with a symbol to indicate passenger+cargo service or "cargo" if only a freighter service i.e Air France destinations, or a seprate article is created for the freight division entirely i.e Lufthansa Cargo, I'm sure you're well aware of all this.signed inspector123

Jet2 at LGW

[edit]

Don't know of the company that uses Jet2 at Gatwick - only that I can find no evidence that Jet2 fly a scheduled route from Gatwick. I'm guessing that the entry of Jet2 flying Gatwick to Chambery should probably be deleted, but am hesitant to do so in case there is some obscure charter company

Hainan Airlines flights to Madrid, Colombo, and Mumbai

[edit]

Do you know if Hainan is operating flights to Madrid via Brussels from Shanghai? I couldn't find it in their schedules. Also, Colombo and Mumbai doesn't appear to be loaded into their reservation system either (Colombo is supposed to launch October 18 to PEK via BKK; Mumbai is suppose to launch this route on September 25 to SZX via PVG). Know a source of any kind if Hainan is indeed operating these flights? Snoozlepet (talk) 23:24, 22 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Aer LIngus from IAD to MAD

[edit]

Per Aer Lingus online timetables, the route is ending 24 March 2012 since I cannot find any flights after that date. I don't know if it is a going to be a seasonal route or if its ending completely. Snoozlepet (talk) 01:09, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

From what I know it is ending, and pilots were told they would be coming home at end of March. It was expected that EI would operate DUB - LAX/SFO insted but thats gone now, I would give it until the end of October and if not released by then it would be finishing. It was on sale for a short while but not now. Jamie2k9 (talk) 18:30, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delta flights from Tel Aviv to Atlanta

[edit]

Hi there. Do you know if this route is indeed returning Summer 2012? The airline's website online timetable and booking engine does not show any nonstop flights between Atlanta and Tel Aviv and also flights cannot be booked at all next summer. Snoozlepet (talk) 01:22, 18 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I made a hidden note on the Ben Gurion page saying that the flight does not show up in reservation systems/online timetables. Too bad this route isn't doing so well as expected, maybe because of poor passenger loads. Do you know if Delta has released the Summer 2012 schedules yet? Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Bristol Airport, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. What is so different about airport articles that mean they don't need to be referenced? Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia which needs references, it is not a travel directory. Bob Re-born (talk) 00:25, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

No need to welcome me as I being here a while, I will add a source but you could also check the airline booking system. Jamie2k9 (talk) 00:31, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for adding the source. I appreciate it. --Bob Re-born (talk) 07:09, 5 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I find that Bob Re-born efforts and comments to be pompous in the extreme, reverting destinations when he was aware of the sources. Still Wikipedia does have to put-up with "know alls". irish language version of belfast international airport

[edit]

Hi there. Just to let you know Irish language is an official language of Northern Ireland, and while it may not be spoken in a vast majority of the UK in terms of no. of speakers, it is an official language of NI. As Glasgow Airport and Cardiff Airport both have minority language names after therefore it is perfectly reasonable for the Irish language version of Belfast International Airport to be included. Please see wikipedia article on official langauges of Ireland/The UK for more on this. Dublin Airport: Airlines & Destinations

[edit]

Hi, I'm not very sure why you reverted what I had added and removed from the Airlines & Destinations table because Icelandair do fly from Keflavik to Dublin on a seasonal charter basis. The reason I know this is because I have viewed Keflavik Airport's website and it states that Icelandair operate between the airport and Dublin on a non scheduled basis. Also, Bulgaria Air do not currently fly into or out of Dublin Airport. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.43.192.67 (talk) 16:55, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cuneo Airport

[edit]

Turin airport is closed for about 3 days beginning at 9 pm on Friday 06 July for work on its runway. All flights are diverted to either Milan or Cuneo. The only flights I can find to Cuneo in July on the Ryanair website are for about 3 days. COuld I suggest that the comments on Ryanair be changed to indicate that the Ryanair routes are just a 3 day diversion rather than routes which operate every week ?

Cork Airport 2015 numbers

Hi. In this edit you say "2015 Stats, Sourced from daa and IAA". But you do not provide any reference or link to DAA or IAA sources. (In fact, one cite that refers to 2015 numbers actually references a 2013 report). Changes, content and stats of this type need a source. Hiya. In this edit you changed the aircraft movement numbers for ORK, but didn't change the source of those numbers. Can you advise what the new source is? For the 2017 numbers? Thanks. Guliolopez (talk) 17:51, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi IAA released the stats ( https://www.iaa.ie/news/2018/01/18/busiest-ever-year-for-irish-aviation-as-the-iaa-handles-a-record-breaking-1.1-million-flights ). When back on a PC will update it.Jamie2k9 (talk) 18:18, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that. No worries. I added it. Much appreciated. Guliolopez (talk) 20:25, 18 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Dublin Airport

[edit]

You changed the passenger numbers for DUB, do you have the source for that? The source above from the IAA only gives aircraft movements and I can't find the 2017 final tally on the daa, airport website nor on IAA. st170e 14:13, 20 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
