Broken challenge modal should show when trying to edit a task that has the red megaphone

right now if a task is assigned to a broken challenge and you try to tap it to edit, you get an error 'challenge not found or you don't have access'

you have to tap the broken red megaphone icon to get the modal that allows you to keep the tasks/delete the tasks. would want that modal to also show if you try to edit the task, instead of the current error.
