    The Orange Mix, the first meta-application, is a cross between a social reader and a global app. Living on desktop and mobile, it can run all the Orange apps from its 11 Facebook Pages and arrange them by different themes to help it share its passions with its two million fans. It's the approach of a brand leader that helps it maintain a privileged relationship with all of its clients.

    We had two major challenges. We needed to find a way to make the Orange fans circulate through this…

    The Orange Mix, the first meta-application, is a cross between a social reader and a global app. Living on desktop and mobile, it can run all the Orange apps from its 11 Facebook Pages and arrange them by different themes to help it share its passions with its two million fans. It's the approach of a brand leader that helps it maintain a privileged relationship with all of its clients.

    We had two major challenges. We needed to find a way to make the Orange fans circulate through this thematic ecosystem by offering them content focused on their interests. Orange also has a multitude of apps and games launched by all of its different Facebook Pages, and the bounce rate for these was high because fans had to complete a new pop-up authorization each time.

    The Orange Mix was an open graph project based on Zend framework. Its algorithm ranks all content (posts from different Pages, applications, and external items) based on the fans' interests, friends's interests, and everyone's shares.

    The application has helped us create social customer relationship management by increasing awareness about Orange's users. We have been able to generate commercial leads via editorial strategies on Facebook.

    We also created a better client experience, thanks to affiliated content. The Orange Mix can identify that a fan of the 12th Man is also fan of the Apple Page and multiple film Pages. This allows it to push an Apple offer by Orange, a review of an iPhone app, a competition about cinema, or a push for Orange Cinéday.
