[Kuviz] Privacy levels

As a user, I would like to have the same builder privacy options for my CARTOframes maps.

Context

Builder maps offer 4 levels of privacy: public, public with link, public with password and private. On the other hand, CARTOframes maps only offer 2: public with link and public with password.
The objective is to know if we can have the other two levels (public and private) for CARTOframes maps and add them.
