The personal data we PROCESS
Any use of online services requires the processing of some personal data. We’ve decided to limit such data to its minimum, only processing personal data necessary for the provision and development of the Service. Further, we do not store or collect any personal data that is not strictly necessary for providing you with the Service.
For example we only process your IP address while you are playing the LEGO Hill Climb Adventures game. When you close the application the IP address is no longer available to us or stored anywhere on our servers. It will be only available to us again when you relaunch the application. I.e. we do not need to store you IP address anywhere but we need to access it while you use the Service.
We collect data from different sources. The following sections explain to you what data we collect from which source. The uses for the data are explained below in section “Why We Process Your Data”.
Data we process automatically
- Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC address and IMEI)
- Data about your device, such as device name and operating system, browser type and language
- Coarse location data (country or city-specific)
- We may also create a Fingersoft and/or game-specific ID for you when you use the Service
Data we collect from our partners
- Data we receive if you link a third-party tool with the Service (such as login using a separate LEGO account)
- Demographic data (such as to determine the coarse location of your IP address)
- Data to fight fraud (such as purchase refund history)
- Data from platforms that the games are run on or distributed through (such as to verify installation and/or payment)
Data you provide us
- Any data you choose to give us (such as information via player support tickets)

- Analyze and monitor the use of the Service
- Take action against fraudulent or misbehaving players
