International Women's Day 2024
International Women’s Day 2021 brings together thousands of developers globally as a moment to provide visibility for the incredible contributions of women around the world and is a call to action for accelerating gender equality.
During March and April 2021, our Women Techmakers and Google Developer Group communities will come together to celebrate, learn and connect with each other at IWD summits, events and meet-ups. Content can range from technical talks and workshops to inspirational keynotes, career-focused panels or networking opportunities - so there is always something for any developer. Communities are encouraged to share what they have created using #CouragetoCreate, whether it’s new technologies, creative frameworks, positive change, or social justice and equity.
